Done-for-you

I'm delighted with the new bathroom and bedroom doors Geoff installed for me yesterday. Although the doors are very heavy and had to be fitted into door frames that are rather warped, Geoff did a great job of trimming them and fitting new handles and a bathroom lock. I look forward to having Done For You's help on my next interior project.

Geoff did full refurbishment if two bathrooms for us in 2019. He gave us very structured estimates up front for labour and materials and only wanted to be paid on completion of each bathroom. His work was high quality and he talked us through any issues as they arose. He’s the tidiest person you can imagine and although the final price was higher than estimate there were good reasons for this on both bathroom. Overall highly recommended!

Geoff worked on the refit of two bathrooms for us, one a blank canvas, the other an existing slightly dated family bathroom which required a fair bit of investigative work due to hidden steels and "interesting" historic pipework. He also did some boxing and painting in our downstairs toilet and replaced some damaged stone tiling in our kitchen/hall area. He kept us abreast of any issues as and when they arose and was great at offering suggestions and options for workarounds. Punctual and very reliable he always tidied up after himself and we completely trusted him in our home. He works to a high standard and his boxing-in work in particular is very neat and well executed. We are very happy with our two new bathrooms and would definitely recommend Geoff.

Geoff replaced my bathroom creating a modern look from one which was dated. He spent time after the initial meeting sourcing all the materials and was open to my comments after I had viewed the products. Throughout the process he was incredibly helpful and altered various items when I changed my mind about placements. Geoff communicated well throughout the whole process and I have already recommended him to friends. I have had many positive comments about my new bathroom from family and friends and it was a pleasure having him working in my house.

Geoff fitted in a complete new large kitchen,it looks fantastic and we are so pleased. He started from scratch putting in a new ceiling,plumbing and electrics replaced and also re plastered all the walls then levelled out the floor before he could start on the units. He also made doors for the meter cupboards and for under the stairs which all blend in with the units.The tiling on the walls he suggested brick design,so glad he did it looks perfect. We also chose the wrong colour splash back which would have ruined the colour scheme of our kitchen,so we picked the one we wanted and Geoff very kindly said he would take the other one back which was very good of him. Geoff is very approachable, easy to talk to and will give advice when needed. He turns up on time and with plasterer and electrician if needed, and can work long hours. Last year he turned our old bathroom into a bright Brilliant fresh new one, we are so happy with both its made such a difference to our house. We would highly recommend him, we have already done so to our family and friends that we know.

We are really pleased with the work that Geoff has done in transforming our downstairs toilet area. We were very pleased with his workmanship, attention to detail and advice giving. Geoff completed a downstairs utility room at the end of 2018. There were a number of strange requests we had that he dealt with easily and he went over and above helping us source the right materials. Geoff is tidy, polite and does a very thorough job - would definitely recommend.
