I can't recommend Ecocute enough for the high-quality service provided throughout every phase of the process, from searching, comparing, financing and installing my solar panels. I got multiple quotes from various competitors, everyone claiming to be the best or one of the best, but some of the quotes, explanations, their reviews and financing plans were just either too complex, or didn't add up at times or just weren't worth it as the ROI period was just too long. From the very first call from Ecocute, everything was very straightforward, easy to understand and every single question or query throughout the conversations by email or phone were always answered promptly by him. The reviews I had read reassured me as well. Their prices were the most reasonable I had seen. All other competitors suggested having a battery as well for my 2800 KW yearly consumption, and only very few shared that I would need to replace a part of the battery or the whole battery on average every 10 years, which didn't seem worth it to have it. Connor was the only one who showed me that he cared about his customers' needs too and he wasn't just interested in selling me products if he didn't think that it would be worth it. Although he did give me verbally a quote including a battery upon my request, he advised me that I wouldn't need it and after some research, I fully appreciate his honesty in advising me what was best for me and not just looking for profits. I chose Ecocute to provide solar panels on my bungalow as the design service very quick and detailed. No waiting about, the installation was swift and excellent. Exceptional equipment and installation team and the overall service was excellent. The highest quality and yet an exceptionally competitive price. A pleasure to deal with and I now have a very good system using the sun to dramatically cut my electricity bill. I would definitely give them a five star quality review.

Highly recommend Ecocute. We first used them in 2022 for solar panels and I was impressed with them then. No pushy sales pitch, really helpful and knowledgeable staff who were quick to respond to any queries. Recently had contact with them again to install a car charger and a battery. Found I was dealing with all the same people as I had done three years ago and the same electrician. Very impressed with the team installing the products and the support from the office. Competitively priced too. I have recommended them to several family and friends who have also had a positive experience.

From first contacting Ecocute through the installation of solar panels and battery system to receiving the final paperwork I have been very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I was kept informed throughout the process and although there was an initially an issue setting up the system following installation this was investigated and resolved promptly with no payments requested until all work had been completed and the system accepted as working. There are so many aspects of Ecocute that I really like and am reassured by, that I am sure I will not mention them all here. However, here goes. From my first tentative enquiry to completion of the solar panel installation and aftercare, Ecocute has always been easy to contact, professional and personable. I like that they are a small team, whose names you get to know quickly. They also work as a team and all share a strong customer focus. No question from me was too much for them to answer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase at any time. They keep up to date with the developments in solar panels and I feel happy that I have had the latest technology installed that my budget allowed. I was kept totally informed of progress with installation, even when scaffolding companies were failing to respond to Ecocute enquiries. This meant I got involved in finding a local scaffolding company, which made me feel respected as a customer and part of the process. The installation was so efficient that there was minimal disruption and it was completed much quicker than I expected. The job was done neatly and I have welcomed Ecocute’s support following installation regarding the monitoring application. From start to finish this was so easy, communication is key to any work being done and this is what happened. Corey arrived in time with his apprentice and they was straight into the job, all tools out in an order that I can’t even do, workmanship very clean and tidy and even left completed before I got chance to cook bacon cobs !! Now the roofer oh my days can that bloke move, he was like a motorised man lol all explained perfectly and stayed till everything was working and explained how it works. After reading all the five-star reviews here, we had high expectations of Ecocute, and I'm happy to say that they lived up to those expectations. Everyone we dealt with, in order of contact that's, Connor, Robyn, Corey, Harrison and Scott were great. Friendly, polite and thoroughly professional. On initial investigation, I liked that there were lots of (very good) prices clearly on display on the website, so I had an idea what to expect. When I made contact, as promised, there was absolutely zero sales pressure, just questions answered and information supplied promptly - perfect! We agreed an 18-panel install along with a Powerwall 3 and pigeon-proofing, at a very good price, and where what we paid after installation was exactly what we had been quoted - no hidden extras. The guys turned up to do the install when they said they would, double-checked with me about where the Powerwall and gateway would be installed, and then set about an efficient and neat installation - we've never had any tradespeople clear up after themselves as thoroughly as Corey, Harrison & Scott did - much appreciated. All the paperwork, approvals, certifications then turned up within a few days without any chasing required. From first contact through to job completion everything and everyone was excellent, and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Ecocute. Their 'Which' five-star rating is very much deserved.

Having had a nightmare of a time with a battery upgrade system from a company with absolutely atrocious customer service. I asked them to decommission the system. Requiring a new system I began ringing around for quotes. From my initial call and conversation with Connor at Ecocute, he just "Got It" and it felt right. He took a personal interest in wanting to put things right for us without being judgemental towards the previous company. He was patient, highly knowledgeable using layman's terms to explain certain functions and components, not pushy and had the same values and ethics as us. It truly felt like we had come back home. About 10 days later on the day of the installation, Cory and Harrison both arrived as planned. This duo truly know their stuff and are highly respectful and polite. They got on with the job and decommissioned the old system and installed the new system once again without being judgemental. After the installation, they walked me through each component ensuring I was confident of its functionality and requirement. Cory and Harrison only left when I was absolutely certain I was confident and well-versed in the use of the Tesla App which is so simple and intuitive. All in all, we don't have a single negative point on this company. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with people with the utmost integrity and golden principles and ethics, who under-promised and over-delivered. Thank you Ecocute.

I have been interested in having a Solar Panel System fitted for some some years but found the whole process of getting quates to surveys very tiring and very expensive. Then we came across Ecocute on the Internet and from that point the whole process could not have been easier and also a very reasonable price. Great team of fitters they were very pleasant, tidy did a great job. Would recommend.

Over the years I have had lots of work undertaken. By far this company is the most professional from the office people to the very exceptional on site workers. All the expected paperwork is sent immediately and payment is taken on the job completion. We commissioned Eco-cute to supply and fit an Alpha ESS battery system to our existing solar panel installation. The electrician (Corey) and his assistant (Harrison?) arrived at the agreed time, despite some atrocious weather, and got to work immediately. They were both polite and highly professional. The job was finished in good time with a helpful demonstration of the working system and a careful explanation of its operating principles. As far as I can judge at this early stage, everything is working as expected and the comms link to my laptop and mobile phone have been fully installed. The workspace was left very neat and tidy and as a great favour, above and beyond the call of duty, the boys removed the very heavy lead crystal batteries from our garage roof-space down to the garage floor where they can be handled much more easily. I can recommend these young men very highly and am delighted with Eco-cute in general. Connor, the member of staff who dealt with my order and handled my inquiries over the phone, was also very helpful and obliging. Well done Eco-cute! As far as I can see, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Certainly one of the best companies that weve ever used. I was a bit unsure to begin with because they were quite a bit cheaper than others who quoted. However, i now suspect that the reason for this is that they are highly efficient and get it right first time. Connor was excellent to deal with and never put us under pressure to buy. He answered all our questions and recommended the most cost effective system for us - rather than the most expensive. The electricians Corey and Harrison were polite and careful when working in the house and talked us through installing and using the monitoring app, which is great. I can't recommend this company highly enough. The fact they are solid 5 stars speaks volumes. Why can't our utility companies be run the same way?

I've been impressed from start to finish of our solar panel and battery storage system installation. The whole team at Ecocute has been fantastic: first communications with Connor when I was getting quotes, ongoing updates from Robyn from the point of booking confirmation, and installation and full explanation of how the system works by Corey and Harrison today. I've already received all of the relevant paperwork and the experience so far has left me in no doubt that if I have any queries or concerns I'll continue to receive the same high level of friendly service. The work carried out by the staff at Ecocute was exceptional! Due to extending my property and my fusebox now been in the centre of my house i was worried about cabling running through the house. I needn't have been worried, Corey was great not a cable in sight! He kept everything clean and tidy! The roofer was great too. The office staff were really helpful and ever so professional they weren't pushy sales people like ive had to deal with by other solar companies. All round a great company that i would definitely recommend.

The fitter came, and it was a lot more work than he thought, it wasn’t a problem for him. I was having a second PW2 along with a new Tesla back up gateway fitted on the outside of the house. Job done over 2 days, and works perfectly. Thank you Guys.

EcoCute were the cheapest quote, which isn’t always the best service, but the fitting was booked in promptly and when the electrician and fitter turned up, work was completed in a day. Everything seems good so far and all necessary certification paperwork to allow me to apply for SEG was provided very quickly.

The plan for the day was helpfully explained beforehand. The fitters arrived on time and set to work immediately with no fuss. The system works perfectly and I've had advice on feeding back the excess to the grid. I recommend Ecocute, Corey, Scott and Robyn.

After nine months of living with our new systems we're glad that we choose to go with Ecocute. They gave us a very competitive price, the installation was competently and efficiently carried out and the after sales service has been excellent. When it comes to installations, I suppose every job is slightly diffferent - so it was reassuring to see the experience and attitude that the installers brought to the job - and how they didn't cut corners in order to get things right. For example, we live in an old house (1830s) and so they went to a lot of trouble to keep the cabling unobtrusive. Like a lot of people, we'd had not had any prior experience of solar panels, inverters and batteries and so we have had a few queries once the installation was done. I've been particularly impressed with the service we've had from Connor and Robyn at the office. They're always prompt, knowledgable and friendly. I've happily recommended Ecocute to people and it goes without saying that if we ever wanted to extend/upgrade our system, we'd go back to them.

Every person that I have dealt with in this company has been helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all queries with great patience and knowledge. Their work is excellent and the fitters have great knowledge and happy to explain what they are doing. I hardly ever recommend a company to anyone but I am so impressed by this company that I have recommended them to lots of people. They do not employ sales people so no pressure to buy but their prices are far lower than competitors because of this. Always consider them if you want solar panels or a battery or both.
