We had the bath lift installed in January. My husband started an email conversation complaining about the poor quality of the installation unfortunately my husband passed away in February after becoming very poorly. My daughter continued this complaint with no satisfactory result I have also complained. We had no complaint with the lift itself although my husband only managed to use it twice. It was the very shoddy workmanship of the installation we had a complaint with. To install the lift it had to be attached to a stud wall we were told it would be fine because a fixing plate would be put in place on the other side of the wall, our bedroom. The plate when it was installed comprised of a very tatty piece of MDF the screws that were used to secure it were too long so were just hacksawed off leaving sharp edges. It looks an absolute eye saw. There after care and compassion has been non existent. Asking for proof of executor to my husbands will to continue the conversation and wanting to charge us £180 to remove the lift.

The bath lift behaves exactly as advertised and has enabled me to bathe in comfort despite being elderly with mobility problems due to having replacement knees. The lift was fitted expertly and on the agreed schedule. I am delighted with it.

My Easy2Bathe bath-lift has been a huge help to me and I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone who has difficulty getting in and out of their bathtub. The home demonstration was clear, helpful and non-pushy. I was amazed by how quickly the bath-lift was fitted by a polite two-man team. The controls are very easy to use and I love the way that belt gently lowers me to the very bottom of the bath.

Would never use again. The bath lift buttons were wired the wrong way. Got in the bath on Friday at approximately 6pm and ended up stuck in the bath until my neighbour called an ambulance on Saturday 5pm. This was the first time the lift had been used, only one day after installation. It obviously wasn’t checked properly. Had to stay in hospital for 3 days and have yet to fully recover physically and mentally. The lift was collected and fully refunded but it took multiple calls to multiple different team members, none of who seemed to care! Was even told that there would be a charge for collection! (Although this wasn’t followed through) Imagine what I feels like lying in a bath all evening, through the night and all of the next day!!

Work was completed satisfactorily by 2 Engineers, who were pleasant, polite and worked efficiently. Have used the unit since and have been very happy with the product and how simple it is to operate. At last, I can have a soak in a bath, which I've been unable to do for many years.

This seat has transformed my life. After a serious stroke in April2021I was put on blood thinners and felt almost permanently cold especially in my legs. At first I was a little nervous using the seat but after two go’s got used to using it and as soon as I was immersed in the water felt very comfortable and warm loved it and want to have a bath everyday now really wish I had bought it earlier It seems the most comforting thing I have spent my money on. I am lucky to have a husband who helps me but really think I could use it by myself can’t find words to recommend it highly enough. I go to bed feeling really warm and cosy.

Original installation date was 31st August but the Installer said that there were 6 live electrical cables in the bathroom wall and therefore he could not install the unit for safety reasons. Investigation by a builder and an electrician at considerable expense proved that there were no cables of any description in the wall. Installation was rescheduled for 20th October. We were advised by telephone of installers arrival time and they arrived at time stated. Unit was installed with no problems and was demonstrated to our satisfaction. The Installers Lee and Kevin were most helpful and everything was explained. 7 weeks were wasted as we had to cut a hole in the wall to prove that the live cables did not exist and then everything had to be made good before the unit could be installed. Your Sales Manager Mark Payne was most helpful and assured us that any problems would be resolved as because of the problems caused by the original installer we seriously considered cancelling. The reputation of your company could have been damaged due to the incompetence of one individual.

Quick and easy service. Demonstrated and ordered on 4th, fitted on 7th. The home demonstration with the 'dummy' equipment was well presented and was not a pressure sell. The engineers made an appointment to fit at a time to suit me and arrived promptly. The fit and demonstration was quick, well done and did exactly what I wanted for the equipment to help me access the bath. All the personnel were smart, polite, and easy to talk to and their explanations made the whole experience a pleasure. They are good representatives of your company.

Excellent company and product. Just had my bath lift fitted by Rich and Phil. They were very polite and hardworking and left the work area very clean and tidy. They were also very helpful in explaining how it works and made it very easy to understand. I would fully recommend this company just going on the workforce alone, but the product is excellent, and was delivered and installed within 3 days from ordering it.

The initial consultation with Richard Farrance was very good, no pressure whatsoever to purchase any product. Had a wait for them to obtain the product - about 10 to 12 weeks but that was due to covid and was explained there would be a wait. On the day of installation, the man who came was quick, efficient and made sure we understood how to use the bath lift. No mess whatsoever. Greatly impressed from ordering to fitting with Easy2Bathe.

Bathing has been made so much easier for both myself and my wife with the Easy2Bathe appliance, the work was carried out very professionally and within the hour, there was no upheaval. The installers were very helpful, polite and left no mess, the demonstration was very clear and easy to understand. It was completed to the agreed schedule and budget, we would recommend highly. My easy2bathe bath seat was fitted with efficiency and I was shown how to use it. The gentlemen were very polite and helpful. And arrived promptly wearing PPE and observed social distancing. I would certainly recommend. Them to friends and family. A good job done!

I was a little apprehensive at first especially as the lady in the brochure seemed so young! Maybe a more mature model might be a little more appropriate given that a large part of Easy2bathe's target market is likely to be advancing in years! However, encouraged by my daughters, I arranged for a demonstration which was very helpful and straight forward and all my questions were answered by Chris. I was given an appointment for the installation and when the day arrived, two installers got to work for about an hour or so and tidied up after themselves. They made sure I was happy with everything and left me to enjoy it. I have found it very easy to use and it has given me my confidence back so that I can enjoy a long bath knowing that getting out afterwards is so much easier. It has been a very worthwhile investment.

They were very efficient putting in the bath gadget and very quick as well. They spent quite a time showing how the gadget works, the battery etc. Our only criticism is that they disturbed the grouting on the bath behind the ,machine which has now got worse

Product great, installation worked but would not recommend that team. I have sent a letter to CEO regarding our experience but not had any acknowledgement or response. Equipment does all that we hoped for and expected. Installing team did the installation well but left dirty trail in house and bathroom with no attempt to remove footwear, cover their footwear or use dustsheets. They refused to relocate soap dish as agreed at time of sale, asked for payment before the work was completed and were only interested in getting out of house to their next job.

From our initial contact, everything happened quickly and professionally and installation was rapid and pleasant.

Salesman excellent. He answered all my questions and went into great detail about use of bath lift. Fitting done quickly and efficiently in less than an hour.

When we made the phone call, we were contacted within an hour, a very nice gentleman came on the Tuesday to demonstrate the bath, he was excellent at his job, very polite, good at explaining of the product, with no obligation to buy. We decided on that day to purchase one, we were then rang and it was installed on the Friday, the gentleman who came to install were excellent. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend it to any one.

What a wonderful company, from asking for a brochure for a bath lift which was emailed to me immediately,to their representative Tony calling and demonstrating the bath lift with no pressure to buy. The bath lift was installed with no mess in less than an hour.All done within two weeks.I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a bath lift .Sheer bliss to now be able to have a long soak in the bath

We had a rep come to show us the article and demonstrate it, we bought one as he wasn't pushy and answered all our questions We would recommend this firm to anyone.

The equipment was fitted quickly, indeed when I was out of the room for a few minutes the fitter had chosen two sticker ‘tiles’ to cover up the place on the wall where I had had to have two tiles removed and replaced with two tiles which were not the same shade as the rest of the wall. He had chosen the stickers without consulting me, there were 10 to chose from. Otherwise the equipment is working well.

The Easy2Bathe was fitted in less than a week from first contact with the Company. The home demonstration was very well presented and all questions answered on the spot. The fitting was completed with no fuss or mess in less than an hour. The equipment is very simple to use and my wife was delighted to have her first proper bath for nearly a year. An excellent service allround.

From start to finish the people involved were very friendly and professional. The installation 5 star.

Having had an Easy2Bathe bath for three years our warranty was up (with no trouble over the three years) We Upgraded and are very pleased with our upgrade. Fitted in just over 15 minutes. Excellent service.

My mother-in-law was stranded in her bath for 28 hours when the bath lift failed. Despite her being 83, frail, disabled and with failing eyesight, Easy2bathe blamed her for not operating it correctly. Clearly it should not be possible to operate it incorrectly and therefore, in our opinion, it has a dangerous design fault.
