We had our windows panes replaced because they were led lined. Nigel came on time for the quote (you don't always get that with others) provided a quote, ordered the glass, kept in touch to confirm our work date. On the day he was efficient and clean. We're made up with the difference the windows have made to the light and warmth in the house.

Absolutely excellent and amazing service. I have health issues, and our window was broken letting in a lot of noise. Nigel did his best to squeeze our job in as soon as possible, so really happy with the service. A very nice guy, couldn't recommend him more highly.

Nigel was courteous and friendly. He attended at the agreed time and carried out work with minimum fuss and disruption. He was neat and tidy and paid attention to detail in his work. He replaced a unit with a failed seal as well as sealing a second troublesome frame. His price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him and use his service again in a heartbeat.

Nigel was prompt and helpful. He installed eight panes to two bedroom windows plus four new locks and it was done quickly and to a high standard. there was no mess and everything was left clean and tidy. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to others.

It was a pleasure doing business with Nigel. Turned up on time, worked in a swift and efficient manner. Nothing was too much trouble for him especially when I had inadvertently ordered the wrong part - even not charging me for his time I had wasted, he was very understanding. This job was replacing a broken cat flap in a double glazing unit and I was surprised at how little I was charged. I have used Nigel on larger jobs before and he will always be the first person I contact for all matters related to double glazing.

Nigel goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy; for example fetching me a silicone spray (so I didn't have to brave the wholesalers myself) and trying out extra barrels on a sticking lock just to try to get it perfect. He turns up when he's supposed to, works quickly and cleans up after himself. He is also easy to contact and ready to discuss any problems. Over the years he has replaced window and door locks for us and today installed a new security panel on the back door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

This trader met all my expectations. He came promptly after my phone call, diagnosed the problem with my window lock, ordered the parts, rang when he received them and came the next day (today) to fit them.
