Gary arranged to come round in the evening of the day I called. He returned, this time within the hour, a couple of days later to fix a leak caused by a design fault. I would have no hesitation in recommending his work to others.

I'd had a couple of plumbers out to look at this simple job only to be told that they wouldn't be able to fix it as it was an "installation error". contacted Gary who came out on the Monday, arrived when he said and fixed the problem for less than half what I'd already paid someone to just look at it and shake their head. Would definitely recommend Gary and I would use him again without hesitation.
