Discount Tyres & Exhaust

I had taken my car to the MOT centre and they had discovered that I needed three things done to pass the test. Having been to Discount Tyres & Exhaust for another issue early in the year I gave them a call. They were extreamly helpful and told me that they had what I needed, a new rear tire, a rear spring and a bulb for one of the lights in stock and could fit me in within half an hour. I decided to replace both rear tires as the other one was marginal on the MOT, and both springs as I prefer to get parts together if one has gone in case the other goes soon after. This led to a good saving as well. As soon as I arrived at the garage I was met by a really helpful guy (sorry I forgot your name) who then told me that if possible they would drive it back to the test centre once the work was done to get it re-tested, which was a brilliant idea as it saved me booking with them again independently. Not too long later I was called to tell me that the car was fixed and the MOT completed. What wonderful service! I would highly recommend this garage and will use them again should I need any work carried out. Many thanks you are a great team!

Discovered a puncture late afternoon yesterday. Called my go-to people for this sort of work, Discount Tyres, just before closing and they said to come in around 11:00 the next day. Arrived about 15 minutes early and was greeted with a courteous and efficient service from thereon. I have used this company many years for the last 20 years or so and the service has always been the same. I would always use and recommend this company for the services they offer. It starts from their boss and it is carried on by all the staff. If all companies could offer this level of service I would be ecstatic.

Suffered a puncture on the M25 and my recovery service took me to Discount Tyres and Exhaust. Having spent 90 minutes standing on the hard shoulder of the motorway what a relief to meet a helpful, friendly and professional team who went out of their way to make us welcome and fit a replacement tyre. Nothing was too much trouble. We feel fortunate that we were recovered to such a nice company and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Genuinely excellent service - don't be fooled by the word "discount" - Terry and the team are genuinely premium. I was met at my car, given coffee and somewhere to work whilst tyres were changed, wheels balanced and tracking adjusted on what appeared to be state of the art equipment. I have found the quality of service from your management team and staff second to none. I have been using your garage for many years and have often felt I should comment on your services, but somehow never got round to it. I do not readily trust garages but yours has consistently provided the kind of trustworthy service I want. As my preferred garage I have always encouraged the rest of my family and friends to use your services.
