Double Glazing Doctor

I had a cracked window unit replaced in one room, and the old leaded double glazing units were replaced with plain thermal units in the kitchen. Nigel is approachable and a good communicator; he kept me informed at every stage, and on the occasions he came to the house he was always punctual. The final price was exactly as quoted, and the work was completed on the date agreed. When he installed the new units, he worked efficiently and cleaned up when he had finished, leaving everything very tidy. The panes were left sparking clean! I am so pleased with the new windows, they look great and what a difference the plain glass makes to the light in the kitchen. I have used the Double Glazing Doctor a couple of times in the past, and will always go back to him as he is a real expert and, not the least, honest in his dealings and competitive in pricing.

Nigel got back in touch quickly - when other businesses that I requested to quote did not get back at all - and was round to the house within a day or two to assess the work and get an accurate quote back to me. Taking time to ensure the unit spec was accurate to match, it then only took a few days to get the quote through, which I felt was very competitive. The work was completed today, Nigel was done pretty quickly, didn't waste anyone's time and disposed of the old unit. I can highly recommend Nigel who is an efficient and careful worker. He replaced a lock mechanism for me very quickly for the agreed sum and left a tidy workspace. I would ask him to do work again in the future if necessary.
