Dave and Carl are very technically able and also provide excellent customer service. They quickly identified the fault in my heating mat, and rectified the problem. At all stages in the process they kept me informed as to what the problem was and what they planned to do next. The were always polite professional, and left no mess.

Found the details of DC Technical Solutions after an internet search, spoke with Carl via email and phone calls, both he & Dave come to the property in Frodsham to deal with the problem (electric underfloor heating mats had been damaged) From the off, both of them tested the mats to find we had more issues than first thought, came up with a plan of action to deal with it, came back 2 days later and corrected the faults and made the mats good again, tested the system and completed all works in a friendly, polite, informative manner that you could tell that these guys know what they are doing. Both Carl & Dave were a pleasure to work with and the level of detail and workmanship was outstanding. Their quote was less than half what i was quoted by others as well.

Managed to damage my ufh. These guys came out prompt providing updates for arrival time. Completed the fix, showed the work done and tested. Even cleaned up and filled the hole which wasn't agreed.

Prior to booking a visit their response time to emails was super quick with a quote for the work agreed. Having booked a date for the visit and given the distance the guys arrived bang on time. Straight to work the fault was found and explained before removing any tiles. The fault was fully repaired and tested whilst fully explaining my next steps. The workmanship was first class, clean, tidy and did not leave until I was 100% happy. Fully recommend this company, can not thank them enough.

From the first contact, Carl has been very helpful, with good communication throughout and were able to arrange a visit quickly. My basic problem was damaged underfloor heating due to building work at my home and finding a specialist underfloor heating specialist proved tricky. Electricians wouldn't touch it...nor plumbers. Dave and Carl of DC Technical Solutions Uk Ltd came to identify why part of our underfloor heating wasn’t working (via Warm Up). We have been putting off getting an engineer out for 10 years because of concerns of damage to many tiles and maybe not being able to find the error (and therefore not getting it repaired). We needn’t have worried! Dave rang me 4 days ago to schedule the appointment as he was going to be in my area. He explained what was going to happen and answered my questions and concerns in advance of the visit. He gave me a short time window of when he hoped to be with me and on the day (today) called ahead to give me an even more accurate time and to say he was en route. Both Dave and his colleague Carl were extremely positive in their attitude, personable and very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They explained what they were going to do, asked approval to lift a single tile, showed us the fault, repaired it, cleaned up any minimal mess and showed us that the whole of the floor was now working perfectly. They also emailed me photographs they had taken to show the error and repair. They just got on with the job in hand and very soon they were on their way. My under floor heating has not been working for some time, but we have had two company’s look at it ( but did not seem to know what to do). However, today two guys arrived from DC technical solutions Ltd at the arranged time and within the first few minutes we felt in safe hands. Both were extremely professional both in attitude and to the job. They communicated to us through the whole job and were professional, skillful and competent throughout. They found the fault, removed tiles, fixed the fault, refitted tiles and tested floor. They cleaned up after finishing . I am sixty eight and it has been a long time since we had such a professional job done by pleasant staff. We both would recommend this company to any one.
