Quoted on the Monday, to remove old boiler, hot water tank and cold water shower header tank in the loft, and fit new condensing boiler. On the Friday of the same week a team of 4 turned up at 8.00am, by 4.00pm the new boiler had been installed, the whole place was cleaned to an impeccable standard, the heating and hot water was fully operational. I can't fault this company's workmanship. I highly recommend them

Phil started to work in the early morning. He put down a carpet protection sheet and it adhered well which was thoughtful and kept my living room floor clean. Got replacement of the existing ratty old pipes which looked nice and organized. He did a great pipework for us! All radiators had gotten flushed, and the new Baxi combi boiler looks fantastic! It took a day of completion of the works, the kitchen on-site was messy, but Phil and his partner tided up carefully. Overall, we are satisfied with their services and with the new boiler which has been running smoothly and quietly so far.

Phil & Dan installed a new boiler to an older central heating system. They were punctual. Completed the work to a very high standard. Further work was identified that needed attention and very silted pipes replaced. Had 2 new radiators installed. The system now works perfectly. Offered plenty of advice to reduce heating costs. Chosen as they were a Which? trusted trader and so glad we chose this company.

Fantastic service from Dan and Phil. 3 members of their time on site all day from 730am until 5:30pm to complete the job. The level of service was exemplary and very much value for money as well. Fully recommend - great guys!

Worcester Greenstar boiler service after 13 years of use by Dan performed expertly and with on-going explanations along the way. Now we realise why this should be done every year! Dan was polite, not pushy, and really knew his stuff. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Shaun fitted bespoke under-stairs storage for us, we had an idea of what we wanted but let him run with his imagination and expertise and the results were incredible. The price quoted we were happy with, he arrived exactly when he said he would, every evening everything was left spotless, he even fixed a leaking radiator and rehung a door for us at no extra cost. Superb service received from Eco Flame who we called in a crisis after a gas leak was detected at our home. Phil put our minds at ease when he investigated and discovered the situation wasn't as bad as we first thought. Phil took time to explain everything, offer us options and give sound advice to provide all we needed to make an informed decision. Rather than a very expensive repair, to an existing old system, we opted for a new boiler which would futureproof us and provide peace of mind for 12 years. Phil also kept his word to return and complete a few outstanding jobs which owing to other work going on at our home had to be delayed for a few weeks. The Eco Flame guys are reliable, professional, very helpful, friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Dan and the team quoted a very competitive price for boiler replacement and system change. Once booked they came on time, were professional, kept me informed, their work was to an excellent standard and they cleaned up afterwards. Took a day to take out the old system and replace with an unvented system. I highly recommend eco Flame.

Did not know who to call when my old boiler started leaking water badly. Found EcoFlame via Worcester Bosch website and noted they were a Which? Trusted Trader as well. What a good choice, Phil came out same day I phoned, assessed the problem and we agreed to have a new boiler fitted. This was done to an agreed price on an agreed day. Encountered a few problems due to previous installation but went above and beyond to solve any problems that came up. Would recommend to anyone who has a boiler problem or needs a new boiler. Highly recommended.

Phillip came to my home & drained my heating system down. He put cleaning solution in the system which greatly improved the heat being produced by the radiator. He charged a fair price for the work and was pleasant to deal with. However after the work was completed & paid for & he had left, I then went up to my bathroom to find my three new white towels ruined as he must've used them to wipe up the dirty water from when he drained the system. Had he of asked me for a rag of some sort I would have gladly found something suitable for him to use. I soaked & washed the towels but in the end I had to throw my new towels away. This was so disappointing as he had worked hard to correct my heating.

Phil and team installed a new boiler and heating system at our property earlier this year. The team were professional, courteous, and tidy. Phil and his colleague Dan replaced my old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch. They replaced two radiators, fitted new thermostatic valves and a wireless thermostat and provided great advice on how to resolve various issues I had previously experienced. I had great hopes when Phil turned up to provide the initial quote when he said he would and those hopes were met. All rubbish was removed the same day and everything left clean and tidy. Definitely recommend and I would definitely use again. Also a great price!

My parents have used this small company located locally in South Birmingham for Central Heating Boiler service for the last 4 years, their expertise is with Worcester Bosch but they cover other manufacturers also. They come highly recommended from them as finding good honest reliable clean workers is not easy. They also undertake other plumbing work, hence I made contact with them to undertake a few jobs in a flat that I had purchased late last year, Including changing the shower control unit, The kitchen taps and also correcting a leak noted under the bath to which will be completed next week. They are fully certified registered gas engineers. They are dependable, with good communication of arrival times. They are clean, cleaning up after the work, and even wearing or removing shoes on entry. Finally, the costs are fair and advice always sound, I think that if I had an emergency they would be on hand to assist even just to help out, they are that kind of people.

My elderly father needed an urgent boiler replacement and radiator update. This needed to be done in one day. The company was easy to contact and responsive. They attended to assess the problem and were helpful with their advice on what was needed. The quote was sent promptly and any queries answered in good time. A team of four came to do the work and it was indeed completed in one day by very polite and efficient engineers. I would recommend this company.

Our boiler needed replacing, having failed a servicing due to a corroded flue. We rang Dan at Eco Flame and he came the same afternoon to give a quote. He also pointed out that a faulty installation fourteen years ago had led to the corrosion. We agreed a price and Dan came the following week to fit the new boiler. He arrived on time and for the next eight hour (half hour for lunch) completed the job. He had an assistant for a short period of time to move the old boiler out of its location and the new one in. A scrap dealer also arrived to take the junk away. Dan kept us informed throughout the job as to what progress he was making. This included showing us the old flue that was in a right state. We were very happy with all aspects of Dan's work.

Ecoflame responded very promptly to our request for a quote and advised clearly on the options. The quote was competitive and they responded quickly to any questions. Our old boiler was causing problems, so Ecoflame managed to agree a one day installation at short notice, by committing two engineers and the boiler was commissioned and system checked as agreed. Phil has since completed the installation of a replacement radiator and valves in a prompt and efficient manner. The strength of Ecoflame is the engineers' obvious ability, prompt attention to our requests and excellent customer service. Their engineers are very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend them.
