We wanted three roofs of different types replaced, the main house hip roof with clay tiles, a flat roof extension with built up felt incorporating additional insulation and a large pitched roof workshop boarded and covered with EPDM. We contacted several roofing companies with varying responses which mostly did not inspire confidence but D L Jones responded promptly and carried out a thorough survey, discussed the work with us making helpful suggestions and gave us a comprehensive separate quotation for each roof, right down to the final removal of waste and tidying up. Their price was reasonable compared with other companies and we gave them the job. We are pleased to say they carried out the work to our complete satisfaction. All the site workers were polite and efficient, carrying out their work to a high standard and the friendly office staff kept us informed at all times. There were no ‘hidden extras’, delays or nasty surprises. We would not hesitate to recommend D L Jones as a professional, competent and reasonably priced roofing company which takes pride in the standard of their work. We must add that we have no personal connection with this company other than being satisfied customers – with NO leaks!

Had ongoing issues with water coming into my home. Had various attempted repairs carried out by others. Made contact with DL Jones CPS who suggested a drone survey, amazing. They identified the problem, provided before and after pictures and rectified the problem. I am very happy with the service they provided

We asked DL Jones to quote for repair the guttering in 2 places where it was leaking, replace 2 or 3 tiles that were faulty and check out the roof and correct any faults. We accepted the quote and the work was carried out the fitter telling me he had realigned the guttering to run towards the garage end of the house, had tested and everything was fine. Everything was fine until we had a high wind and a small section of the guttering where the leak had been came adrift. Their immediate response to this was it was the wind and any work needed would be extra. When I responded that they had not even looked at and only where the work had been done was there a problem they reluctantly came and fixed it. Then it leaked and they have come back to fix it. Now it leaks even more than it did before the work was done. They say the gutter needs re-aligning and they are happy to quote for it. Something their fitter said he had done when he first came. The rest of the repairs seem to be OK

After finding a leak coming through into the main bedroom of our house I contacted DL Jones who came highly recommended. Mr Jones came round to look that evening and found the issue, which was a damaged flat roof and guttering. We scheduled in to have the problem resolved and this was all completed in the time frame given to the highest standard. Rather than just patching up the problem as a temporary solution we opted to have the flat roof and part of the guttering completely re-done and couldn't be happier.

I requested different quotes for a replacement loft window. Of all the quotes I received I decided on using DL Jones to replace the window, which I am extremely glad I did. The two people who worked on removing the broken loft window and installing the replacement were very friendly and completed the job is less than 1 1/2 days. I would highly recommend DJ Jones for anything to do with lofts.

We had an overflowing toilet, got in touch with DL JONES through Which? Trusted Traders, who came over emailed me a reasonable quote and sorted the toilet the next day. Was very punctual and cleared all debris as promised. Also requested a quote to build a toilet downstairs. Would not hesitate to recommend Lee.
