Derwent Sash Windows Ltd t/a Derwent Windows and Doors

We had seven hardwood sash windows and a set of orangery doors replaced by Derwent Windows this month and have been delighted with the finished product and the quality of service throughout the entire process. The fitters were extremely professional and hard working, and despite having to contend with heavy rain throughout the installation, our house and driveway were left spotless after each day's work. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for quality replacement windows, and we have already requested a further survey for additional work at our house.

The work was carried out to time and high standard. The workmen were polite and kept everywhere as clean as possible during the work and cleaned up when they finished. We were delighted with the high quality of the door and frame and the way it was finished and fitted. We were kept informed throughout from ordering to delivery and would highly recommend this company.

The guys did a brilliant job... such careful work and attention to detail. They could not have been better. Felt the difference in the heat in the lounge immediately and the windows look great. Thank you so much for a very efficient, excellent job.

We are really pleased with our new replacement windows. The quality of the work is outstanding. Derwent fitters were friendly and helpful and worked very cleanly with no mess at all. The Windows have made a noticeable difference to warmth in the house. Love the look from the inside and outside. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had but certainly worth paying a little bit more for flush Windows. Wouldn't hesitate to use Derwent Windows again or recommend to friends.

Derwent Windows was initially recommended to me by my neighbours who had had all their windows replaced and were very satisfied. From this recommendation I had 2 windows replaced a couple of years ago and was more than happy with them. I have now had a replacement door to the balcony with a top window fitted this week. I'm delighted. There was quite a delay from ordering the door to it being fitted but in this Covid year that is no surprise. The 2 fitters did an excellent job and left the room very clean and tidy. I was shown very carefully how to operate the locks and I was impressed by how careful the fitters were in protecting the stair carpet. The products aren't cheap but the quality is excellent.

We have recently had the windows on the front of our house replaced by Derwent Windows. Callum and Ben were first rate fitters. They worked incredibly hard with attention to detail. The service from Derwent Windows & Doors was very professional but also friendly from the initial inquiry all the way through to the installation and after sales care. We really love our Aluco Aluminum crittal doors and they look stunning as part of a full renovation of our dining room, living room and conservatory. Highly recommended.

We were looking for traditional sash windows to fit into a renovation of a Georgian property. Derwent really impressed when we saw the product in the showroom. Cost was not excessive for the type of product. Fitting went extremely well with the professional installers doing a clean, quick and beautiful job. I will use them again for the next part of the renovation.

Derwent windows fitted bi-folding aluminium doors to our dining room, removing an old conservatory first. Their service was always highly professional, very friendly, and responsive and helpful when I had specific questions. Andy who came out to assess the work needed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The three men who fitted the windows - Ben, Mark and Ian - showed considerable attention to detail to get the fit right (given how uneven our Victorian house walls are). The few jobs that needed doing after the windows were fitted were all done promptly. I am delighted with the look and function of the windows and would use Derwent Windows again without hesitation. The quality of their service and aftercare makes them good value for money.

Derwent windows initially installed 2 new French doors for us in April and we were so pleased with them that we went ahead and asked them to replace all the windows in our house which were in a sorry state. We were rather anxious as it was such a big, expensive job but we couldn't be happier with the finished result as our new windows are not only beautiful in appearance but they have made the house much more soundproof, warmer and secure. The whole job was completed within the 2 week schedule and the timekeeping of the window team was excellent. They were friendly, respectful and professional throughout and there was minimal disruption during the job. It has been a pleasure to deal with a company who not only have first rate products but also have a good team of window fitters to install them.
