About

Direct Heating Installations is your one stop shop for all plumbing and heating requirements in and around the Leeds and Yorkshire area. We are a family run business with nearly 25 years experience in the plumbing and heating industry.

We specialise in Heating and Hot water installations and are Worcester, Bosch Group Accredited Installers. We are also Gas Safe registered. We offer a wide variety of services ranging from full central heating installations, power flushing, supply/installation of new boilers, repairs and servicing, to general plumbing and bathroom fitting.

Over the last 10 years we have gone from strength to strength now installing up to 150 boilers a year most of which are Worcester, Bosch Group. Being Worcester Bosch Accredited also means we can offer up to 10 years parts and labour warranties on most Worcester, Bosch Group products.
We are very happy to inform you of some great offers over the coming months in order to get your heating and hot water system ready for the winter months.

Very thorough and effective investigation of our frequent need to top up central heating system. Cause established and fixed at same time as non urgent boiler replacement. Excellent communication throughout. Prompt service. Used initiative and skill to overcome a couple of problems revealed once old boiler removed. Job completed in the time predicted.

Our boiler eventually died right at the start of this first deep freeze of winter. With a young child in the house and after contacting British Gas I was very concerned that we would be without any heating for up to 10-14 days ( based on time lines from British Gas) However after contacting Direct Heating on the Sunday ( yes they responded when British Gas were not open for calls ) a new boiler was supplied and fitted within 3 days. I cannot fault their service and speediness at helping us get heating back in place. I would highly recommend this co Pant to anybody who needs plumbing and heating work to be carried out.

I was dreading having my radiators flushed because they were over 40 years old and I thought it would be a messy job. How wrong I was! The guys from Direct Heating were so polite, friendly and efficient. They explained all they were doing and got on quickly and professionally. The job was done much quicker than I expected and there was absolutely no mess! I needn’t have worried! I thoroughly recommend this company and thank them for a job well done!

The central heating facility on our system failed, but we still had hot water (tank in loft). Failure of a control unit (separate to boiler) was the problem - quickly diagnosed by Direct Heating’s technician, Max. He not only ordered replacement part, but suggested a ‘workaround’ which kept us warm over the weekend. Part fitted the next week - in a 20 minutes visit, and we are ‘toasty’ again. Thank you Direct Heating - you have never let us down since you fitted the boiler etc., 7 years ago, and your prices are very acceptable. Great service - I would highly recommend you to anyone. Recently our boiler broke and we contacted DHI of Leeds for a quote. Matt called and discussed the options and a date arranged for an installation. We were very impressed by the installers( Jimmy and Max) who were very careful not only in the installation but also the removal of the old equipment. sheeting was put down and foot covers were used when needed. The completed job was very neat and the outside brickwork was matched to the existing brickwork so well its hard to tell any work was done there at all (thanks MAX) I would certainly recommend Direct heating installations for any heating work as they did a very neat job and in the timescales agreed.

I needed a replacement boiler to be sourced and fitted, as a matter of urgency. Direct Heating Installations offered me a Worcester Bosch for almost immediate delivery & Installation, and at a very competitive price! I was a little concerned that the low price would be reflected in the quality of the work, but I needn’t have worried; Jimmy and Max did a wonderful job for me. They were conscientious and professional, but still managed to work very quickly. They were also good craic! I can thoroughly recommend the entire team.

What an amazing experience I have had with this company. From start to finish their professionalism has been outstanding. There was no pushy sales technique and I was really listened to. Within TWO DAYS of my initial query my boiler was fitted and running like a dream. My boiler needed to be relocated and this was not a problem at all. The two young men who undertook the fitting were lovely and kept me informed of every stage. The work was completed to a very high standard. I am absolutely thrilled with the work they have done.
