Absolutely first class job by Ecocute, who installed 14 solar panels at my home. From the first contact I made with them there was no sales pitch at all, just totally honest, professional advice from Connor in their office who is very knowledgeable on solar installations. They did a remote survey and emailed the options I could take. I paid £195 deposit when I placed the order and the balance on completion of the job. The scaffolding was erected a few days before the installation date. The team from Ecocute arrived on time on the day of installation and were very professional. Everything was done to a high standard and with no mess at all. They installed the panels on my roofs, the Inverter, connected everything up and explained how it all works. They even set up the Solis App on my phone and showed me how to use it. Throughout the process Connor at their office was always available to answer my questions. On completion of the job I paid the balance. A couple of days after the job had been finished and after I had paid the balance in full Connor rang me to let me know a couple of the roof tiles had cracked when the roofer removed them to fit the brackets for the panels. I didn't know any tiles had cracked and had he not told me I'd never would have. He said the roofer would come back and replace them in the next few days and thats exactlywhat happened. I would recommend Ecocute to anyone, they did a fantastic job at a great price, and are totally honest.

After getting several quotes, I decided to go with Ecocute for my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall 3. They were competitively priced and, more importantly, I felt comfortable with them from the very first conversation. This was a big investment for me and I asked a lot of questions. Every member of the team took the time to explain things properly and put my mind at ease. I never felt under any pressure and no question was ever treated as silly. They understood that I needed a bit of hand-holding through the process and were brilliant from start to finish. A special thank you to Connor in the office, who must have wondered what he'd let himself in for! I know I wasn't the easiest customer and probably asked far more questions than most, but he was always patient, helpful and quick to come back to me. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and that level of customer service made a real difference. Corey, Reece and Scott did a fantastic job with the installation. They were friendly, polite and happy to answer questions while they worked. The installation is neat and tidy, and they cleaned everything up before they left. You wouldn't know they'd been there. I'm absolutely delighted with the finished system and the whole experience. If you're thinking about having solar installed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ecocute. Excellent workmanship, outstanding customer service and a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

From the initial contact on Facebook, the entire process was faultless. Great communication and advice from start to finish. Every member of the team is very knowledgeable and I wouldnt have any hesitation recommending Ecocute. We have used Ecocute more than once before. With ever-increasing electricity charges, it made sense to maximise our solar generation and get some additional panels. Today an additional 6 higher power panels were fitted into the current system and battery. Very neat and tidy fitting. Quick, no fuss and no complications. Thank you Ecocute. Highly recommended.

From my initial enquiry with Ecocute everything along the way was handled with the knowledge and professionalism I was looking for. All elements of the design were explained along the way with realistic facts and figures for the amount of solar I could generate. The day of install the team arrived promptly and carried out the most tidy electrical installation I’ve ever seen. The team clearly take pride in their work and this was evident by the quality of workmanship from the cable runs to the positioning of the unit. Ecocute were asked to offer solar power generation equipment , installation and commissioning base on my son's recommendation based on his experience with the company. The office based staff kept me informed prior to and post installation and offered ongoing support for operating my solar power plant. Contact with the company was straight forward and we discussed a solar installation which would meet my requirement. The price, equipment and delivery where acceptable and the worked on improving the installation date. The panel installer arrived promptly on the agreed date and make an excellent installation on a slate roof which was wet and slippy. The devices used for securing the panel were neat and very effective and better than I had expectation having seen other contactors installations. He left the site neat and tidy. The electrical installation team arrived on the agreed time/date and encountered a serious concern of my making. After an in company discussion they found a solution to the challenge. The team worked diligently and produced a very tidy/ neat installation which I am proud to show visitors. The software for monitoring the plants output is easy to read and very informative. Considering that Ecocute are based a considerable distance from my location I regard the total package as being excellent and I am impressed with their whole team.

Conner was great regarding the quote, explained everything. Scott, the roofer, came and fitted the panels on the roof the next day, the two electricians came. It was a very cold and damp day but they just on with it and finished the job perfectly, left no mess, set the app up for me. Cannot fault the work or the office for the follow-up

After contacting and being hounded by other solar companies getting in touch with Connor at ecocute was a breath of fresh air. At first via email with all the information he needed then he put the proposal together once I was happy contacted Connor via phone at no point was there ever any pressure to sign up . There prices are all on there website and the price you see is what you pay We went with there buy 10 get 2 free deal which is actually better than advertised as it now comes with 450w panels so giving a 5.4kw system for only £3995 and all comes with a good warranty. The installation was fantastic and fast the lads were all polite well mannered and got on with the job and leaving everything spotless once they were done. Even though installation day was very overcast and raining (never really got light all day) I was surprised it was still producing enough energy to keep the basic household items running. I would have no problems recommending Conner and all the guys & Girls at Ecocute . Thanks to all of you for a great hassle free installation 👍🏻

Connor, Robyn and Corey make a great team. At the beginning of last year we had solar panels and an EV charger fitted and now we have just had a large,modular 16 kw battery fitted. We really cannot fault Eco-cute's service from the very competitive initial quote through to this latest installation. On advice from Eco-Cute we waited a while before having a battery fitted as we only bought our EV mid year and the initial financial modelling did not suggest we would gain a great benefit from doing so. The running costs of the EV and the continued increase in electricity costs has changed this completely for us. We were surprised again at how quickly and straightforward (and unmessy) the whole process was. Thank you.

The team at Ecocute from the start to the finish have been amazing and could not be more than happy with the service they have provided. Been looking at installing solar and battery at our bungalow on the east coast for 2 years. Joined many Facebook groups dealing with the subject and came across Eco cute in alot of discussions and all were very positive. Looked at you tube videos and read reviews online, studied pricing and equipment offered etc. Now there might be cheaper and there are definitely more expensive company's but Eco cutes reputation and quality of work swung it for us. From the start of order all was explained, was given an installation date and true to word they were here before 9am. They worked in very poor weather to complete the first part of the instal, returned the next day and completed and commissioned the system. I had actually recommended a neighbour to Eco cute who had a solar instal the same day. The only negative was they did not eat enough of our surplus Xmas biscuits to save our waistline. I would 100% Recommend this company on our experience.

Amazing from start to finish! We have wanted solar panels installing for quite some time but never took the final leap into getting them fitted. Once we had decided to do it we approached a few companies including big national installers and local providers who came back with a variety of prices and packages. Connor at Ecocute was great, he spent a long time on the phone talking me through the different options and how it all works, he then went and built up a few different packages to work from at different price points to maximise my budget. There was no hard or pushy selling, just good old-fashioned honesty and support. We settled on a 20 panel system with a battery and zappi charger as this gave the best overall return as well as would make the most use of the roof space available. The job was planned for the first day back following the Christmas break and the weather was very cold and icy, but that didn't put off the team, they turned up and cracked on with the work, keeping me informed and double checking everything throughout the two days they were here installing it. The process was so smooth and the workmanship is excellent. The wiring is extremely tidy and large parts of it have been hidden either in the cavity or behind other things which means that it is very unobtrusive. Following the installation the team took their time to talk me through the different apps and how they work, and then the office staff gave further backup and support to make sure that it

Many thanks to all the team. We had a battery installed to add to our solar panels that we had from 2011. The new battery and solar system are working really well through the App and we are very happy. Ecocute have been brilliant, with great communication throughout. They did all of the hard work completing the paperwork so it was really easy for us. Fitting/installation was arranged well in advance and was very efficient on the day. The work was quickly carried out and left very tidy with no real impact on us. We had a demonstration of the App and that was it, up and running.
