Del Bromley Plumbing, Heating and Gas Services

Mr Bromley has carried out an annual maintenance [check] on my gas boiler - current model is a Worcester Bosch - for a number of years, in accordance with and with approval of the manufacturer. He is diligent, thorough and his work is of an exemplary standard. He also checks and maintains the [one] gas fire on the premises on an annual basis. In addition, Mr Bromley is my 'go-to man' for any work or problems regarding plumbing in what is an 100 year-plus house. He is completely reliable, clean and tidy and can be relied on for such as punctuality and holding to quotations, etc.

Services gas boiler every year and over years has sorted taps and leaks- when contacted re a small leak he has attended very promptly which is a great service - always provided receipts - always use Del due to customer service he gives

Dell came to work for us when we moved to a new house in 2007 due to my husband having a terminal illness. He was required to replace the central heating boiler , replace and refit two bathrooms and dismantle a gas fire . He worked with speed and efficiency throughout. He was always on time and worked well within a budget. He was clean and tidy . His cheerful manner was very much appreciated. He was very sympathetic to my husbands needs , working round oxygen cylinders and medical people. The fittings and appliances he fitted are still working well.After my husband died Dell continued to supply advice, and made regular visits to service the boiler.Over the past 15 years Dell has maintained my boiler , fitted extra radiators and has come out to me in an emergency with a leaking pipe. He has been remarkable in keeping appointments and his costs are very reasonable. I trust him completely and have every reason to recommend him to anyone.

Del has done many plumbing jobs over the last few years, at my home address and also at another property that I own. He has always been friendly, helpful and quick to respond when I contact him. He does an excellent job every time. He explains clearly what needs doing, identifies any additional issues and does a great job. His prices seem fair and it is priceless to have a reliable, expert person to rely on.

Del carries out annual boiler services at my home and my flat and has done for some years. This time (Feb-22) there was an issue with my home boiler as part of an internal seal had broken up. Del helped me find a cost effective solution as the price from a local trader was excessive (5x the price elsewhere) so my boiler was repaired for a sensible cost. I found Del to be knowledgeable, affable and a pleasure to do business with and would happily recommend his services to anyone.

I've completed this before. I'm doing it again in case I failed to send it!. Del's last job was a simple washer replacement and cure of a leak - straightforward but inaccessible. He regularly services my boiler and on one occasion re-routed some pipe work from a cupboard when an office was turned into a bedroom. Quite a tricky job to do aesthetically. I've employed him many times over the last two or three decades and recommended him to neighbours who have been pleased with his work. My son has employed him whenever a plumber was needed. He comes promptly, works quickly, leaves the place tidy and solves the problem effectively. A most reliable worker.
