Contacted DC via a google search , from the minute I spoke with Dave I felt extremely comfortable inviting him into my home to access / carry out repair . He was extremely helpful whilst booking the appnt and arranged a visit within 24 hours , charges were fully explained before booking. (they also have a mobile card machine for easy payment) On visiting we found both Dave and Carl to be lovely gentlemen , extremely knowledgable , professional and efficient , they sourced the problems quickly and repaired . on completion of the job the under floor heating was back to full working order. extremely happy customers . thank you . we will certainly be retaining your details for any future electrical works and would not hesitate to recommend

DC Technical Services came out to fix my underfloor heating fault. Within five minutes they had found the fault using test equipment and a thermal imaging camera. Then they took up one tile and fixed the heating element. They cleaned up after themselves and tested the circuit for me. Everything now works fine and they have really impressed me. I'd definitely use them again.

Carl came over to the house after a third-party contractor accidentally cut through the heating element cable for our underfloor heating. I was initially worried that it was that badly damaged that the whole system would be out of commission considering it was screeded over with flooring on top however it was soon apparent that Carl is extremely specialised in what he does. Not only was he able to repair the underfloor heating quickly and efficiently, he also had specialist equipment including Thermal imaging which allowed him to test to see if there were any other issues with the system. Dealing with this company has been a delight. David was most helpful from first contact. The work was carried out exactly as it was carefully explained to me verbally and in writing, in advance. David and Carl took great care in the repairing of my broken bathroom underfloor heating. Their approach is kind, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to watch their working collaboration. Using a thermal imaging camera. they traced the cause of the fault, which was located along the heating cable length where evidence of damage was seen, under the tiled flooring, along the grout line at two points. Carl took great care in removing the tiles to reach the damaged cable. A single repair joint was made off to eliminate both points of damage near a loop. They decided this was the best choice bearing in mind the foot fall on the bathroom floor. They left me with both verbal and written instructions as to when the heating can be turned on again. David gave me a lesson in how to programme the controls. He demonstrated this, and then he got me to do it for myself, with his help. I am most impressed with them and pleased to have my bathroom underfloor heating working for the first time.

Dave was excellent from the first reply to my query, to asking questions, photos etc.. and then providing a quote. He also gave a date and time to get the work done to meet our urgency, and was very efficient and effective with his colleague on diagnosis, resolving and repairing our issue with our UFH wires being accidentally cut. Very professional.

On initial contact DC Technical Solutions came across as a small business that wanted to get things right. They provided a finished price and honoured it. Dave and Carl came on the agreed date, at the agreed time, quickly located the fault and repaired it. They left the room clean and tidy and gave good advice, information and a 5 year warranty. These guys really know their stuff! Arrived on time and very quickly traced the fault. Took up the screed and repaired the cable. This was in an awkward area in a gym. They moved everything and put it back without any sort of quibble. Reconnected the thermostat which I had taken apart to try to find the fault as they wanted to make sure it was one hundred percent before they left. All working and with the repairs guaranteed. Excellent service and highly recommend them.

Just had Dave come and mend our underfloor heating. We are left very happy after having it out of action for about 18 months. This being that we didn’t know this firm existed, then when we found some one who could mend it it was getting the flooring guys availability to tie in with Dave. Fantastic to have it back working. He explained the issue with the heating and how he was going to fix it, so I had a full understanding about the repair. Great service, quick job and left the room very tidy. From first contact with DC Technical Solutions to communicating about the work needed and Carl's action on the day all I can say is he has renewed my faith in tradesmen. Carl kept open Communication in ensuring timings for the repair to my underfloor heating was arranged with updates where needed. On the day scheduled the guys arrived as promised which allowed me to get on with my plan for the day. Very professional throughout the assessment of the floor and explained everything to me in detail. Amazing workmanship and his professionalism and experience really put my mind to rest as he did exactly what was require and my underfloor heating now works. The guys even took the time to explain the settings to ensure I would be able to get the best out of the installation and I am so grateful for their time and hopefully can begin using the floor as soon as the tile is refitted as advised. DC Technical Solutions were extremely efficient in fixing an issue with our under floor heating. The repair itself was sorted within approx 1 hour, they talked me through how the issue was caused & how to ensure it doesn't happen again, aswell as making sure I was happy that all was in working order before they left the house. There was minimal damage caused to our flooring, & the area was left extremely clean & tidy ready for the floor repair. The visit was also followed up with a very informative email as to what the issue was & what needs to be done before the heating system can be switched back on, including pictures of the full process. We would definitely use them again if we experience any further issues, & will recommend to family & friends!

Had an old electric underfloor heating system upgraded. Whole experience could not have been better. All options explained and discussed prior. I requested a visit for a faulty underfloor heating system. This was arranged efficiently and with good communication right up to arrival. You could not wish for more polite and friendly tradesmen who started work immediately. They quickly diagnosed the fault which involved a replacement thermostat which they could do on the spot. They were clean and efficient and explained everything as they proceeded. The cost was less than I expected and in my opinion very reasonable. I was very impressed with my experience of DC Technical Solutions and cannot recommend them more highly.

They were passionate about causing the minimum damage and disruption to my tiles, resulting in just half a tile needing to be replaced. Dave and Carl are very technically able and also provide excellent customer service. They quickly identified the fault in my heating mat, and rectified the problem. At all stages in the process they kept me informed as to what the problem was and what they planned to do next. The were always polite professional, and left no mess.

Found the details of DC Technical Solutions after an internet search, spoke with Carl via email and phone calls, both he & Dave come to the property in Frodsham to deal with the problem (electric underfloor heating mats had been damaged) From the off, both of them tested the mats to find we had more issues than first thought, came up with a plan of action to deal with it, came back 2 days later and corrected the faults and made the mats good again, tested the system and completed all works in a friendly, polite, informative manner that you could tell that these guys know what they are doing. Both Carl & Dave were a pleasure to work with and the level of detail and workmanship was outstanding. Their quote was less than half what i was quoted by others as well.

Managed to damage my ufh. These guys came out prompt providing updates for arrival time. Completed the fix, showed the work done and tested. Even cleaned up and filled the hole which wasn't agreed.

Prior to booking a visit their response time to emails was super quick with a quote for the work agreed. Having booked a date for the visit and given the distance the guys arrived bang on time. Straight to work the fault was found and explained before removing any tiles. The fault was fully repaired and tested whilst fully explaining my next steps. The workmanship was first class, clean, tidy and did not leave until I was 100% happy. Fully recommend this company, can not thank them enough.
