Had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed. They was punctual, polite and informative. The installation was completed within the agreed timeframe and I was left with a the heating and hot water working. All my questions were answered and they took the time to explain how it worked and how to work the thermostat. After they had finished they cleared away any mess and even washed my floor where they had been working. Overall, this was a professional installation and I would recommend the company to anyone.

A really excellent company. John and his team did a boiler installation for us some years ago and they’ve been regularly servicing it, with no problems at all. John spent a long time talking us through different options and gave us very good advice and a competitive quote. We went with it as he was clearly a first class heating engineer, who was head and shoulders above everyone else we saw. The team turned up on time, did clean and tidy work, and brought it in right on budget - we were delighted. I think it’s the only work I’ve ever had done that I’ve been 100% happy with, and it’s been a pleasure to be able to recommend EcoGas and John to friends and family - who’ve also been delighted with the work EcoGas has done for them. We were horrified to discover on December 23rd that our hot water system wasn’t working properly and we have a household of visitors. I rang John Battams of Eco Gas as he normally services our boiler every couple of years. I know how busy he is so we were blessed that he could come on Christmas Eve, identified the issue, a defective motor/valve, replaced it and everything is now working fine. John, thank you for coming to our rescue and spending 2 hours in our house when you really should have been with your own family. Have a great Christmas.

When you want a heating engineer and you phone someone "cold" you are always anxious that it may be a daunting wait. If you phone Eco-Gas you should not worry at all. I called them out for a boiler service and a radiator fault, they came out within 2 days. I got an expert in solving my problem, expert knowledge on my appliance, politeness all taking the stress out of my anxiety. At a very reasonable cost and complete satisfaction, I recommend John and team highly. Go for them and be very satisfied.

Eco-Gas London are a fantastic company that have revived my ancient boiler on two occasions now. Our hot water and heat went out unexpectedly last week and John was able to squeeze us in within a day of my initial call. The rates were explained to me when I called, and John was thorough in his investigations and helped keep the cost down by sourcing refurbished parts. Thankfully all is up and running now, and we have the peace of mind of a year guarantee. John and all his staff were lovely to interact with, and I appreciate how John talked me through the issues and the fixes so I understand what went wrong and what’s been done. He’s a true expert and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Our boiler stopped working and Eco Gas walked me through how to reset the pressure (even though I have no mechanical skills and was sure I'd make it worse). They were super efficient and patient, called when they said they would, and also checked back in after to see how it went. We have been using them since they installed our boiler about ten years ago and they are indispensable. Excellent service.

John and his team completed the work efficiently and went above and beyond to do a great job. Though the boiler replacement was a messy job the work was neat and tidy throughout and dare I say the flat was left cleaner than before they arrived. Eco-Gas London were highly professional and polite and we would not hesitate to recommend them. I commend Eco-Gas London over other 5* star companies on Which? and Chekatrade as we had called several places to help replace our old boiler and were met with rude responses, no callbacks or promises to arrange an appointment that never happened. Save yourself the bother and hire some real professionals who know what they are doing.

I would highly recommend Eco-Gas London as a company for the installation of a New Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30 SI Compact combination boiler, associated pipe work and associated accessories. In particular, I would like to highlight the proficiency of the team who carried out my installation, and their warm engaging personalities, the team members were John Battams and Taylor. As with most projects there are unforeseen issues, which did occur on this installation and they did not phase the team at any stage, as they just assessed the issues and came up with the solutions to the problems. Really happy with the work done. We had central heating installed from scratch, in three story Victorian terrace. John was was extremely professional, approachable and understanding to our unique situation. There was good humour and he was open to answering as many questions as we had.
