New window needed, asked 4 companies to quote. Only DG&G bothered to come out and measure, look at the job and then quote. The others relied on me emailing measurements and spec (which is not my field of work so described what I needed as best I could to the others). Anyway, decided to go with DG&G as they had made the effort and I reckoned the quote would be accurate as they had visited and seen what I needed. Booked the job for 10am on a particular day and bang on 10am they turned up, did the work efficiently, friendly and quietly. Exactly what I wanted. perfect. No fuss, on time and to quote. Will now be using these for further work. very impressed.

Phoned on the afternoon of 7/7 and Stuart was with me in an hour. I was concerned about being unable to open the front door. He diagnosed the fault, then found my conservatory doors out of alignment and a window with a broken hinge. I was phoned at 8.20 am 11/7 to learn Stuart would return at 1pm. By 2.30pm everything was repaired, adjusted lubricated and he was on his way. Brilliant, friendly service.
