I rang them in the morning with a broken pool heating boiler. They shifted schedules and sent their service engineer that afternoon. He discovered a broken fan and he then drove 15 miles to get it and worked until 19:00 to get it fixed. I was extremely grateful for this superior service.

Excellent service, super team. Drayton was recommended to me and they definitely lived up to that recommendation. The boiler had be replaced, and they did everything they could to keep it running until the day came to change it. Replaced heat pump/valves and power flushed the system. Friendly, efficient, considerate team who know their stuff. Definitely recommended.

We approached this company on the recommendation of the supplier of our previous boiler and we were immediately impressed by the promptness of the response, the clear expertise of the person assessing our needs in situ and teh overall sense of professionalism in the preparation of the quote and correspondence. The installation of the boiler and associated equipment was undertaken at the agreed time by cheerful and considerate staff who knew what they were doing and did a great job. We had a very old gas boiler that needed replacement, which we assumed would be a fairly straightforward job but which (unfortunately) turned out not to be so simple in practice. Several firms seemed unable (or reluctant) to undertake the work but Steve was able to find solutions to the technical issues and provided a detailed quotation. Rob, Aron and Ollie did a great job, cleaned up every day and we had hot water every night & morning over the four days required to do the work. The old boiler was replaced, the heating/hot water system re-plumbed (to a new design) and new controls, valves, filter, TRVs and pumps installed. The whole system was then power flushed before the boiler was tested and certified for it's 10 year guarantee. Rob was very good at explaining what was happening and how everything now worked. In summary, a very old system has been completely updated at a reasonable cost (as quoted). The guys turned up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and are a real asset to their company. I would highly recommend Draytons to anyone who needs a modern heating solution installed by heating professionals.

Communication on quote was spot on, then work scheduled and team arrived on time. Work was carried out efficiently and cleanly. Steve turned up on the day to double check works to be carried out and to reinforce to team what they were doing, despite having the work sheet. New boiler guarantee all done on line by Drayton. Very happy with the company, their employees and works carried out. So much so, have already booked them to do more work this month!

From first call to completed Job, I found Drayton to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Their quote was cheaper then British Gas and we got the boiler we wanted with the Hive control. Work booked in, confirmed nearer the date and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will be using for servicing in future.

Draytons installed a new boiler and radiator thermostats for me as well as carrying out a power flush of the central heating system. All aspects of the service were excellent. Clear estimates with options that I could select from. Competitive prices. Installation was very smooth. The guys were careful and answered all the questions that I had. Following a problem with the boiler I called Drayton for advice and hopeful repair. Unfortunately, the old boiler could not be repaired and a new boiler had to be installed. Good advice from Drayton from start to finish on problems with old boiler to suggestions on new. A competitive price was agreed and work was carried out efficiently and cleanly. After a problem with the airlock was rectified quickly by them, our new boiler is now working well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drayton and will use them for servicing in the future.

Our boiler suddenly started leaking and needed to be replaced. Based on a neighbour’s recommendation we contacted Steve who came the following day to take a look. The quote for replacement was received the same day and we were booked in the day after that. Rob and Aaron then did a great job removing the old boiler and commissioning the new one. Everything was left neat and tidy! Highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Steve provided a clear and comprehensive quotation, having first provided some good advice. Brad and his team arrived on time, did an excellent job fitting a new boiler in very cold conditions. We have used Drayton Boiler Services for several years and have always found their work faultless . The cost is competative , extremely polite friendly, hard working engineers , very tidy workers and all completed on time .

I called for my annual boiler service, was booked within a week. I was informed on the day that the prior job overran and the chap from Drayton Boiler Service ended up working well past 5pm to keep the appointment. Very thorough service had all the parts out and cleaned, I don’t recall my last firm doing this. It transpired that the boiler was not installed by the initial firm 100% correct with a pipe too narrow and hence the gas pressure was below optimal (not terminal). Nobody in 4 years has gone the distance to pick this up and it shows how thorough the service is. I feel very confident going into Christmas now. I will use them again as he also informed me due to gas changes that I will need a new valve retro fit and I would very much trust this firm to do it with their technical skills.

The work was carried out in a very professional manner and the fitting was perfect. The cost was very reasonable. The area was left clean and tidy at the end of fitting.

We had a longstanding need to upgrade our central heating system. On first visit, Steve very quickly gave a detailed appraisal of what was needed and why certain changes were necessary. His quote was competitive but it was the clarity of explanation that won the work. When it came to the job the engineer threw himself into the practical challenges of updating our heritage pipework and came up with solutions which got him very dirty but spared us disruption of holes in walls. He also thoroughly examined our boiler and uncovered issues which should probably have been identified in the previous service. Very happy with their commitment to excellence.

I am having house improvements done which involved fitting a new boiler and moving it to a different location.This was a major task but was done with total professionalism from the planning stages to the finished project.
