During our investigations we looked at numerous suppliers. Whilst price was a main consideration, more than anything we did not want to be constantly harassed with pressure selling techniques. Whilst a large amount of the information in some quotes was simply ‘filling’ and lacking in detail we found the quote from ‘Ecocute’ very comprehensive and well balanced, their projected figures appeared logical and believable. Whilst not the cheapest quote their price was very comparative. What I really appreciated was that the numerous questions I had regarding the quote and subsequent installation were addressed quickly and efficiently with explanations given in easy-to-understand language. The installation and commissioning of the solar panels went brilliantly. The engineers described exactly what they needed to do to, why they needed to do it and how long it would take. Well within the time slot they had given the installation and commissioning was completed with all packaging, offcuts of wire etc cleared and the area left spotlessly clean. I would have no hesitancy in recommending ‘Ecocute’ who provided a first-class customer orientated service from the initial contact all the way through to completion. They were prepared to answer all questions and give full explanations to clarify the numerous points and queries that we had. There was no pressure selling techniques, they give a competitive price from the start and acted totally professionally throughout.

Excellent service from Ecocute. From the initial quotation to the installation day, everything was handled exceptionally well. Connor kept us well informed at all times, emails were replied to quickly, and all our questions were answered. The installation team was hardworking, clean, and tidy workers who explained everything well. Within 24 hours, we were running on solar power; 10 days later, we've not imported any electricity from the grid.

Overall, absolutely thrilled with the install and have recommended to my friends and neighbours. Having quoted for 15 panels and 8kw battery storage from multiple companies, Ecocute were ahead on price, ahead on service, local to the area and well reviewed, so I selected them. Best decision I ever made! The installation was done within a day, assisted by the roofer fitting the clips on the roof for the panels the night before...benefits of using a local company. The three lads who came out on the day were superb and clearly had aesthetics in mind taking time to ensure cable runs and installation were tidy and inoffensive, they did a brilliant job. My electric bills have been non-existent since and I'm looking forward to getting money back for the feed in which has taken a little longer than planned though this is no fault of ecocute who have done their best to speed this through. A couple of minor issues through the install, the scaffolders broke some tiles, however these were swiftly replaced with brand new ones of the same design by the roofer and the pigeon proofing had been missed off the order. This was swiftly resolved the following day. Massive thanks to Ecocute, Conor for the support before the install, Cory, Scott and Rees on the day for a job well done and finally to Robyn for chasing through the red tape of DNOs. It looks and works great and I know I can depend on you should any future issues arise.

I was shopping around to get a quote for battery storage and possibly solar. After a good discussion with Ecocute, I decided to go for just battery storage. I was sent a few options to think about and called back in my own time to go ahead with the installation. Fast forward 2 months, and the installation was carried out quickly, safely, and I was updated with progress on a regular basis during the process. The work was carried out perfectly and both inside and outside were returned to being neat and tidy once the work was complete. I highly recommend, and will go back to them if I decide to go for a Solar installation.

Ecocute have installed for me 17 solar panels to go with my existing Powerwall 3 and have been patient and the service from the team was exemplary from start to finish. Special mention to Connor and Robyn for keeping me informed all through the process and on install day Corey and Reece for their great work electrically and Scott for installing the panels. All I can say was they were all dedicated to getting a good result and went above and beyond to help me! I have no hesitation in recommending Ecocute for any solar work, in fact they are now pricing to fit a Zappi for me as well.

We had Ecocute install our solar and battery system over 3 yrs ago, the workmanship, communication and service was superb. We were and still are delighted with our choice to use Ecocute. We had them back a while ago to provide and fit a very handy isolation switch, once again an excellent service. Today we had them back once again to upgrade our battery and storage system to the Tesla Powerwall 3. They arrived early and got straight down to work. We now have even greater independence from the grid for much of the time. Have seamless back up in case of power cuts and a great upgrade. We have no doubts about the service that Ecocute provides, so much so we might have extra panels fitted in future to maximise our energy use "in house". Having had Ecocute for all previous work, we simply could not recommend anyone else.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but on this occasion I found that it is right in doing so, for the service I've received. First I will start by saying that I found Ecocute whilst doing a search for solar panel installers. Upon finding Ecocute as well as many others, of which I've spoken to, something extra stood out about Conner. He didn't try to hard sell with a limited price phone call guaranteed price on the panels. At first I will be honest and I did think that it could be another Scam Company, but I was totally wrong. During my call with Conner he explained everything from the delivery of the panels to the full installation, with the remaining balance upon completion. The entire team have been nothing but kind and professional in their job, my wife is so happy ( Happy wife happy life )with the work undertaken. I've now passed on Ecocute's details to family and friends, as we are now planning on having our Battery and EV Charger from Ecocute, The workers where on time as stated, very professional and kept disruption down to a bare minimal, and unlike most contractors, they kept their work space clean and tidy, and even cleaned up after themselves. I was informed of every aspect of the work they where doing, and what was going to happen next throughout their work. 10/10 for Ecocute for everything you have done,

The whole experience of using Ecocute was easy from start to finish. They were always on hand to answer any questions when I was deciding which solar panels and battery to buy, whilst waiting for the installation, and after the installation was complete. The whole experience of getting the SEG information for Eon was not simple but Ecocute were there to tell me what to do. On the day of installation the installers were here promptly and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the day. They finished earlier than I had expected them to as they clearly are experts in doing these installations and had done lots before. They left the house clean and tidy and the system up and running after explaining everything I needed to know. The men were polite and could answer any questions I had. We have now had the system for just over a month and the SEG payments from Eon are now being built up. This takes a while and is out of Ecocute's and Eon's control. The system is working far more efficiently than we anticipated and we are definitely benefitting from this glorious spring sunshine. I would highly recommend Ecocute as their product is great and their service excellent.

The Ecocute installation of 16 solar panels and battery went great, the total install was done in just over a day (panels one day battery/electrical work a day later) The three guys were hard working and courteous, they cleaned up after themselves and explained how the system worked with the downloaded app. Highly recommend Ecocute for your solar install.

In a Nutshell If you are thinking of having Solar / Solar & Battery or any other service this company has to offer accept the quote. Placed an enquiry for a Solar Installation via the website and was I contacted by Connor for some more information of my property etc, Shortly afterwards i was emailed a very detailed system design inc an idea of the savings vs cost. and a Quote (the price listed on the website) No other contact was made by Connor or the company. Quote accepted Start date & time given. Deposit Paid, Booked in email confirmation. (no other contact Bonus) Day Of install 16th April 2025 The Electricians Corey & Reece Arrived and were very respectful polite and proceded to ask about cable runs location of equipment etc set to work After the installation of the electrical side was completed and a tidy up i was shown and asked if i was happy with the Quality of the internal works.. To which i was. ( I am a Electrical QS & Site Manager so i take some pleasing :) Robyn from the office calls to ensure the teams have arrived :) Scott the Roofer turns up introduces himself and politely explains the process and begins to start work. the 16 years experience speaks volumes as the work was quick and to a high standard. Scott then asks to come inside to commission and set up the Inverter to the internet. then proceed to tidy his tools and work areas. and inform me the office will be in contact regarding the registration Job Done fast friendly and true to there word.

I can't recommend Ecocute enough for the high-quality service provided throughout every phase of the process, from searching, comparing, financing and installing my solar panels. I got multiple quotes from various competitors, everyone claiming to be the best or one of the best, but some of the quotes, explanations, their reviews and financing plans were just either too complex, or didn't add up at times or just weren't worth it as the ROI period was just too long. From the very first call from Ecocute, everything was very straightforward, easy to understand and every single question or query throughout the conversations by email or phone were always answered promptly by him. The reviews I had read reassured me as well. Their prices were the most reasonable I had seen. All other competitors suggested having a battery as well for my 2800 KW yearly consumption, and only very few shared that I would need to replace a part of the battery or the whole battery on average every 10 years, which didn't seem worth it to have it. Connor was the only one who showed me that he cared about his customers' needs too and he wasn't just interested in selling me products if he didn't think that it would be worth it. Although he did give me verbally a quote including a battery upon my request, he advised me that I wouldn't need it and after some research, I fully appreciate his honesty in advising me what was best for me and not just looking for profits. I chose Ecocute to provide solar panels on my bungalow as the design service very quick and detailed. No waiting about, the installation was swift and excellent. Exceptional equipment and installation team and the overall service was excellent. The highest quality and yet an exceptionally competitive price. A pleasure to deal with and I now have a very good system using the sun to dramatically cut my electricity bill. I would definitely give them a five star quality review.

Highly recommend Ecocute. We first used them in 2022 for solar panels and I was impressed with them then. No pushy sales pitch, really helpful and knowledgeable staff who were quick to respond to any queries. Recently had contact with them again to install a car charger and a battery. Found I was dealing with all the same people as I had done three years ago and the same electrician. Very impressed with the team installing the products and the support from the office. From first contacting Ecocute through the installation of solar panels and battery system to receiving the final paperwork I have been very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. I was kept informed throughout the process and although there was an initially an issue setting up the system following installation this was investigated and resolved promptly with no payments requested until all work had been completed and the system accepted as working. There are so many aspects of Ecocute that I really like and am reassured by, that I am sure I will not mention them all here. However, here goes. From my first tentative enquiry to completion of the solar panel installation and aftercare, Ecocute has always been easy to contact, professional and personable. I like that they are a small team, whose names you get to know quickly. They also work as a team and all share a strong customer focus. No question from me was too much for them to answer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase at any time. They keep up to date with the developments in solar panels and I feel happy that I have had the latest technology installed that my budget allowed. I was kept totally informed of progress with installation, even when scaffolding companies were failing to respond to Ecocute enquiries. This meant I got involved in finding a local scaffolding company, which made me feel respected as a customer and part of the process. From start to finish this was so easy, communication is key to any work being done and this is what happened. Corey arrived in time with his apprentice and they was straight into the job, all tools out in an order that I can’t even do, workmanship very clean and tidy and even left completed before I got chance to cook bacon cobs !! Now the roofer oh my days can that bloke move, he was like a motorised man lol all explained perfectly and stayed till everything was working and explained how it works. After reading all the five-star reviews here, we had high expectations of Ecocute, and I'm happy to say that they lived up to those expectations. Everyone we dealt with, in order of contact that's, Connor, Robyn, Corey, Harrison and Scott were great. Friendly, polite and thoroughly professional. On initial investigation, I liked that there were lots of (very good) prices clearly on display on the website, so I had an idea what to expect. When I made contact, as promised, there was absolutely zero sales pressure, just questions answered and information supplied promptly - perfect! We agreed an 18-panel install along with a Powerwall 3 and pigeon-proofing, at a very good price, and where what we paid after installation was exactly what we had been quoted - no hidden extras. The guys turned up to do the install when they said they would, double-checked with me about where the Powerwall and gateway would be installed, and then set about an efficient and neat installation - we've never had any tradespeople clear up after themselves as thoroughly as Corey, Harrison & Scott did - much appreciated. All the paperwork, approvals, certifications then turned up within a few days without any chasing required. From first contact through to job completion everything and everyone was excellent, and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Ecocute. Their 'Which' five-star rating is very much deserved.
