I used Drayton Boilers 10 years ago and when my mum needed a new boiler they came with expert advice and options for a new boiler to replace our 30 year old system. The new install was done on time, they dealt with a suspected meter leak and delivered the job well and to a good standard including new brick work. They found a good match. Steve Drayton was excellent throughout and kept an eye on the work done by the install team. Jack was excellent and calmly got on with the job. I have recommended Drayton to a number of people including my mother in law to sort their boilers out. I would recommend them.

I can't recommend Drayton Boilers enough. Andy Drayton came round and gave me a detailed and comprehensive breakdown of the work required, proposed date of installation and cost. I had a new combi boiler installed, replacement pipework where needed, removal of old immersion heater and new programmer. I was very impressed with the way the installation was carried out; the two young guys performing the work were polite, very professional, the work was very clean and tidy, I couln't fault any aspect of the process at all. The installation was completed in three days, there was no mess left to clear up, suitable covering had been used to keep carpets clean - no complaints, very happy with job well done.

We have used Drayton Boiler Services for many years to do our annual boiler service. Our most recent service identified over £1000 of repairs required on what is a 20 year old boiler. I asked Drayton to quote for a new boiler. I could not fault the service provided from the time of the initial request, the site visit, discussion of the options, the prompt quote, the timing for the installation and the actual installation undertaken. This was a boiler replacement at my elderly father-in-law's ground-floor flat. Steve Drayton came to survey the site and confirmed my expectation that the current boiler location and flue arrangement were now illegal. He proposed various solutions, and we agreed on the best option. He sent me a very clear quote the same day, with pricing options for different boilers. After I'd chosen the boiler model, Gary Drayton kindly arranged a very early start date for the work, because my father-in-law was without hot water or central heating. The installation was done by Jack, who did a very neat job and left the site clean and tidy. After he had commissioned the system, he talked me through all of the controls and described the pipe-work, stop-taps and drain taps, and he made sure that I understood the operation and control of the boiler and the terms of the warranty. Jack could not have been more professional or competent in his approach to the work or his dealings with us. Because the boiler was to be relocated, there was some decorative work needed after the installation; we had agreed in advance what would be needed and that it would be done by me/not included in the quote. The job was completed on time and to the quoted price. The site was left clean and tidy each day, and all of the waste was cleared from the site. I've used Drayton before, but this is the biggest job they have done, and I was completely happy with their work.

In a time when customer service appears to be a forgotten commodity and first-class workmanship equally hard to find, it's gratifying and frankly amazing to find a company that clearly understands and delivers both. From the initial meeting and subsequent quote, everything was explained and the various options made clear. There was nothing 'hidden' and no unexpected 'surprises'; a way of working that many other companies need to learn. The work was started on schedule and completed on time, plus points which again, are increasingly uncommon. Customer service was flawless throughout. The team from Drayton Boiler Services were possibly the most personable and polite young men we have encountered in a long time. The work was carried out with the absolute minimum of fuss and interference, and as with the initial contact, everything was explained; and the final clear-up was outstanding. Would we recommend and endorse Drayton Boiler Services? Absolutely and fully, without hesitation. Should anyone reading this review consider it to be effusive or 'over-the-top', my response would be try their service, it will knock anything else you've experienced out of the frame.

During the gas boiler service from Drayton , it was discovered that there were no longer any spare parts available to fix a critical safety issue with our 35-year old boiler. The Engineer showed the issue and explained why the boiler was no longer safe to use. I requested a quotation for a replacement boiler and Drayton immediately provided a very detailed breakdown of all the costs and work including any options to consider following their on-site survey. We were very pleased with all the work. He worked very hard and did a great job! Communications were great from beginning to end and in fact there were no issues at all. I definitely trust and would therefore recommend this Company.

This latest job was to drain the system and replace valves on two downstairs radiators. I might have tried myself, but one of the radiators was a trickier upright wall fitting with not a lot of metal pipe to work with. And I trust Drayton – they've previously replaced a cylinder tank and boiler for me on a pressurised system and I was impressed with both their work and their people. While they continue to do good work and use good people, I'll stay with them.

Drayton were quick and efficient from clear quotation with options, setting the installation date, replacing our old boiler, through to thoroughly cleaning out the system and leaving everything working well, neat & tidy. Very good service.

Our 23 year old gas boiler worked perfectly but we decided it should be replaced in the summer as we did not want it to stop functioning in the winter. Their Vaillant condensing-boiler installation for us was then completed to our total satisfaction, on budget and as per the agreed timings. All the staff and engineers we spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. A follow up query was answered speedily. We can thoroughly recommend this Company.

The quotation received from Drayton Boiler Services was well written and covered the full scope of work. I had intended to install a 50kw Worcester Bosch boiler as an upgrade to my existing 23-year-old boiler. Andy Drayton shared all the pros and cons of oversizing the boiler capacity and we settled for a 35kw boiler that adequately met the hot water demand for bathrooms and the underfloor heating. The overall installation service was smooth and very professional. There is a 12-year warranty on the boiler installation, and it was clear that the installation had to meet all stringent requirements. I am very satisfied with Andy and the installation and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I had 4 quotes and Drayton’s was both detailed and competitive following a visit to assess the current setup. Steve pointed out issues with the current system and solutions that would make it more efficient this along with timely installation by a friendly and professional installation team made the process very easy. We used Drayton Boiler Services to replace our old existing system boiler to a new combination one. Steve was extremely helpful from my first visit to the office. Steve arrived to survey our property at the arranged time and took the time to explain all our options. He had the quote prepared and emailed over the next day, the quote was very competitive and everything was broken down making it very easy to understand. The engineers arrived on the agreed day and time and again spent time explaining to us what they were planning on doing and the timescales of works before getting started. Both the engineers were very friendly and knowledgeable and left the house very tidy before leaving. The work was completed exactly as explained and on time. Time was again taken to explain the new boiler and controls and how to use the new hive system. This left us very confident using and programming the new system to our requirements. We would not hesitate to recommend Drayton boiler services and are very happy with our new heating system.

I needed more water pressure in the shower/kitchen and didn’t want another noisy shower pump to replace the broken one in the airing cupboard. Three companies came out to quote for the work and of them, Drayton left me feeling the most informed having asked/answered more questions than the others. The company provided a very detailed quotation including explanatory notes for each item and some recommendations for optional extras that would enable extended warranties. All staff were professional and polite. My installation was performed by George, Oli & Sam. They were always happy to answer my questions and kept me informed on the progress of the work. However, they didn't eat many of the biscuits I left out for them... it took a few goes to find the right one (triple choc chip cookie)! Due to the location of the new instillation, extra (visible) pipework had to be installed but it was done with such precision and art I’m rather sad it’s hidden away in a less populated area of the house… All work was completed on time with all waste (inc old tanks & boiler) being removed from the site without the need for me to provide a Skip. The handover was as detailed as the quotation, in fact, we went through each item with important valves/switches being identified as well as what to look for and do if things go wrong. Everything has been running well and I would happily recommend Drayton for installation and service work.

Drayton updated our complete central heating and hot water system circa 2011. In the last year our BAXI boiler had become increasingly reliable even though it had been serviced by Drayton every year. Eventually I decided to replace the boiler and this is the work Drayton did. We chose them because of the excellent service given over the previous 13 years during which they were always responsive to telephone or email messages. Overall, friendly staff including those who serviced our system every year, and, now, those who were involved with the replacement boiler. These people are in and around your house (for 2 days) so it helps to have a friendly face. So pleased have we been with overall service and responsiveness in the past, I did not bother to check competitiveness of price for new boiler. Job done in two days and, so far 1 month later), absolutely no problems

Our boiler finally gave up the ghost this week and with the temperatures being freezing I gave Drayton Boiler Services a call. They came straight out and as we thought the boiler had finally died. They gave us an immediate quote with several options based on price and quality. We agreed our choice and they came and installed the boiler today 29/11/2024. Our Engineer was Douglas who was polite , friendly and above all really professional he fitted it over 1.5 days and kept his working area immaculate. He talked us through everything and left us with a lovely warm house.

23 October 2024 we had a scheduled boiler service. The engineer was not pleased by what he found but as the boiler was outside the dwelling he allowed us to carry on using it. We immediately contact Drayton Boiler Services who sent another engineer to give us an estimate for cost of a new boiler. We accepted the quote and work started on the 4 November with completion on the 5th. We were very pleased with the work carried out. The workmen were considerate, clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. New never quite fits where old comes out but all was resolved without fuss. We are very pleased with our new system and have arranged for Drayton Boilers to do our annual service. Just one more thing we do not have to worry about. Great company, great service and lovely people. Strongly recommend them and the work that they do.

Arranged to have my boiler serviced as I’d recently moved to the property and had to re set it every morning . Following the service I was advised I required a new boiler. I was given a quote a day later and an installation date. Everything went to plan. On day of installation the fitter turned up promptly at 8 and left by 4. Very friendly, tidy and efficient. I felt confident at all times. I would definitely recommend this company.

Having needed an emergency repair to my old boiler by Drayton I was advised to consider a new boiler. A further visit was made with some sound recommendations and a quote, which was agreed. There was no pressure on selling me the most expensive option or any add on just sound advice. The installation was completed 2 weeks later. The engineers were clean, tidy and polite. I would certainly recommend Drayton to others!

Drayton Boiler Services fitted a new Boiler, re-fitted the Gas meter to code and replaced the pipework through basement ceiling, outside the house and back into the kitchen to reconnect to the new boiler. The team did a fantastic job and all was somehow completed in 2 days. In addition they also fitted the Hive thermostat and upgraded the valves on a number of radiators. All came in under budget and from start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with the team. They did the work in a really short space of time as well! Thanks a tonne to the team - all is working fantastically and would certainly recommended them to anyone and I'll be using them for all future works.

They completed the installation of a new boiler on time and within budget, removing the old equipment. The compliance paperwork (Gas Safe and Building Certificate) arrived within the week.
