Phil & Dan installed a new boiler to an older central heating system. They were punctual. Completed the work to a very high standard. Further work was identified that needed attention and very silted pipes replaced. Had 2 new radiators installed. The system now works perfectly. Offered plenty of advice to reduce heating costs. Chosen as they were a Which? trusted trader and so glad we chose this company.

Fantastic service from Dan and Phil. 3 members of their time on site all day from 730am until 5:30pm to complete the job. The level of service was exemplary and very much value for money as well. Fully recommend - great guys!

Worcester Greenstar boiler service after 13 years of use by Dan performed expertly and with on-going explanations along the way. Now we realise why this should be done every year! Dan was polite, not pushy, and really knew his stuff. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Shaun fitted bespoke under-stairs storage for us, we had an idea of what we wanted but let him run with his imagination and expertise and the results were incredible. The price quoted we were happy with, he arrived exactly when he said he would, every evening everything was left spotless, he even fixed a leaking radiator and rehung a door for us at no extra cost. Superb service received from Eco Flame who we called in a crisis after a gas leak was detected at our home. Phil put our minds at ease when he investigated and discovered the situation wasn't as bad as we first thought. Phil took time to explain everything, offer us options and give sound advice to provide all we needed to make an informed decision. Rather than a very expensive repair, to an existing old system, we opted for a new boiler which would futureproof us and provide peace of mind for 12 years. Phil also kept his word to return and complete a few outstanding jobs which owing to other work going on at our home had to be delayed for a few weeks. The Eco Flame guys are reliable, professional, very helpful, friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Dan and the team quoted a very competitive price for boiler replacement and system change. Once booked they came on time, were professional, kept me informed, their work was to an excellent standard and they cleaned up afterwards. Did not know who to call when my old boiler started leaking water badly. Found EcoFlame via Worcester Bosch website and noted they were a Which? Trusted Trader as well. What a good choice, Phil came out same day I phoned, assessed the problem and we agreed to have a new boiler fitted. This was done to an agreed price on an agreed day. Encountered a few problems due to previous installation but went above and beyond to solve any problems that came up. Would recommend to anyone who has a boiler problem or needs a new boiler. Highly recommended.

Phillip came to my home & drained my heating system down. He put cleaning solution in the system which greatly improved the heat being produced by the radiator. He charged a fair price for the work and was pleasant to deal with. However after the work was completed & paid for & he had left, I then went up to my bathroom to find my three new white towels ruined as he must've used them to wipe up the dirty water from when he drained the system. Had he of asked me for a rag of some sort I would have gladly found something suitable for him to use. I soaked & washed the towels but in the end I had to throw my new towels away. This was so disappointing as he had worked hard to correct my heating.

Phil and his colleague Dan replaced my old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch. They replaced two radiators, fitted new thermostatic valves and a wireless thermostat and provided great advice on how to resolve various issues I had previously experienced. I had great hopes when Phil turned up to provide the initial quote when he said he would and those hopes were met. All rubbish was removed the same day and everything left clean and tidy. Definitely recommend and I would definitely use again. Also a great price!

My parents have used this small company located locally in South Birmingham for Central Heating Boiler service for the last 4 years, their expertise is with Worcester Bosch but they cover other manufacturers also. They come highly recommended from them as finding good honest reliable clean workers is not easy. They also undertake other plumbing work, hence I made contact with them to undertake a few jobs in a flat that I had purchased late last year, Including changing the shower control unit, The kitchen taps and also correcting a leak noted under the bath to which will be completed next week. They are fully certified registered gas engineers. They are dependable, with good communication of arrival times. They are clean, cleaning up after the work, and even wearing or removing shoes on entry. Finally, the costs are fair and advice always sound, I think that if I had an emergency they would be on hand to assist even just to help out, they are that kind of people.

My elderly father needed an urgent boiler replacement and radiator update. This needed to be done in one day. The company was easy to contact and responsive. They attended to assess the problem and were helpful with their advice on what was needed. The quote was sent promptly and any queries answered in good time. A team of four came to do the work and it was indeed completed in one day by very polite and efficient engineers. I would recommend this company.

Our boiler needed replacing, having failed a servicing due to a corroded flue. We rang Dan at Eco Flame and he came the same afternoon to give a quote. He also pointed out that a faulty installation fourteen years ago had led to the corrosion. We agreed a price and Dan came the following week to fit the new boiler. He arrived on time and for the next eight hour (half hour for lunch) completed the job. He had an assistant for a short period of time to move the old boiler out of its location and the new one in. A scrap dealer also arrived to take the junk away. Dan kept us informed throughout the job as to what progress he was making. This included showing us the old flue that was in a right state. We were very happy with all aspects of Dan's work.

Ecoflame responded very promptly to our request for a quote and advised clearly on the options. The quote was competitive and they responded quickly to any questions. Our old boiler was causing problems, so Ecoflame managed to agree a one day installation at short notice, by committing two engineers and the boiler was commissioned and system checked as agreed. Phil has since completed the installation of a replacement radiator and valves in a prompt and efficient manner. The strength of Ecoflame is the engineers' obvious ability, prompt attention to our requests and excellent customer service. Their engineers are very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend them.

The old boiler, cold water tank in loft and hot water tank were removed. We had a new Combi boiler and replacement radiators and piping downstairs

Like most people we had a number of quotes before choosing Eco Flame. Within 5 minutes of Shaun arriving we felt confident in his knowledge, abilities and experience. He advised on what was possible whilst explaining the pros and cons of our ideas. We needed a new boiler, thermostatic valves and a radiator moving. We also wanted a complete new shower enclosure with tray involving alterations to existing pipework and required a new stopcock to be fitted. Due to the age of the house, previous work and a complicated layout this was not a straightforward job. The boiler and other heating system work was undertaken first by Phil and Dan. They again proved to be knowledgeable and thorough workers and explained what they were doing throughout the day keeping us informed and thus happy. The shower was more of a problem due to obtaining items we had requested as lockdown 3 was now in progress. Shaun kept us fully informed of the situation and put a lot of effort into sourcing what we wanted. Once the work was started, other problems came to light, due to the age of property, which Shaun always explained to us and offered solutions to suit us. At no point did we feel anything other than confident in the work that was being undertaken. We now have a beautiful shower and a warm home. We have no hesitation in recommending Eco Flame and would willingly call on their services again if needed.

Problems arose during the work, but never an issue and all resolved. Was a pleasure having trusted tradesmen and would highly recommend.

I had three quotes that were almost identical in price so really, it came down to who made the best impression and who I had the most confidence in to do a good job. I liked Dan immediately when he turned up to do the quote. He clearly knows his stuff and explained the options without any hard sell whatsoever. On installation day, the guys turned up exactly when they said they would and carried out the work to a very high standard. My house has been known to throw up the odd challenge or two for any tradesman that dares to cross the threshold, and the boiler installation was no exception. Eco Flame completed the replacement and fitting of our 2 domestic gas boilers. At the quotation stage they provided a thorough assessment of our needs, advice and guidance followed by a very competitive quote. The work was then scheduled quickly and conveniently. It was completed within their timeframe and very professionally with minimal disruption. We're really pleased with our new ensuite fitted by Ecoflame. The finished product is excellent. After some thorough research, I selected Ecoflame to replace my aging central heating boilers (2 of) and to change my hot water supply from a vented system to an unvented system. Ecoflame was the most competitive of 4 quotes I obtained and I was very impressed by Dan’s knowledge and his confidence as to how they could improve the current set-up. Also, they said that they would put three men on the job such as to finish it in 2 days (others quoted between 5 and 8 days). They arrived early on day 1 and got straight to work. I was without mains water for no more than 2 hrs and by late afternoon of day 2 both central heating and hot water and were restored. The 3 guys, Dan, Shaun and Phil were excellent; they were more than happy to explain any questions I had regarding the new set-up. They tidied up as they went along and never left a mess when they left. They returned for a couple of hours on day 3 to tie up loose ends and finally tidy up. The completed installation was immaculate and I had everything I had hoped for. The quality of their workmanship was first class and I would very strongly recommend them as truly professional heating engineers. Hugely impressed.

I have used Eco flame for a number of things, at first to do a boiler service, then to look at a leaking water tank. This last time was because we had a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom above and the original contractor wanted nothing to do with it. Shaun came out and had a look, quickly determining that it was probably the toilet. As soon as we had the replacement parts he came out and very effectively fixed the leak, as well as doing smaller jobs like sorting out the silicone around the bath and vanity unit. He also sorted out our wobbly shower screen that had been driving me mad. Overall, excellent quality of workmanship, far superior to the cowboys we had in originally. I would recommend him to anyone. He was knowledgeable, polite, tidy and reasonably priced.

Eco Flame replaced my leaking unvented hot water cylinder. They fitted in the job as an emergency and worked efficiently and tidily in my home. I was informed well in advance of the start date and time and refreshingly the fitters arrived as promised . They started by covering our new carpets with a protective material , then after explaining what was going to be done they commenced work. The friendliness and professionalism was wonderful , the work which lasted all day was carried out with virtually no inconvenience to us , the quality of the installation was excellent and all old tanks etc was taken away and everything left tidy . The fitters set everything up for us and explained the system operation , so overall a great job by a very professional team , I would recommend them to friends and family .

vented to unvented system Phil and the team were one of a number of Plumbers that came to quote. They spent 45 mins planning the work they would do ahead of their quote and the answered every question we had; even the daft ones. following their quote, they committed to start date and started promptly. during the 2 days they explained everything they had found, what they were doing to remediate the issue and irrespective of the considerable challenges they faced still delivered to budget. Phil then stayed late so that he could walk me through the project when I retuned from work in the evening... it can be challenging to find tradesmen to trust and the TV is full of programmes about what happens when you make a bad choice. probably the finest testament I can give to Phil and the team (who left not a spec of rubbish after the job was completed) is that we have had them back already to complete another large project and have asked them to quote for further work. Eco flame replaced our warm air central heating with a radiator system. Phil listened carefully to our slightly non standard requirements and then gave us excellent advice. We were given a detailed quote with everything itemised. The job was started and finished on time and to quote. The guys were friendly and most helpful. They paid particular attention to making sure the radiators were exactly where we wanted them. The whole installation was very neat and proffesional, they made a point of clearing up any mess as they went. As they are accredited installers we benefit from an extended warranty from the boiler manufacturer. We did have one tiny leak and Sean came and fixed it the very next day.

Following a gas leak due to a boiler fault, I called yesterday and Phil promised to come out today as soon as he could. He arrived mid morning, identified the problems and got my boiler up and running again - all at a reasonable cost. Since this all happened in the middle of the "big freeze", you can imagine my relief and gratitude at having found such superb service.
