Turned up as arranged armed with all the equipment to determine where the underfloor heating cable had blown. They quickly repaired the fault and tested to ensure there were no other faults. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with underfloor heating issues.

Dave and Carl came out and fixed the underfloor heating in our kitchen. They quickly identified the location of the fault and although this meant breaking out 2 floor tiles the repair was completed with minimum fuss. Before doing any work they explained everything to me and sort permission as they progressed and then n completion let they area neat and tidy. Throughout my discussions from the initial inquiry to completing the work their communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend using them.

I am very impressed with the work done by this company. They came out to fix my underfloor heating system in the conservatory. Whilst here and with no prior notice, they also fixed the kitchen floor heating system.Their communication was very effective and the work they did had minimal impact on the decor. We couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by DC Technical Solutions to fix our brand new underfloor heating which had become damaged when my husband was laying our new kitchen floor! We were advised to contact this repairer by the U/F heating manufacturer, Snug, but DC Tech deals with all brands. Punctual, professional, courteous, competent, TIDY! What more could you ask for! Carl arrived not only on time, but early armed with his equipment and a little Henry The Hoover. He set about troubleshooting the problem and found the first fault straightaway, all without having to disturb any floor tiles! Marvellous! He didn’t mind us asking questions about the thermal imaging equipment and the process of how he would go about finding and fixing any faults. He neatly took up one large floor tile and fixed the first fault and then systematically checked for more. There were 7 faults in total! 3 floor tiles were all beautifully removed and all faults fixed without any destruction or disturbance to neighbouring tiles. Just amazing! Carl over-tested the system to ensure everything was working correctly, which it was, so we are able to use our heating without worry. Just perfect! All that was left for my husband to do was to re-lay replacement tiles. Carl spent much longer than anticipated at our property, but he didn’t rush the job, he worked steadily until it was completed. All I can say is Dave and Karl were a fantastic team, who obviously knew their stuff. Dave arranged a day and approximate time, kept me updated on their eta. With the use of their equipment the very soon found the fault. Fortunately for us the fault was behind the skirting so the floor or covering did not have to affected. The fualt was rectified and tested before they left. I tested it again today, as they recommended and all is working fine, complete with a 5 year guarantee. First class job all round. Dave from DC Technical Solutions checked two underfloor electric heating systems in our property. He arrived on time and it was immediately apparent that he was experienced in this kind of work. He knew all about the type of Devi systems that were installed in the property. He explained what tests he was doing and using a thermal camera showed us the layout of our heating circuits underneath the bathroom floor tiles. My wife and I had found the installed thermostats hard to understand and although they were OK we had then changed to a more modern and simpler to understand model. Dave took the time to demonstrate the set up of the thermostats and left us feeling confident that we understood the controls. Prior to the installation, I had been discussing the work required with Carl from DC technical solutions. He provided details of the work they would do and a detailed quote of potential costs depending on how the testing of the system turned out. The invoice I received was exactly in line with the quote. Commissioned to find and repair a fault in large electrical underfloor heating mat. Arrived on time, quick clean and efficient service at a fixed price. Alternative was to rip up entire tiled floor at massive effort and cost so a huge benefit. Highly recommended.

We were referred to Dave and Carl back in 2019. Today was their 3rd visit to our house in London. They have come to fix another issue left by the original contractor who installed our underfloor heating back in 2018! We have used them before and know that their work is of top quality. D C Technical Solutions was recommended to us after four different electrical companies failed to resolve the issue of our non-working electric underfloor heating. D C Technical Solutions has a detecting kit which meant that not only were the faults detected AND repaired, but our newly laid porcelain tiled floor did not have to be completely lifted, as once the faults were located, only minimal lifting of tiles was needed (three tiles in total) leaving us with a liveable space until the tiler arrived. We would give D C Technical Solutions five stars on every level and highly recommend Carl and his colleague who attended our site.

The Roma underfloor heating in our newly tiled hall failed a few weeks after installation. Dave and Carl, DT Technical Solutions, identified the fault within minutes, opened the floor and repaired the damaged heating element. I was most impressed by their clear explanation of their methods and equipment. The failure was caused by a tile which was cracked by impact from a heavy object. The tile was replaced but the failure occurred a few days later, so it was not clear that this was the cause of the problem. Many thanks for the repair. It was a pleasure to meet and I now have warm toes in the morning.

I previously left a review after Carl came out to check the integrity of the underfloor heating in a property we’d just bought, plus replace all the thermostats with a new wifi enabled system. That review was utterly glowing. I truly cannot recommend DC highly enough. It wasn’t an easy job, but DC worked through all the issues & we were more than delighted with Carls work & attitude. This is an update after we reported a fault with a couple of the thermostats months after the original installation. Carl replied immediately to my email & worked through the issue to get us up & running again. Fault was actually operator induced, rather than a technical issue but Carl could not have been more gracious or helpful. So if you’ve read this far you’re weighing up whether to use DC or not - don’t give it a second thought - ABSOLUTELY choose them.

Carl made it incredibly easy. I wasn't sure I'd find anyone to repair our cut underfloor cable but Carl responded to my query almost immediately and the job was fixed within days. The whole thing was incredibly easy and relatively good value compared to other options. I would definitely recommend to others.

I firstly emailed a short message to DC Technical Solutions mentioning that my under tile heat mate was working for three weeks then stoped working and that it trips the main RCD on the electrical board, the response was very quick followed by a phone call to talk further our problem with a view of arranging a visit to carry out the repairs which with such short notice Carl turned the agreed date and time around for us as we were working to a tight schedule, Carl and Dave the engineers arrived on time and introduced themselves and then got straight on with their investigations to find the location of the fault which they did within 15 minutes, they then explained what the next stage which was to remove a floor tile to expose the damage section of the mat, the tile was removed and confirmed the fault again to then carry out the repair, Carl and Dave was always talking and explaining each stage of the procedure which was very reassuring, the repair was then again check that the repair carried out was fixed and with a final test which again was all ok and in good working order, we were asked if everything that was carried out was satisfactory which of course we were over the moon, the whole experience was excellent and would recommend them to anyone who may need this type of repair undertaken, thank you so much to Carl and Dave on an excellent job and turning around so quickly.

David arrived at our house at 1810 hrs today 2/4/24 to fix a broken under bathroom floor heating mat. It took David and Carl less than 10 minutes to identify the cause of the problem with their sophisticated kit. the source of the problem was identified and they used all their skill to isolate the fault which required the removal of a tile that hey did without breaking the tile as the tiles are no longer available. A repair was made and David showed us the working floor heating with his extremely sensitive infra-red camera. All work completed within one hour and they cleaned up. A very professional service from two of the nicest traders I have met/ Excellent service

Carl and Dave arrived on time having sent me a message a couple of hours earlier to confirm. Two extremely nice people who explained how they would try to identify the problem and then how they would solve it having found it! They explained that there was a possibility they would damage a floor tile and that I would have to get that replaced. I had understood that from my initial telephone call with them. In fact they identified the problem and were able to repair it with only a small amount of tile damage which was covered by the plinth anyway. Carl explained exactly what he was doing and also set up the thermostat/timer for me. Altogether a great outcome and I would definitely recommend them!

The engineer was polite and friendly. He clearly explained what he would do and located a fault, removed the tile and repaired the fault. He continued the assessment and found another fault under the bath where there was no tile and repaired that. He gave me the thermal camera to show me the underfloor heating was now working properly. He prepared the area where the tile needs replacing and tidied up. They don’t replace the tile. He sent an email to me and copied in the company who will replace the tile. Excellent service.

Dave and Carl of DC Technical Solutions Ltd were found during an electricians research into under floor heating repairs. Although I myself am in the building trade, I didn't think this type of company existed. I assumed an entire floor would have to be dug up if the under floor heating cable had a hidden break in it. This is where Dave and Carl provided the much cheaper option of locating the exact position of the break thus keeping a small excavation and repair to a confined area. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional and, using the latest technology, proved they were masters of their trade. We had DC technical solutions visit to repair undertile heating that had stopped working 2 years prior. Prior we tried 2 separate experienced electricians & 1 heating engineer who had not been able to fix it. All had suggested getting a new thermostat which luckily we didn’t bother with as Carl located the fault to actually be a failed element joint. The old thermostat is working fine and Carl has reinstated it. The cost does feel expensive at first but considering other electricians could not repair and work out what was wrong this company are clearly very highly skilled and worth the money. They also seemed very happy to offer free advice over the phone prior to booking & suggest steps to try first to see if a “standard” electrician may be enough before you get them in. They worked diligently and respectfully, keeping us informed and involved at each point of decision making. They did not pressure us at any stage. Costs were well explained at each stage. We are very grateful to their perseverance to locate and repair the fault on underfloor heating we had otherwise given up on. 2 tiles were removed cleanly (& we subsequently organised a local tiler to refit). Mess was minimal and they were respectful to property and fully cleaned up. They also looked at two other unrelated thermostats in the property and replaced (at my request) due to signs of overheating. All work was done with a “no problem” attitude. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
