Duncan and Callum arrived on time (even phoning to say that they were 20 minutes away). I found them to be polite, friendly and professional. They were very thorough and did an excellent service on the boiler. They left everywhere clean and tidy. Would highly recommend DT Heating

Not having used this company before I wasn't sure what to expect. I rang for an appointment based on recommendation from another company who couldn't fit me in. I spoke to Duncan and agreed a time and date. Duncan sent a text on the day of appointment to confirm arrival time, which was great as I then knew he was coming (I have been let down by other plumbers before). Duncan and his younger apprentice arrived on time and donned some covers over their boots to protect my carpets (again another nice touch). They then went to work diagnosing and then fixing the issue. They were both friendly and efficient giving a reasonable price for the work done. I would highly recommend this company from the service I received.

Duncan and Callum worked hard throughout the day fitting my boiler. They were polite and courteous and work was done to a high standard as per their quote. Excellent standard of work.

Duncan did a excellent job installing a boiler for me. He was always able to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. He was on time every day and I am very happy with the boiler. When the job was finished the house was left tidy and Callum was also very polite and made a good contribution to the work that was done. I would definitely recommend him

Good comunnication from first contact; ontime for apointments. First impression gave me confidence they had respect for my home and the knowledge to carry out the work I had requested with detailed explanation to the pros and cons of my requests. I decided on a new combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Kept to the date and schedule that had been arranged. First job was to protect my carpets and rooms from dust and debris, then worked through each room cleaning as they worked. When finished everything was explained to me with a few tips to get the most benifit fom my new system. All the Guarantees and registration paperwork was completed by Duncan. I received clear and professional advice regarding the type of boiler suitable for my home that could be fitted without any alteration to my kitchen. All work has been carried out professionally, with extreme care and total respect for my home. Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends or family.

I had my boiler replaced and some new radiators which needed some new pipe work. I also didn’t want to have the floor ripped up as I have chipboard flooring. Duncan was happy to find alternatives to pulling the floor up and kept everything out of sight into the loft. The work was done on time and the guys were pleasant and polite to have around the house whilst they were working on the job. Always thankful for a cup of tea. Duncan walked me through the new hive box I had installed, how to use the boiler and radiator and provided recommendations on how to further care for the system and keep it running efficiently. Afterwards all equipment and mess was cleaned up, it was as if they were never here.

We had our new boiler installed by Duncan. We were very happy with the service we received from him and Callum, right through from initial communications and advice, to cleaning up and explaining how to work everything after the job. I had my boiler and gas fire serviced from Duncan . Very professional and attention to detail from his service work was excellent. Prepared to spend extra time to sought out a water temperature problem that we had too. Highly recommend.

Great prompt service with excellent communication. I found out that the pipe work for my washing machine & dishwasher was running off the hot water. Contacted Duncan who checked it when servicing the boiler. He came back to sort it out on a date that was convenient to me. Have highly recommended him to neighbours & friends.

Called Duncan after our hot water stopped coming through. Having a young baby this was a bit of a nightmare. Duncan and his apprentice managed to get to us on the same day. Within minutes he had identified a couple of problems, one requiring a specialist part. Duncan was able to temporarily repair the boiler so that we had running hot water overnight. The following day he returned and completed the work once in possession of the needed part. Both Duncan and his apprentice were courteous, professional and very efficient. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and didn’t include a disproportionate call out charge a lot of companies demand. Will definitely be using them for any future work.
