I have been using Duncan and his company for many years, he has done work including fitting and moving full heating systems, servicing, fixing faults, problems and leaks. All work has been done to the highest standards, they are always polite, cause the least amount of disruption and are very reliable. I have recommended him to my parents and parents in law and they have been very pleased with his companies work as well.

Duncan fitted a new boiler in my previous property. He did a great job of that, really neat job. He recently serviced my boiler, competitively priced, really helpful and a nice chap to deal with, would definitely recommend

Duncan answered my call ASAP to service my boiler and gas fire.He is extremely polite and efficient. Duncan installed our boiler about 4years ago and we’ve used DT heating for an annual service. Duncan and Callum are always efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. Duncan fitted our new Worcester Bosch boiler in November. Absolutely first class job done by him. Very professional indeed. No mess left whatsoever. I would have no hesitation recommending DT Heating at all.

Duncan fixed a faulty thermostat valve on a radiator that was leaking. Communication was great. Arrived at the time he said. Fixed the problem. Very careful to protect our carpets and fully cleaned up after the job. Very happy with work completed. Thanks

Both Duncan & Callum are excellent gas fitters, very knowledgeable, very clean workers & an extremely professional, friendly manner in all the years I've used their services. Callum from DR Heating has been replacing all aged radiators at our property which had caused pressure to go down on reasonably new Worcester boiler. Callum is an extremely hard worker. He was quick to diagnose and explained clearly what was needed. The system was obviously way overdue for flushing through hence was quite challenging job. Duncan attended to help with largest of radiator and has been booking my jobs in. I find them both to be very police and courteous. I will most definitely recommend their work to family/friends.

I required an new Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler, and Duncan came and surveyed my property and after discussions, he quoted for a Worcester Bosch 8000 combi with remote thermostat / control, and a price & date was agreed. Unfortunately 4 days prior to the agreed installation date, my boiler burst, and upon contacting Duncan, he arranged to visit my property the same day, and kindly rearranged his busy schedule to supply and install my boiler the next day. On the day of installation, Duncan provided 100% protection to my hall / stairs / landing and bedroom carpets, and furniture in the room, and carried out the installation / system flush / commissioning. Communication during the installation and commissioning was first class, and I will recommend DT Heating Ltd to other clients without hesitation. All works were undertaken to a very high standard, and I am delighted to have a new efficient boiler, with a 12 year manufacturers guarantee.

From the installation of a Worcester Greenstar boiler in 2018 to the most recent annual service, all aspects of the work undertaken by Duncan and Callum has totally met my high expectations.

We contacted DT Heating back in April 2024 to give us a quote to replace 3 radiators and remove an old gas fire. Duncan visited to see what needed doing and provided us with a quote. The on-line quote arrived a few days later. We chose DT Heating because we found Duncan to be polite and courteous and not bossy like some other heating companies we approached, and because we felt the quote was reasonable for the work we needed doing. As we were having other work done at the same take, Duncan was very considerate and was happy to delay and work around the other work. Duncan and Callum arrived on time on the day arranged and did a professional job. They got on with the job and were not on their mobile phones all day, unlike some other workmen. They were polite, clean and tidy covering all the areas they were working in, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We are really please with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them the friends or family.

Callum came and fitted new Kitchen mixer tap as the old one was leaking and loose. He had to fit additional pipework as it was a different size pipe to the new taps. He then re-caulked the bath, and fitted new shower head and mixer taps, where he identified a small leak on the waste pipe, which he has said he will return to fix next week. DT heating are always reliable and keep me informed, and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I hsvr used them several times in the past, and always use them to service our boiler and would recommend them thoroughly.

I contacted this company based on the online reviews which were very good. I had a very swift response to my email enquiry and the arrangement to come out to assess was as promised although we did have to wait a few days as they were so busy. The problem was very quickly identified and the appointment to fix it was for the next week. The repair took a few hours but they were clean and efficient did an excellent job and charged a reasonable price. I would use them again.

Callum came slightly early but texted to say he'd be early. He had three appliances to service and he was very thorough. He carefully dismantled the gas fire checked it thoroughly and put it back together immaculately, without making any mess. I would have supplied a dust sheet but he had his own and also cleaned and vacuumed the casing. He was unfamiliar with the model but looked it up since I have lost the manual. It was truly impressive to see his logic and care. He also checked the boiler, which is a bit aged and said it was still good. He was so careful not to make a mess He brought overshoes and was v careful.I asked if he would lock the front door if he had to go in and out and he remembered every time He sent me a receipt immediately with gas safety certificates. I am very pleased to recommend him.

Had a quote from Duncan at DT Heating to replace my very old Combi Boiler. From the initial quote to the completion of the installation Duncan kept me informed every step of the way. He completed the work over 2 days and left the area extremely clean and tidy. Full instructions given to me about the working of the new boiler and digital thermostat. He was always on time and as usual really pleasant while completing the work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duncan and Callum at DT Heating.

I have had my gas boiler serviced by DT Heating for many years and have never had cause for dissatisfaction during that time. They are always prompt and leave things neat and tidy. I recommend this company without reservation.

We use DT Heating for our regular service and for others bits of plumbing as and when. Recently used them to replace 2 heated towel rails. All went well, happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

DT Heating installed the Baxi combi-boiler 6 years ago and have done the annual service ever since to a high standard. Booking is always easy and attendance is on time. Full 'paperwork' is provided and the cost is very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone. DB 9/10/24

Duncan was able to get my heating system working again. Visited the day after I called and was able to purchase and install the faulty part same day, meaning that I was able to get my house warm again. I would recommend DT heating and would use them again.

Have used DT Heating Ltd regularly for several years now, and can't praise them enough for the work they did for me recently. Had a boiler service done on Thurs 17th Oct (overdue - my fault!). Callum did another really diligent job and pointed out that there was unfortunately a problem with the heat exchanger. He explained and showed me the fault, which was sadly going to result in a new boiler being required (not unexpected, it was rather ancient!). Knowing I would therefore be without heating and hot water, he spoke to Duncan and within 20 minutes, Duncan had provided me with a full quotation for a new boiler, and had offered to come and install it just 3 days later, on Sunday 20th Oct. He turned up on Sunday at 9am as advised, worked solidly all day til 5pm, and did a fantastic job getting the new boiler in, and re-arranging some of the pipework. He was extremely tidy and efficient and took the old boiler away with him, and left everywhere spick and span. Duncan and Callum have always been polite and courteous, and always keep me well informed by text and email. Have always found their customer service to be excellent.

We had our first annual service on our Worcester Bosch boiler carried out by DT Heating. Callum called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the 15 minutes he said he would be with us. He carried out a very thorough service quickly and efficiently. He left no mess at all. A very professional tradesman. Would recommend DT Heating without reservation.
