I needed an emergency call out as my central heating could not be turned on. After the company I had previously used, said they could not help me for 3 weeks, I turned to Eco-Gas, and I'm so glad that I did. When I contacted them, they very quickly acknowledged the urgency of my issue and an engineer was booked to come and resolve the issue 3 hours later. John - the engineer and my new hero - came and quickly got the heat on. We needed a new thermostat. He went and got one, fitted it and serviced the boiler. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He gave us advice and checked all was working well before leaving. The price was very competitive and very much what I expected it to be. I am so impressed with this level of service - something I thought was a thing of the past. I will be using Eco-Gas London for all my boiler requirements and I thoroughly recommend them to all. Thank-you Sara who booked the appointment and put my mind at ease. Thank-you John for proving that not all heroes wear capes. Thank-you the lovely woman who I first spoke to - I did not get your name - you were so calm and helpful.

Had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed. They was punctual, polite and informative. The installation was completed within the agreed timeframe and I was left with a the heating and hot water working. All my questions were answered and they took the time to explain how it worked and how to work the thermostat. After they had finished they cleared away any mess and even washed my floor where they had been working. Overall, this was a professional installation and I would recommend the company to anyone.

Eco-Gas installed our gas boiler a few years back and have been servicing it for us every year since then. Eco-Gas are brilliant. We get reminders every year that our boiler is due for its service, and appointments are made and always kept. The work they do is to the highest standard, and they’ve all been able to help out with a few other heating issues when they’ve arisen. I recommend them completely

A really excellent company. John and his team did a boiler installation for us some years ago and they’ve been regularly servicing it, with no problems at all. John spent a long time talking us through different options and gave us very good advice and a competitive quote. We went with it as he was clearly a first class heating engineer, who was head and shoulders above everyone else we saw. The team turned up on time, did clean and tidy work, and brought it in right on budget - we were delighted. I think it’s the only work I’ve ever had done that I’ve been 100% happy with, and it’s been a pleasure to be able to recommend EcoGas and John to friends and family - who’ve also been delighted with the work EcoGas has done for them. We were horrified to discover on December 23rd that our hot water system wasn’t working properly and we have a household of visitors. I rang John Battams of Eco Gas as he normally services our boiler every couple of years. I know how busy he is so we were blessed that he could come on Christmas Eve, identified the issue, a defective motor/valve, replaced it and everything is now working fine. John, thank you for coming to our rescue and spending 2 hours in our house when you really should have been with your own family. Have a great Christmas.

An electrical outage led to our boiler shutting down one evening. John from Eco Gas responded very quickly to our service request, and was on site resolving the problem within 24 hours. Highly professional attitude and approach. Had us up and running again very promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
