Del came round today to do the annual gas boiler service and attend to a few other plumbing problems that needed fixing. As always, in booking the appointment he always returned my calls promptly, came when he said he would come, and carried out the work thoroughly and efficiently, pointing out alternative fixes and remedies where they might save money. We have been using Del for all our plumbing needs for several years and would have no hesitation recommending his service to anyone looking for a plumber or heating engineer in the future.

I’ve been using Del Bromley Plumbing and Heating for a number of years and Del is always punctual and does a first class job. Over the years he has carried out shower mixer tap replacement, capping off a disused gas fire, flow valve replacement, boiler servicing, gas certification and toilet repairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Plus he is a first class person.

Del has been servicing my gas and oven hob for several years now. He is always reliable, arriving on time when he agrees an appointment with me. If I have forgotten to make the appointment for my annual service he gives me a call to remind me. His work is always very good and he gives helpful advice when asked. Have used Del many times before he is always efficient and professional . He always answers your calls or replies to texts promptly. He has just serviced my mums boiler and then came to me after to put new flusher unit in my toilet . Both jobs trouble free. Del has been dealing with my plumbing and heating work for some years now, and I have always been very pleased with the quality of his work. My electric shower unit had recently packed up, and he supplied and fitted a new shower yesterday. The work was carried out promptly and efficiently with his usual cheerfulness, and afterwards he made sure I was aware of the correct operation and care of the unit. As always, he cleaned up, and left the bathroom neat and tidy. I will see him again in the winter for my annual boiler service. I can thoroughly recommend Del.

I've completed this before. I'm doing it again in case I failed to send it!. Del's last job was a simple washer replacement and cure of a leak - straightforward but inaccessible. He regularly services my boiler and on one occasion re-routed some pipe work from a cupboard when an office was turned into a bedroom. Quite a tricky job to do aesthetically. I've employed him many times over the last two or three decades and recommended him to neighbours who have been pleased with his work. My son has employed him whenever a plumber was needed. He comes promptly, works quickly, leaves the place tidy and solves the problem effectively. A most reliable worker.

Have used Del various times over the years. His prices are good, he’s got vast array of knowledge and he’s a positive “can do” attitude means he’s very enjoyable to deal with. This time he replaced a small bathroom radiator which meant draining the system, then he replaced an outside tap and also reafixed the wobbly toilet seat. Having such a positive and solution focussed plumber on tap is very helpful as I know whatever plumbing help I need - Del will fix it.
