Callum came to do an annual boiler service. He text to advise of ETA for the job and was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a thorough job, kept us informed throughout and when he found a potential problem, he rang up our boiler manufacturer to check info before advising on any potential work needed. He advised that we need to ring Worcester back to potentially get a new plate fitted and suggested it would be more cost effective to do it this way, rather than them doing this for us. My impression was that they pride themselves on doing a good job, keeping customers happy and providing the best advice for the customer, not just quoting for work when another option may be available. Overall I am happy with the service provided and will be using DT Heating for our next annual boiler service. Thanks :)

Callum was very polite excellent work , clean and tidy. Did a thorough job didn't rush. Really pleased . Turned up on time and let me know 30 minutes before arriving. Highly recommend.

Duncan and Callum Replaced my boiler. The quotation is highly competitive and the service excellent. I am having my kitchen redone and part of the work involved fitting the boiler to enable it to be incorporated into the new cabinets. They arrive promptly on the first (and second) day and the work was completed within the pre advised timescale. I had a visit today from a friend who is a retired engineer and he was so impressed that he took D T's details so he could have them deal with a similar installation at his house.

Callum came to service my boiler yesterday that he and Duncan at DT Heating installed last year. All the work has been carried out efficiently and with courtesy and a pleasant manner. Duncan is very helpful and responds to all my questions and queries. He made a follow-up visit after the installation and everything worked perfectly.

I have used D T Heating twice this year, once for a boiler repair at home and more recently for a couple of landlords gas safety checks with boiler service and repairs. On both occasions I was absolutely delighted with their service. The home repair turned out to be quite a complicated matter but Callum was able to sort it out with great efficiency and kept me completely informed of all the necessary actions to complete the job. His work was clean, neat and tidy and the price was for all parts and labour was very agreeable. As a landlord I needed a repair on a tenants boiler and at the same time I had two gas safety checks due. All I needed was one phone call to D T Heating where I spoke to Duncan who immediately took all the hassle away from me. He took all the details from me and then contacted the tenants directly to arrange access / follow up visits etc. This saved me a lot of time and effort and I would certainly recommend any landlords to use them for this service. Duncan was extremely easy to communicate with and his charges were more than competitive. I will certainly be calling D T Heating as my first choice the next time I need any of their services.

This was my first time using D T Heating. I was contacted very soon after I had sent my initial text, and had an appointment booked for a couple of days later. Although all arrangements were by text, I felt my request was being dealt with efficiently and in a friendly business-like manner. I received a text on the morning of the appointment from Callum telling me he’d be arriving within 30 minutes, and on a dark, rainy Monday morning there he was! Callum quickly familiarized himself with the antiquated plumbing at my fathers old terraced house, and efficiently fixed the problem. I would be happy to use DT Heating again. It’s very reassuring these days to find a company that appreciates your time and your business, sadly this is becoming more difficult. Thank you Duncan and Callum.

Very professional and thorough diagnosis of the problem. He even brought a dust sheet to keep the mess to a minimum. Things like that really do go a long way to leaving a good impression. I have been using this company for a few years now for my annual boiler service and additionally this year the supply and fit of a new thermostat. A quick message is all it takes to arrange the job, and the response is always prompt. The prices are reasonable and fair. Callum came to do the service and as always text to confirm his expected time of arrival. He arrived on time and carried out the work leaving no mess. He took the time to explain how the new thermostat worked, and advised what work/checks had been made to the boiler. He is always polite and friendly. Callum turned up on time after confirming by e mail when that would be. His work was very professional and he highlighted a problem that needed some parts ordering. Callum came in that time and sorted out my boiler which had a leak. He was polite, tidy and the job was done professionally. DT has done my boiler service twice now. Easy to book in with them, Callum (who came both times) was friendly & polite. He explained everything he was doing, and when he found a couple of parts that were on their way out, explained exactly what they were, and was reassuring the entire time.
