Our expert team understands that each and every customer has different access requirements, hence we offer discretion, fast turn-around times and quality services and materials, customised for user's specific needs. The installation of a wet room in existing bathroom went way over the agreed 4/5 days and wasn't finished until 4 weeks later after rectifying a badly fitted shower screen. Installer, Ryan was great (5 stars) but he didn't have the correct tools to start the work (concrete breaker), had to keep nipping out to get stuff and finish other projects. Project manager, Justin was virtually none existent and was not running the project in a way that kept it on track. He made no effort to visit site after he was made aware the job was running late on the second day. By the Friday, when it should have been finished we had no shower, basin or floor in the bathroom despite agreeing before the start that my wife, who has several disabilities, needed the shower by the Sunday. Asked Ryan if he would get it done over weekend, was told they don't work weekends. In the second week, in a rush to get ready for the vinyl layer, 6 holes were drilled through to the living room wall and 2 went into the kitchen shattering a tile. No response from the project manager to sort out the issue, rang office, Maxine (5 stars) said Justin was on leave. she also said they don't work weekends. Manager Stuart, also said they don't work weekends, told him it was in the signed contract, had to tell him where and he told me he wrote the contract. That's misrepresentation as we relied on that to get the job done. Can't recommend this company as poor management ruined a much needed room for my wife.

As I explained on the telephone, I am very passionate about reaching a resolution with customers. Given the construction industry in which we work, challenges do arise along the journey and it is important that we deal with these appropriately. Beautiful wet room

My husband was very ill in hospital, so our ‘thought about’ wet room very quickly became a priority. From the initial ‘phone enquiry, the customer service was exemplary. Martin made the first visit, drew up plans, emails were sent to me at every stage, all my questions were answered, and one thing I must emphasise all the EA Mobility guys who came were really kind and considerate to me. I was here on my own, my husband was very unwell in hospital and I was visiting nearly every day, they were quite happy to fit in with my erratic time schedule. Lewis came to do the survey, gave me a start and finish date and as my husband was discharged from hospital before the start date Lewis kindly made a 2nd visit at my request to talk through the process with my husband. Chris the installer was brilliant, he worked so very hard and some of the days were very hot. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a fantastic guy - well done to all and thank you, it is fab!!

Work involved installation of wet room (shower and wash basin) in a downstairs bedroom. Communication was good throughout, all materials arrived on time and work was undertaken as agreed. Gary respected our privacy and carried out the work to a high standard, we are delighted with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Although it was far more expensive than we could really afford, we went with ea mobility as, at 3rd attempt, we had to get it right and provide my mum with a bathroom that was safe and practical for her needs. Contact was good, start delayed as previous needed competing (which we were happy with as we didn't want people disappearing once started to finish other work. Chris the plumber worked really hard, under stood our needs and generally very good job done. We do have a minor issue which is with customer service so will update this based on how resolved.

EA mobility have provided an excellent service. The assessment appointment was very quickly made where we were able to consider what was needed for the future. The surveyor helped refine the choices. The fitter was excellent. He was polite, cheerful and helpful. He took pains to make sure that we agreed on what he was doing at every stage. He was always on time, protected the carpets and walls in the house and tidied away every day. He was not disturbed by the need to keep pets confined. His work was careful, skilled and well done. He handed the wet room over after fitted and made sure I knew how everything worked. We are delighted.

Bathroom conversion to walk in shower

A vast improvement in conversion from bath to walk in shower, no longer having to climb over edge of bath. It was completed a day early and the original quote remained the same all the way through. The whole team from initial surveyor, project manager, fitter and electrician were all very knowledgeable, listened exactly to what we had to say, very polite and asked us exactly what we wanted to achieve at each stage. The fitter, Richard, immediately put down coverings to protect our carpet as soon as he arrived on site, before commencing any work. Richard, the fitter, respected our property, arrived when he said he would, knew what he was doing and got on with the work with minimum disruption, and completed the work with a very pleasing result. All problems were immediately dealt with by fitter as they arose. Very polite office staff from EA mobility rang us both at start of work and on completion to make sure we were happy with everything. Well done EA Mobility and your excellent team.

We had the old bathroom taken out, replacing the fittings with a walk in shower including a seat and grab rails, WC with vanity unit and wash basin. We had wall panels in place of tiles and LVT Polyflor, again to replace tiles. Good and informative initial meetings with Andy and Justin. Followed by excellent installation by Wayne. He kept us fully informed as to how the work was progressing and quickly dealt with unforeseen problems. We found Wayne to be very friendly, polite and helpful and with the exception of a short lunch break he worked throughout the time he was with us.

Complete removal of old Bathroom. Refitting with Walk-in shower, Toilet, Basin, Vanity Unit-3, Grab Rails and new flooring. The installer "Ryan" was always neat/tidy and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. He handled unexpected problems in a very professional way and found time to make a "Fuss" of our dog. We have no problems in recommending this company as everyone from start to finish, including the delivery driver, where very professional and kept us fully informed throughout the conversion.

Work was tidy, and fitters were most accommodating for my particular domestic circumstances. There was a water leak outside their control, but it was speedily dealt with. Kept me involved with developments, and readily incorporated my requests.
