I recently had my boiler service and, once again, it was carried out very efficiently. The very experienced Engineer (Paul) was friendly, professional and thorough. I really rate this company as they are always happy to help and I feel that they care about their customers. Very competitively priced too.

After our boiler failed on a Saturday, I left a phone message not expecting it to be picked up until the start of the working week but in fact I got a response on the Sunday, and the engineers were here on the Monday. The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts obtained and the work completed by the middle afternoon of the Monday. Excellent and rapid service. I have used this company before and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My boiler stopped working, no heating or hot water on Christmas Eve. I phoned after lunch on the off chance someone would still be working. Darren was fantastic & was able to talk me through what to do over the phone to get everything working again. Great service, so kind & helpful. Thank you!

We have used DHS for some years now. They installed our current boiler and have serviced it annually since. Making an appointment is always easy. Emails and phone calls are professionally handled and always courteous and friendly. Very flexible around appointments and accommodating if a change is needed. Work carried out with skill and efficiency every time. Very approachable staff who are happy to offer advice/answer questions.

Excellent Service As Usual
Turned up on time, was thorough in teh work required checking out the loft exhaust/air intake pipes, testing the gas pressure at the meter. Issues with a parts failure that required Bosch Engineer to be arranged and left within the hour.

I have been using this company for 15 years. They are a longstanding local business. They have regularly serviced and occasionally repaired or upgrade our gas heating system. They arrive on time, head office communicates well if they have had to change appointment. I have had helpful verbal advice from the engineers in the office when needed that has helped me resolve problems. The engineers are universally polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Each year I have an interesting discussion with the engineer not only about our system but also the up to date developments in alternative green and efficient ways of heating houses. I have a scientific background and the engineers know their stuff! When our boiler has broken down they respond quickly. I have never been overcharged. I am not easy to please.

Very good service. From the initial helpful phone call to arrange appointments to being kept informed the whole time about what was happening and when, the customer service level was very high. When there was a slight issue my end re access this was resolved efficiently and without fuss. Very good value too when the boiler service option is taken alongside the landlord safety check. I have already recommended DHS to others and will continue to do so.
