Del Bromley Plumbing, Heating and Gas Services

On this particular occasion there were lots of different elements (plumbing and heating) that we were requesting of Del. As always, he replies quickly to initial contact, books an appropriate time for the work, arrives on time and does a great piece of work. Del has carried out a number of different jobs for us over the years, always with a positive attitude, a great smile and a super laugh. A first class individual.

Even though it was Saturday Del arrived when he said he would as he has done for many years. He did the job quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Firstly, Dell arrived on the day he said he would at the time he said he would, which is a real plus. Del replaced a failed cartridge in a bathroom tap and serviced my boiler. I tried doing the tap my self, but wasn't sure how much force I could use, or where, so left it to Del who deftly pulled the tap off and swapped it out. Del then serviced the boiler, explaining a valve wasn't sealing correctly, removing it to show me exactly where it was going wrong, and how he would fix it, then fixing it a reinstalling it. Del cleaned up the heat exchanger, put everything back together and ran a series of diagnostics checks to make sure it was working correctly. Start to finish was about 45 mins. Very happy with his on time arrival, professional approach, pricing and quality of work. I've already rebooked Del to carry out my mother's boiler service and highly recommend him to anyone needing a boiler service - which we all do or your home insurance is invalid (check the small print and don't get caught out).

Del contacted me to remind me about the annual boiler service. I find this very helpful as it is very easy to forget and it is obviously needed for the guarantee. He arrived punctually and worked quickly, cleanly and efficiently. The price was the same as last year, so ideal.

This is the second time that Del has performed a boiler service for me. He contacted me in advance of the yearly service and arrived promptly on the arranged date and quickly performed the service. While running the service Del was also very helpful in giving guidance and tips for plumbing issues I had and how to fix things myself or if I wanted he could come back and perform the work for me.

Del the plumber arrived exactly on time. He has a friendly approach and listens to what you have to say. He got straight on with the work in hand and was finished within an hour. He filled in the boiler service book and gave me a receipt for work he carried out for me. Del Bromley called at my home on 31st August, inspected the cooker and discovered a problem with the oven electrode. He advised me to contact Zanussi direct to ascertain (and order) the relevant part - which I did on the 3rd Sept. It was delivered on 10th September and I connected D Bromley today 12th. Later in the day he came and installed the new part to get the oven workable once more. His response to my initial query was very prompt and, after being advised the part had arrived, extremely prompt. In both the initial visit and subsequent one, he was very quick and cleared up well before leaving. Excellent service was had and at a modest cost.

As always Del was professional, tidy and friendly. He took time to answer and explain questions that I had. This is the fourth or fifth time he has serviced the boiler and I'm very happy with the work he has done. I'm please to have found a heating engineer/plumber that I know I can trust and rely on in case of emergency I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Del carried out an annual full boiler service, gave the usual excellent service and advice, highly recommended and reliable tradesman.

I have been using Del since around 2008. He is always courteous, punctual and a clean and tidy worker. To date, Del has replaced 2 boilers in different properties for me along with the annual service of the boiler. He has also installed outside taps, repositioned and or replaced many radiators, not to mention numerous TRV's as required. All in all, great service, great value, great communication and a really nice guy. I highly recommend Del, my go-to for plumbing and heating.

I have been using Del for a couple of years now and my family have used him for many years. He does our regular boiler service and any other plumbing needs we have, such as fitting a new tab or fixing a problem with the boiler. Del is always so quick to get back to us and very friendly, trustworthy and reliable. He’s also extremely experienced and knowledgeable.
