DT Heating Ltd is a family run business based in St Helens with over 17 years experience working for British Gas specializing in all aspects of domestic gas appliances. We pride ourselves in giving good customer service, affordable prices and reliability.

I contacted DT Hughes and they called to arrange an appointment. The following week Callum turned up. He sent me a message stating he would be about 30mins. Callum came in that time and sorted out my boiler which had a leak. He was polite, tidy and the job was done professionally. After being ripped off by another company I would definitely recommend DT Hughes to people.

Callum turned up on time after confirming by e mail when that would be. His work was very professional and he highlighted a problem that needed some parts ordering. He sourced the parts there and then so that the job could be completed before he left. His work was clean and tidy. Very pleased with Callum and DT Heating Ltd, would certainly use again.

I have been using this company for a few years now for my annual boiler service and additionally this year the supply and fit of a new thermostat. A quick message is all it takes to arrange the job, and the response is always prompt. The prices are reasonable and fair. Callum came to do the service and as always text to confirm his expected time of arrival. He arrived on time and carried out the work leaving no mess. He took the time to explain how the new thermostat worked, and advised what work/checks had been made to the boiler. He is always polite and friendly. I will continue to use this company as I find them both reliable and professional, and would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from DT Heating. Been having boiler problems another plumber had failed to diagnose. Communication to let me know they were on route. Polite and friendly manner whilst here. Very professional and thorough diagnosis of the problem. He even brought a dust sheet to keep the mess to a minimum. Things like that really do go a long way to leaving a good impression. Quote given and repair booked whilst on site. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with Duncan and his team. Got an appointment to suit us, communication was excellent. Callum kept in contact to arrange time to arrive for the job. He did a great job servicing our boilers left everything as he found it. Would highly recommend this professional team of plumbers/boiler engineers. Will definitely use their service again. This was my first time using D T Heating. I was contacted very soon after I had sent my initial text, and had an appointment booked for a couple of days later. Although all arrangements were by text, I felt my request was being dealt with efficiently and in a friendly business-like manner. I received a text on the morning of the appointment from Callum telling me he’d be arriving within 30 minutes, and on a dark, rainy Monday morning there he was! Callum quickly familiarized himself with the antiquated plumbing at my fathers old terraced house, and efficiently fixed the problem. I would be happy to use DT Heating again. It’s very reassuring these days to find a company that appreciates your time and your business, sadly this is becoming more difficult. Thank you Duncan and Callum.
