Very helpful when first called to book in my car [ BMW X1 ] Work took about 3-4 hours all done very efficiently. All staff were very pleasant and helpful [ even had a coffee ]. Will be back whenever any other works required. Very happy.

I discovered my car under panel was hanging off. I was miles from home and saw East Midlands Service Centre across the road so went in to see if they could sort it. The guys were brilliant. They put my car straight up on the ramp and sorted the problem for me. They were super friendly and efficient and I was back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend.

I have been coming to Martin for several years, with several different cars and have recommended him to friends. I am pleased to be able to recommend East Midlands on this site. Today, he gave my car its annual service, prior to MOT, which he also organized for me. Always prompt in returning my car to me, always clean and in good order. He and his lads always treat me and my cars with respect, as though it was his own. He is very knowledgeable and explains carefully what needs to be done and why. Having had poor experiences with other garages in the North Leicester/Loughborough area, I'm relieved to have found East Midlands Service Centre. I've used this garage now for MoT and servicing and fixing problems (e.g. brakes). Although a small garage, the owner Martin is good to deal with, taking the trouble to talk through the work needed and done. I have high confidence in the workmanship. Much, much better than the franchised dealers I've used up the way.

I have had tyres fitted here on two occasions, for different vehicles. In both cases the work was done carefully and professionally, and I was kept informed of any issues as the work progressed. Had Martin look at the steering on my Citreon Berlingo and they went well beyond the call of duty in exploring what lay behind the problem. I was kept informed of their progress at all times and given a good estimate of the likely cost of any action that they took. I have been a customer for many years.
