A first class service from Matt and his company. Matt was able to send me a quote for a new Worcester Bosch boiler and moving of a radiator based upon an online questionnaire I completed and photos I'd sent. This was easier for me than having a visit. It was a very competitive quote. Denise kept me informed of the process right through. They booked in the work very quickly. On the day, Tom & Dale turned up on the dot at the arranged time. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable throughout their work at my home. Tom went out of his way to help me move a couple of pieces of furniture that I couldn't manage by myself, then put them back once the works were completed. They both did a thorough job including flushing the radiators, boiler installation, a very neat job of moving my radiator, and checked everything methodically at the end. They cleared up well afterwards. I am very happy with Direct Heating Installations and am enjoying a warmer home knowing my boiler is working more efficiently than my last boiler. Direct Heating Installations have been so easy to do business with. The initial appointment provided us with a clear and helpful assessment of our boiler requirements and offered knowledgable solutions to our needs and at a good price. Matt came out to give me a quote and assured me that an access problem identified by another supplier that would prevent installation could be resolved. His quote was also very competitive. Dale and Jimmy were the engineers. They arrived promptly at the time arranged and covered floors and carpets with sheeting before starting work. They cleaned and tidied when they had finished and left absolutely no mess. All my questions were answered and they demonstrated the boiler and Hive controls. Both were very friendly, polite and considerate and Jimmy was particularly chatty and helpful (in fairness Dale was in the loft with the boiler most of the time!). I have been operating my new boiler for 2 days without any problems and feel confident that if I did have any I could ring Denise (Office Manager) and she would arrange for it to be sorted. Everyone I have come into contact with has been totally professional and I have no hesitation in recommending Direct Heating.

Absolutely FIRST class service from start to finish. Matt came out to discuss what we wanted doing. He is very knowledgable, friendly, professional, honest and punctual. We received a very competitive quote from Matt (we had given him a budget that we needed to work towards). The work was agreed and timeline given. Matt and his team, Dale, Jack, the Electrician and Plasterer did an exceptional job. They were early everyday. Tidied up after themselves, were polite, friendly, professional and very trustworthy. Apart from the bathroom they fixed a leak in the kitchen which was nothing to do with them for no extra charge. 10 STAR service, highly recommend. Will be using them in future for boiler and heating services.

Our church, a registered charity, required its annual Gas Safety check. This was carried out by Matt and his team in an efficient and calm manner, with minimal disturbance to the room users using our building at the time. We were impressed with their care and attention to detail as part of the work also involved removing a disused boiler. This unit was removed and the flue hole was filled and carefully finished externally to suit the stonework on our listed building. As we are a charity we therefore required tradespeople capable of doing commercial work. We hope to have an ongoing relationship with this company.

Was very pleased as not as familiar with area so limited trusted contacts. Really responsive, quick and clear communications. Did what they said and what they quoted. Really smooth process for a fair price. Very impressed.

From start to finish really good communication with Matt who came and looked at job very good knowledge. The two workmen who came and fitted the new bolier very hard working, very polite. They answered any questions we had or anything we were unsure about. Room was left tidy and sheeted up where they were working and walking through.

Our boilers broke down the week before our baby was due which was a very stressful time for us. Direct Heating were great and patched up our old boilers so we weren’t left cold before the new boiler could be ordered and fitted. Matt went out of his way to make sure our new boiler was ordered and fitted asap before our baby was born. The guys worked late on both days to make sure we had heating and hot water before we went to hospital which is very much appreciated. They have good attention to detail because they have; neatened up the old existing pipe work (giving us more space in the garage), the flue now comes out of a small chimney on the garage roof whereas if came out the front of the house before which was always unsightly and they have matched our bricks when filling in the old flue hole. A very neat job with good attention to detail and a lovely team to deal with.

Great experience from start to end. Communication was brilliant and very quick to quote for the work with a really well priced quote. Stuck to their word on the installation date despite heavy snow. Super friendly engineers Tom and Matt. Could not fault the service in any way. Will definitely be called upon for future works to our 4 boilers.

Really can't say enough how fortunate we were to find DHI. When our plumber let us down at the last minute, DHI stepped in, re-arranged other commitments to fit us in, arrived on time and were quick, professional and explained everything. They even accommodated our extra requests to move one radiator three inches (seriously!! :) gave us great advice to improve on what we had previously recommended and did everything with a smile and a desire to help. It is no surprise they are a Which Trusted Trader: it is clearly, and absolutely, deserved.

Direct Heating Installations fitted my boiler and central heating, and have been maintaining the same for 12 years now. They are always professional, courteous and polite. They turn up on time, get on with the job and leave everything neat and tidy. I cannot fault their professionalism. This is the first year that my boiler has need an actual repair, and they were able to suggest a new part be fitted at a much lower cost than replacing the elderly boiler. Direct Heating Installations recently fitted a complete central heating system in our terraced house and we couldn't be happier with the result. The work was completed on time and to a high standard at a very competitive price. Did the normal get 3 quotes and proposals, they took into consideration the layout of my property what was needed. Which I had no real idea of what I needed apart from heating and hot water; I knew what I didn’t want Competitive prices, friendly and always answer my silly questions e.g. how to top up the water level in my boiler. Have them out every year to service the boiler. Can’t recommend them enough.

When let down by another supplier, from 1st contact to completion, DHI managed to install a new system in just 3-4 days. Whilst other businesses are busy apologising for second-rate service, their installation team was professional and hardworking and delivered on their promise.

Did exactly as promised. The workers were on time every day and left when they said they would. The property was kept clean and tidy, and the job was completed in 3 days as promised. Needed a repair a radiator valve which failed and meant I had no central heating, having had to drain the system to stop the leak. I've not used Direct Heating Installations (DHI) before so was entirely relying on online reviews to find someone. I found 2 that looked encouraging - the first one couldn't do anything for 2 weeks which was disappointing considering I had no central heating or hot water in part of the house. I tried the other, which was DHI. I spoke to Matt and within a few minutes I had an appointment that he had managed to fit in for the next day. He asked for pictures to ensure the engineer had the right parts & said the engineer would call before arriving. Next day, call came from Jake who arrived shortly afterwards. He was polite, friendly and professional and having checked with me about Covid matters got on with the job. He did a thorough job, replacing valves, refilling the system and ensuring the central heating was functioning properly, leaving everything neat and tidy. The cost was in line with the other company I had contacted and for what was effectively treated as an emergency repair I am very happy with the outcome. I had a couple of small queries the next day, and Jake called me back and asked me to monitor things and keep him informed, but he was more than happy to come back if anything needed further minor adjustment. Things are settling in so I don't think anything more is needed but great to know DHI really cares the customer is happy.

The team from Direct Heating did a great job. It involved a new gas supply line direct from the meter and through a cramped loft space. All carried out in good humour and the installation has been professional and of a very high standard. All checks made in detail after the installation by their own engineers. Have no hesitation in recommending them as other intallers baulked at the dificult job.

Response was prompt and the work was carried out professionally and efficiently on the agreed dates including follow up call to check heating system was working to satisfactorily.

They went above beyond to ensure the pipework & electric spur could be neatly hidden to side of the new boiler . They were very friendly & efficient .All done within a day .Great job . Would recommend their services.
