Great company to deal with. No high pressure sales. They won’t sell you anything you won’t need. I’d recommend Ecocute to anyone thinking about having solar panels installed on their home.

What a refreshing experience this company provided.right out of the gate..connor was polite knowledgeable with a concise way of explaining sometimes complicated technicals of solar and batteries..made me feel reassured and comfortable with my choices sold me me the equipment and instalation at a good price..without the long term saving hard sell associated with this industry..just honest and advise that made sense...couldn't have been happier. The instalation team Corey and Reece where equally as professional as the sales team.arrived prompt with a great attitude. Worked swiftly with great eye for detail resulting in a nice neat finish..then cleaned up very thoroughly...I was impressed and extremely satisfied...WELL DONE ECOCUTE..highly recommended 👏

We have used Ecocute more than once before. With ever-increasing electricity charges, it made sense to maximise our solar generation and get some additional panels. Today an additional 6 higher power panels were fitted into the current system and battery. Very neat and tidy fitting. Quick, no fuss and no complications. Thank you Ecocute. Highly recommended.

From my initial enquiry with Ecocute everything along the way was handled with the knowledge and professionalism I was looking for. All elements of the design were explained along the way with realistic facts and figures for the amount of solar I could generate. The day of install the team arrived promptly and carried out the most tidy electrical installation I’ve ever seen. The team clearly take pride in their work and this was evident by the quality of workmanship from the cable runs to the positioning of the unit. Ecocute were asked to offer solar power generation equipment , installation and commissioning base on my son's recommendation based on his experience with the company. The office based staff kept me informed prior to and post installation and offered ongoing support for operating my solar power plant. Contact with the company was straight forward and we discussed a solar installation which would meet my requirement. The price, equipment and delivery where acceptable and the worked on improving the installation date. The panel installer arrived promptly on the agreed date and make an excellent installation on a slate roof which was wet and slippy. The devices used for securing the panel were neat and very effective and better than I had expectation having seen other contactors installations. He left the site neat and tidy. The electrical installation team arrived on the agreed time/date and encountered a serious concern of my making. After an in company discussion they found a solution to the challenge. The team worked diligently and produced a very tidy/ neat installation which I am proud to show visitors. The software for monitoring the plants output is easy to read and very informative. Considering that Ecocute are based a considerable distance from my location I regard the total package as being excellent and I am impressed with their whole team.

Extremely polite and professional on first contact very competitive quote and gave installation date before the order was placed. Installation was on the date quoted and the team were first class. Nothing could have gone better would recommend 100%.
