DT Heating Ltd is a family run business based in St Helens with over 17 years experience working for British Gas specializing in all aspects of domestic gas appliances. We pride ourselves in giving good customer service, affordable prices and reliability.

Duncan came 10 mins early for a 9.00 am start. Dust sheet down and immediately cracked on with the boiler service. Did a more thorough job than any previous tradesmen. Was very polite and friendly. We’ll definitely get him in for bigger jobs on the horizon.

I do the annual service for my IDEAL boiler, the young staff check every detail and are professional, he does a decent job and is a very nice and polite person. The price is also reasonable for me, I would like to recommend DT heating.

Duncan emailed me at the beginning of January to remind me my annual boiler service was due. I messaged him back and it was arranged to suit both parties for 15th January 2025. Callum arrived on time with a text message before arrival and completed the service efficiently and cleaned up you wouldn't know he had been if you just walked in. A very pleasant and efficient young man. DT Heating have been looking after my gas appliances for about 4 years now. I would not go to anybody else. Very highly recommended. All at a very reasonable price.

The family have DT Heating for all their plumbing issues and we can not recommend Duncan highly enough. Always helpful, always knowledgeable and totally trustworthy. We inherited an ancient electric boiler that apparently hadn't been used for years, Duncan replaced it with a modern model and removed the old one and its associated cistern. He also advised us to upgrade the supply pipes which he had no idea about. All work was completed on time, for a very reasonable price.

Callum put in a very long time of intensive work to service our boiler, replace the gaskets and fit a new flow switch, and then to test the entire system thoroughly. We were very impressed by his focus on getting the tasks done, even though it meant he had to work until quite late (about 6:30pm) before he began putting all his equipment back into his van. Looks like he’s done an excellent job - thanks Callum.

We had a leak on our old boiler. Callum came round and assessed the problem which meant a an expensive repair. We decided to get a quote for a new boiler which Duncan supplied promptly. Price was competitive and comprehensive so we decided to go ahead. Duncan arrived as promised and took his time to protect our carpets and furnishings. All work was carried out effeciently. Duncan left the house clean and tidy. We are very pleased with the new boiler (no leaks). We would certainly recommend DT Heating. Duncan and Callum were both very friendly and helpful.

My partner and I are in the process of purchasing a house and we required a boiler service to be completed. We spoke with Duncan initially and he arranged for the service to be completed quickly, taking the time to reach out to our estate agency and find the most suitable time for our venders. The service was booked and completed within a few days of the initial contact which we massively appreciated. I have just had my 6th service by Calum. My system is unvented and in my new property the previous plumber had installed the cylinder without an expansion tank. This is now safe thanks to Calum. Never had any issues when arranging services. Always on time,polite,clean and great prices.

I have used DT heating twice now, the first time to install a new room thermostat and the second to service our boiler. Communication was good with dates and times for the work arranged to suit us, and on the day I received a text letting me know they were on their way just prior to the arranged time. The work was carried out professionally, timely and we were happy with the price. I received confirmation and invoice receipts via email immediately after the work was complete. Duncan and his apprentice were very polite and friendly, left everything tidy and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Highly recommend.
