I would highly recommend this company! They did a superb job restoring and double glazing our old stained-glass back into our new front door. We wanted to keep the stain glass but it was not in good condition. However after decorative glass were finished with it it was perfect and re-glazed back in beautifully. They were professional and friendly throughout, and were always great at communication along the way. Highly recommend this company!

This company was the only company that responded to a request for a quote and after contacting them their friendly and helpful office staff (Cheryl) responded promptly to arrange a survey of the work required. This was arranged and carried out in line with Covid safety expectations and all aspects of the work were explained carefully. The office staff made contact to clarify costs etc keeping us up to date with when the work would be carried out. A complete replacement upvc (upstairs) and six double glazed windows (ground floor) was carried out at a price which was excellent value by two window fitters (Stuart and Paul) who were highly professional, efficient, considerate and friendly. The completed work was done without damage to any surrounding décor and finished neatly in only a couple of hours. My first impression of this company was proved to me by their commitment to customer satisfaction; I would use this company again if required and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for good all round service.

After 20+ call backs from original glazing fitters and still having leaking windows decorative glass solved the problem in one visit. Also carried out additional work for us including a replacement window. Office very efficient at organising the appointment and fitters did a very professional job. We would recommend them to anybody and will definitely use them in the future!

Took a little while to get back with initial quote but after that the glass was ordered and arrived in good time. Installation was prompt and time-efficient with no fuss or mess. Good value for money. Helpful and friendly employee to quote and install. I can see why they have good reviews and was recommended by a friend.

This is the third time over 5 years they have replaced double glazed units for us that have broken seals. They provide a friendly and efficient service always making it a very easy process. I like it that they make it easy to come back if there are any problems (which there never have been). I also think they are very good value for money and am more than happy to recommend them. I will certainly keep using this company when more of my very old double glazed units need to be replaced.

Decorative Glass supplied and fitted 4 sets of hinges and 16 window handles. Throughout the transaction they were a pleasure to deal with and kept all the appointments to inspection and fitting. I used decorative glass and glazing to replace the glass within my flat. Organising the measurements was very easy and I had constant communication on when they were expected to come. The quote came very soon after and was very reasonable. Prior to fitting the glass they performed further checks to ensure there was access to the flat (for a large piece). Fitting was performed on time and to a high standard.

I contacted this company and was pleased they arrived to measure up at the agreed time. They quickly provided a quote and we agreed a date for fitting. They arrived on time and fitted the panel. They were efficient and clean and left the area very tidy, removing the old panel with them. I am really pleased with the standard of the work and the service.

Having contacted 3 companies for a quote to replace 14 misted double glazed units in our conservatory, Decorative Glass and Glazing were the only company to reply in a timely manner, came out to measure up and later emailed a quote for the work which was, it transpired much cheaper than the remaining firms who took an age to reply! The team arrived on time, did an excellent job of fitting the new units, very impressed with the service all round of this company. Will recommend most definitely!

I phoned Dec Glass on Tuesday, Oct 1when we opened a double glazed bedroom window and could not shut it due to as defective hinge. A helpful young lady arranged for a technician to visit two days later to assess what needed doing. He agreed that the hinge was worn and required replacement. He arranged for the work to be carried out the following day. This work was completed quickly and professionally. The price for the work was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys for any window repair work that is required. Thanks again

I had a problem leak in my conservatory which no amount of silicone was fixing. Very pleased that this was resolved by a re-bedding and resealing at a very reasonable cost. New windows and new hinges also fitted professionally with great value for money.

Called the company out, agreed time and date. They were very punctual and explained what was need to repair door & cost. I then booked job a few days later and agreed date/time for repair to take place, they were again punctual, clean and tidy, work carried out to a good standard. Would recommend them and use again.

Both initial and installation appointments kept. Slight delay in keeping installation appointment but the office telephoned the day before to advise of slight delay. Excellent communication, which is key. Work: replacing 7 'blown' glazing units carried out cleanly and to a very high standard by Stewart and colleague. I was very impressed. Highly recommended.

I rang and asked for an estimate to replace some handles and hinges on my existing double glazed windows. The estimator turned up on time and was very quick going around the house checking what needed to be replaced. The estimate arrived within a couple of days,and we were amazed how reasonable the estimate was. We agreed to have the work done. The fitters arrived at the correct time as agreed. They carried out the required work so quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

Stuart replaced all the hinges to our doors and windows and sorted out all the problems we had with draughts! Excellent workmanship. Thorough, prompt, polite and extremely helpful. We had patio doors fitted by Decorative Glass and Glazing. They were fantastic right from the word go. They came to measure up and spent 5 minutes doing this, where other Glazing companies spent over an hour here!! They made dates and times and stuck to them. A french window wouldn't close after the heatwave. It had been fitted by this company 8 years ago. Although they were busy, when I explained that my ill husband was sleeping in that room now, someone came almost immediately, and closed the door. They returned by appointment several days later to service and repair it. Excellent service, appreciated all the more at this stressful time.

New window needed, asked 4 companies to quote. Only DG&G bothered to come out and measure, look at the job and then quote. The others relied on me emailing measurements and spec (which is not my field of work so described what I needed as best I could to the others). Anyway, decided to go with DG&G as they had made the effort and I reckoned the quote would be accurate as they had visited and seen what I needed. Booked the job for 10am on a particular day and bang on 10am they turned up, did the work efficiently, friendly and quietly. Exactly what I wanted. perfect. No fuss, on time and to quote. Will now be using these for further work. very impressed.

They replaced a door and two small windows. They refurbished the stained glass landing window. They advised us well on what was needed. All work to excellent standard, carried out neatly. All personnel were friendly and arrived when they said they would. Overall, an excellent experience.
