We are really happy with the service provided. We ordered 5 windows one of which had a catflap installed in it. Communcation was great from the off and the installation was on time. Nigel is a pleasure to deal with and a highly recommend him for all your double glazing needs.

I had a cracked window unit replaced in one room, and the old leaded double glazing units were replaced with plain thermal units in the kitchen. Nigel is approachable and a good communicator; he kept me informed at every stage, and on the occasions he came to the house he was always punctual. The final price was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed on the date agreed. When he installed the new units, he worked efficiently and cleaned up when he had finished, leaving everything very tidy. The panes were left sparking clean! I am so pleased with the new windows, they look great and what a difference the plain glass makes to the light in the kitchen. I have used the Double Glazing Doctor a couple of times in the past, and will always go back to him as he is a real expert and, not the least, honest in his dealings and competitive in pricing.

I suspected a complete new window. Nigel arrived within the agreed time slot explained what was needed. Price agreed he finished within about an hour after cleaning up afterwards.
