Really impressed with the service. On his arrival the house wasn’t occupied and he text and rang me to let me know he was there. He explained and showed me what the problem was with the lock, before fixing it. He was helpful and polite and I would easily recommend his services to others.

My mum's front door refused to lock and she couldn't be left in that vulnerable situation. Kevin was the second locksmith I called. He was polite, asked me to send him photos of the lock. He came out immediately (unlike first co. I rang). Kevin offered a possible temporary solution if not repairable, then return the next day, a price for both scenarios. Kevin arrived within 40 minutes, the solution was very simple, therefore fixed within seconds and the cost less than quoted. Very pleased. Thanks, will use in future.

We needed window handles replaced and new window locks following a burglary. Kevin came round within an hour of me calling him, recommended the appropriate type of security locks and the type of replacement handles for our kitchen windows. He sent a quote for the work the next day The company that made these types of handles is no longer in business but he managed to find replacements. He came to do the work today as arranged, arrived when he said he would, completed the work and tidied up. The cost was as quoted.

Having used them several times before, Diamond Glass & Glazing were my first and only point of call. One of my doors had broken a hinge and the door lock mechanism had totally jammed. As always Kevin assessed the job and provided me with a full estimate for the work involved. He arranged a date and time to carry out the work and turned up exactly on time. The work was carried out efficiently and the door now works and locks perfectly. I cannot fault their work and they are always very friendly, tidy and reasonably priced. Whether it be for repairs or new installations I would not use anyone else.

With the increased risk of break-ins via UPVC doors I decided to upgrade my locks and also have dog bolts fitted to the patio doors. I had used Diamond before for a replacement window and knew that Kevin is a also a locksmith, so he was my initial contact to obtain advice and quotation. We discussed the options and agreed the price. The work was carried out with minimal mess, and to a very high standard.
