DW Plumbing and Heating fitted a fire for me and did a brilliant job. Daniel and Andy were friendly, professional, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing a thorough job and making sure I was happy with the result. The work was finished to a high standard, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Good, reliable tradespeople are hard to find, and Daniel and Andy are exactly that. I’d happily recommend them.

Dan replaced our thermostatic mixer shower. His quote was reasonable and communication was excellent. He fitted the shower to my exact specification which meant a second visit without charge. We were delighted with his clean and tidy installation. Will definitely use his service again.

Dan visited and gave an estimate for the job. We agreed a time and date. Dan was punctual and completed the job as agreed. Very tidy. Ensured all of the radiators worked properly. Gave advice ensuring boiler was regularly serviced. I would recommend Dan to friends. He was polite and conscientious and did a great job with minimum disruption.

Found Dan on Which trusted trader page. From start to finish Dan was able to keep me fully informed and answered all queries. I needed a bath removed and a modern shower cubicle and a towel rail fitted. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

I recently had DW Plumbing & Heating Services install a wood burning stove and liner at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, communication was excellent, they got back to me promptly with a very reasonable quote. The installation itself was carried out by Dan, who was friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard, and the whole process felt smooth and stressfree. Had my old run down bathroom totally ripped back to brick and new bathroom fitted by these guys. Had plumbing, electrics and tilling trades which were co-ordinated well by Dan who also did all the ripping out and plumbing. Electricians did a great job putting new wiring for my mirror, a new fan repositioned and new spotlights fitted. The tiler Martyn was incredible (already passed his details to a friend- so impressed) he did an amazing job and kept me informed on decisions whilst working through, great guy, went out of his way to get the job done and managed all my requests so well. After the whole rip out Dan fitted all the bathroom fittings (shower, cubicle, sink, toilet, radiator etc) and completed the plumbing which looks amazing- great job Dan. Only one thing with my materials, the mirror had a small chip on it which was a shame but overall look and job by these guys was 5 stars. Time-wise we went into another week but that was a mutual decision and quality of job was high on the agenda for both of us (was only a few days extra no big deal). The guys work with you on what you want and listen well. They don’t stop either and keep the job moving forward. Clean and tidy and respectful of my home too with all rubbish and waste removed safely and responsibly. Thanks guys love the bathroom. Had a number of quotes on this job and it seemed to be in the too hard to do basket. Dan came after a late working day to give review work and give quote. Not the cheapest and not the dearest, but had a can do attitude and was the only trader to fully inspect the job. Gave a date to start job, attended on that date and gave a great service. Many issues wrong with chimney - birds nest 1/4 way down, blockages at other levels. Whilst it obviously increased work load he dealt with the problems easily and fitted new flue, cowling etc to old stove, fully tested. Excellent customer service, good quality of work and good value.

Dan and his team installed a log burner/flue system in my property, arrived on time, and quickly placed floor and furniture coverings to protect from dust. Did a great job and a competitive price too of installing the system, keeping me updated through the job, and looks really good, very pleased! Their housekeeping throughout the job was perfect and left the room in top condition. Talked to me about the certification process. I would certainly recommend Dan of (D W Plumbing), thanks!

Dan was really responsive & quickly arranged a suitable date to replace the flue liner in my log burner. They arrived at the agreed time & worked hard to complete the work in half a day. They made sure my furniture was covered & left everything as they found it. I was really pleased with their work from start to finish. I'm happy to recommend this company & will definitely use them again.

Dan has just converted my bathroom into a more accessible modern shower room. He removed the bath, shower and tiles to replace them with a shower tray, new shower, new tiles & also fitted new basin taps All the work was completed to a high standard, on time and, more importantly, on budget with no hidden additional costs Dan left our house each night like he hadn't even been there. Highly recommend to everyone

I will keep this as fair as possible but Unfortunately I’m gutted to say we’re highly disappointed overall. We have been left with a functional bathroom that looks aesthetically pleasing. The company were relatively professional and clean and did a large proportion of the work whilst we were on holiday with reasonable communication. We have had numerous problems which I think are generally unacceptable. We’ve never had an apology for any inconvenience or issues caused which is strange in my opinion. But Danny, to his credit, has returned it must be over 10 times to resolve various issues I’ll briefly mention below. We paid a significant sum for our bathroom and from what should have been an October finish took 5 months to fully rectify issues. - Dinted ceiling x2, scratched bath, scratched shower, leaking shower, scratched toilet seat, poor silicone finish in numerous areas with some areas completely absent. Tiling/Grout - This isn’t necessarily the direct fault of this company however you pay them for the job and they sub contract people in. So they are responsible for the whole job in its entirety and should it’s done to the correct standard. But There are without doubt issues here. The grout in our bathroom rubs out like dust. It won’t take any sort of cleaning without running away down the drain. Have asked advice recently on how to clean without destroying the grout and the response was “don’t know”. Unfortunately can’t recommend

We recently had a fantastic experience with Dan. We had a new shower fitted, which took under 90 mins, even with having to replace new parts. Very professional and we are very happy with the result.

I was given Dan's number by a builder who refurbished my house. My kitchen tap had sprung a leak, Dan said he might be able to fit me in next day. He asked me to send him pictures on WhatsApp and I sent him from a video. From the video he was able to guide me through a way to fix it. Very professional and very happy with him!

Had some issues with parts not being quite right, Dan worked hard to help resolve the issues and adjusted the schedule to get things done ASAP. I’d recommend this company to anyone considering such work as I had done as it was completed on the date booked and the installer (Dan) was quick and courteous. All mess was cleaned up and the work carried out to an excellent standard. The job involved breaking out our Baxi Burnall open fire and installing an inset type 5Kw log/smokeless fuel burner. The difference in heat output is amazing.
