We contacted Gary based on a local recommendation. Harvey, who works in Gary's team, has visited our house on several occasions to help us with ongoing plumbing issues. Each time, he has been courteous, professional and thorough, providing easy to understand advice on our options. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.

We experienced some problems when a previous builder installed our new shower tray and enclosure, and it started leaking from the sides. The current builder was unable to solve the problem and so, after looking for recommendations, contacted Dobson and Clarke. Gary responded to our query within 24 hours, came round and put our minds at ease stating that they would solve the problem. Less than a week later a team came out and removed the shower enclosure, resealed the tray and reinstalled the enclosure and the leak stopped. The team were happy to answer our queries while they were doing the work, were polite and very clean and hygienic. The whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Everyone we spoke to at Dobson and Clarke was very professional and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing related issues.

Gary project managed some welcome improvements to my 2nd floor (new shower room, replacement of wall with bannister, new insulation, new velux windows, and loft boarding and hatch) as well as some repairs to the roof and basement and replacement of a lead water feed. Gary has the drive to get a variety of things done efficiently and on time. His team are all courteous and positive and arrive when they say they will. You are never left wondering where someone is. They clear up as much as they can at the end of the day and at the end of the job. A particular mention for Dale and Noah who were always kind and patient with my questions and concerns. Gary is very friendly and approachable too and always took my ideas, concerns, and questions seriously. You will be in good hands with Gary and team. I actually miss them now they have finished!

Dobson and Clarke did a fantastic job for us; from the first visit to suggest ideas for a new shower cubicle and the initial quote through to completion of the work. We were kept informed along the way and any queries we had were always answered very swiftly. The staff who carried out the work were polite and took pride in what they did. First used 1 year ago to replace boiler & re-siting of a pressure relief valve incorrectly positioned by a previous company. This has run without issue since its installation. The most recent job was to replace a toilet & cistern. We were given a fair & detailed quote for the work & as we were supplying the hardware, a date was put aside for the work, but they ensured that we had everything available on site before finalising the installation. As a result we were not kept waiting once we had everything available & the works were scheduled for the beginning of the week following our confirmation of everything being available. They were able to work around our not being available on the second day & completed the job on the morning of day 3 to ensure we were not inconvenienced in any way. We were kept fully informed of their arrival times & everything was completed to schedule. Harvey ensured that we were happy with finished work & was happy to make any small changes we needed. The work area was kept clean & tidy throughout & all waste was removed from the site at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to use the company again & can thoroughly recommend them.

I have used Dobson & Clarke Ltd for several small jobs in the past, which is why I chose them for my bathroom renovation. Their work is of very high quality, and they pay attention to detail. The team were respectful and personable professionals to have in my home. We hit an unexpected snag towards the end of the project which they rectified promptly. The whole project was closely co-ordinated by Gary, who was also very helpful in making recommendations, and responsive when I had a query. I know of several of my neighbours who use Dobson and Clarke so you can rest assured that my great experience is indicative of a consistently high standard of work. They are in demand, and worth the wait.

We are having a refugee come to stay with us and needed a CP12 gas certificate at very short notice for the council. Gary was able to get us booked in quickly so we could meet the deadline. On the day he was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was even able to offer advice on some other plumbing issues we were having. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gary's services and would certainly use him again in the future.
