I would just like to send a thank you to all at ecocute. We moved into a property only a short number of months ago which already had solar panels installed. Having never had them before they are a bit of a black art to us. We have endured a high pitched noise for the last couple of weeks . I tried to contact the engineer that installed the panels but he has gone out of business. I was then led to your website via google and I am so glad i called you. Within 2 hours the issue has been fixed. After speaking to a lady on the phone then speaking to technical, he walked me through resetting the alarm that had been causing the noise. We now have peace and quiet in our house again and it didn’t cost us a penny. Thank you for your wonderful service.

The team at EcoCute were professional from the first telephone call assisting us to decide if solar was the right choice, from the e-mail and text communication to keep us updated on the service they were going to provide and then finally when the guys came to install 15 solar panels and an inverter. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly, respectful made no mess and explained how everything worked. There were no hidden costs and they did not try to up sell at any time. As soon as they had finished we were up and running and then they sent really clear instructions of how to use the APP and we got a call to check everything had gone well

Found this company on the web back in 2020 . They had a offer on for solar and battery storage, spoke to Connor about the deal and he explained that i did not need a battery because we are running a hot tub and that would use our surplus energy. Found this company very knowledgable so decided to use them April 21. His team came and over 2 days did a fantastic job of installing our solar plus rowan miner. I enthusiastically recommend Ecocute. The price was miles better than other quotes we had and when the panel installer came he spotted a cracked roof tile before starting and swapped it with some spares I’d left out. Ecocute clearly have a lot of technical knowledge & experience and are willing to talk with you to explain the reasons for various different options without any hard sell. I come from an engineering background but I knew little about solar and was sceptical. Some other firms we contacted had salesmen but could not really answer some of my questions. 18 months later and it's still working great, I’ve looked at other installations since and I would say that ours is well specified and done to a high standard. I never really do online reviews but they took the time to talk me through some queries I had recently and so I think they deserve a special mention. Very happy.

We came across Ecocute after doing an online search. We got a few quotes from different companies and read their reviews. From the outset we were very impressed with Ecocute. We wanted the more efficient solar panels and were surprised and delighted by the price quoted, as well as the speed of their response. It's great to see how relatively cheap it has become for a high quality installation. From the outset we were impressed with the speed and friendliness of the customer service (with no sales pitch). It's such a delight to deal with a firm that is reliable and delivers on it's promises. The installation team turned up on time and were finished by 1pm. They were quick, professional and did a high quality job. A big thank you to Connor and Glyn. They answered all my questions and their genuine enthusiasm for what they do shone through. I'd recommend Ecocute without hesitation.

Had solar panel package installed with iboost for hot water tank after a few quotes and discussions with companies. This was by far the best price and any queries were answered either by phone or email quickly and clearly. No pressure at any point so I went ahead and all work was carried out and completed within the time period specified - arrived not long after 8am and all work completed and cleaned up by midday. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly, polite and helpful. Recommended.

Both Connor and Glynn were happy to answer any questions I had and sold me a system that was best suited for my home. Friendly installation team arrived on time and asked me where I would like some of the equipment positioned. Very neat and tidy work. After everything was done the system was explained to me. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to install a solar system.

I looked at a lot of companies and decide in these guys because of which. That was the best thing I could have done. Conner in the office explained everything to me and gave me a great price. The team of fitters arrived when they said they would. Corrie did a brilliant job. Very neat and tidy. After everything was done he explained the system. We recently moved house into our “forever home” and wanted to install solar PV to reduce our carbon footprint and assist with the monthly services bills. Having looked at Trusted Traders we contacted Ecocute Ltd for a quote for a system with battery storage. The process of getting a quote was simple, a phone call allowed the company to look up the property on line, discuss and plan the number, type and placement of the panels and the battery. All paperwork was sorted by the company. A time and date was agreed, the price was very affordable. The roofers turned up precisely on time. Their work was of high quality and we felt that all involved went “above and beyond”. The electrical installation was neat and professional. The information and support from the company was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending any of the individual tradesmen on their own merit. The whole package was excellent.

We contacted Ecocute after recommendation from a friend. They lived up to expectations. They turned up on time, completed the work very quickly. The installers where helpful and tidy. The office staff where not pushy and provided all the info we needed. You must always ask any questions you ensure you have the answers, the staff are very helpful and had all the answers.

Our whole experience with Ecocute was positive throughout. Polite friendly and efficient from my first telephone enquiry to the completion of the installation of the solar panels and at a very reasonable cost. Their customer care is excellent and any queries I had after installation were answered promptly by telephone or email. I cannot recommend them highly enough, Glyn and his team are exceptional.

Can not praise this firm enough, swift response once contacted, remote survey, quote received within a day & very reasonable, work men turned up at the time scheduled, they were very professional & friendly and all done & dusted by the afternoon, up and running to catch the last few rays of sun.

Excellent no pressure advice from Conor pre-installation. He was happy to answer all questions, providing comprehensive information and all reassurances prior to installation. On the agreed installation day the fitters arrived on schedule and everything ran smoothly, taking around half a day. All work was neat and tidy. We were up and running immediately. Glyn was very helpful getting started with the phone app and talking through all the information. It's great to see us starting to generate our own electricity and reassuring to know that our system will be remotely monitored. The solar panels are excellent value. We are glad we have moved to solar energy. We are happy to recommend Ecocute - a friendly and approachable company. We might consider adding battery storage in the future and would have no hesitation asking Ecocute to do this.

After contacting Ecocute they were professional and friendly when dealing with my questions. The solar system fitting went smoothly with very easy to deal with installers who were eager to answer any questions. They arrived promptly and the standard of work was first rate.

We purchased a battery back up system from Glyn the previous year and after a few small niggles ( mainly software issues) that Glyn jumpt on straight away. We already had solar panels fitted and this was jewel in the crown. Works brilliantly and saves us money. Unfortunately our panel inverter stopped working and the company that fitted them had gone bust. I turned to Glyn, he again was brilliant got one of his engineers out within s few days replaced the fault inverter at a very reasonable cost and got us up and running again. This guy is brilliant. He won't be pushey and try to sell you something you don't need ,his help and advice are second to non. I have just had to ask his advice as our energy supplier wishes to fit a smart meter. Again nothing is too much trouble and told me about a couple of pitfalls but more importantly gave me his engineers no so when the guy comes to fit the meter he is aware how to fit the meter and how to restart my system. Brilliant service cant recommend Ecocute and Glyn enough .

I've wanted to install Solar for about a decade, but the cost has previously been prohibitive. So I left that project on the shelf for some time. So imagine my amazement when I came across Ecocute and discovered that I could now buy a full solar system (over two roofs) and have battery storage for about 50% of the cost of just solar panels some years ago! So I contacted Ecocute and started a conversation with Connor and Glyn. There was absolutely no sales pressure and Connor simply provided me with a number of costed options (they didn't even have to visit my home, they worked successfully from images on Google maps). I chose an option and booked in an installation date. Installation was carried out successfully and quickly in less than a day by a very competent team of skilled guys. They were friendly and very efficient. By mid afternoon, I was left with a fully working solar system with battery backup and a very big smile on my face. I'm chuffed to bits to say the least, and would freely recommend this company to anyone I speak to.

Ecoute gave a very competitive quote, after a survey. They were prompt, good workers on the installation, and explained everything. Their after-sales service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. Glyn answers any email questions very promptly and gave us some useful advice on dealing with energy suppliers. I would highly recommend them.

I moved to my current bungalow in Warwickshire in Feb 2020. On the top of my list of things to do was, have Solar Panels fitted. In my previous property, I had Solar Panels fitted in 2012 and in 8 years I became a convert to this type of energy. Having referred to "Which?" Solar PV installations checklist, I went onto the internet and found Eco-cute recommended by "Which?" (I did investigate others) Eco-cute were advertising 'Special offers' so I filled in their form for information and was contacted initially by Connor and then Glyn. There was no hard 'sell', lots of information, advice and my questions answered. In brief, after telephone conversations, emails etc. I decided to purchase the Combined Solar PV plus Battery Hybrid System. This should give me access to the Smart Export Guarantee which replaces the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) The Solar Panels Fitter, Scott, and the Electricians Corey and Joe were excellent timekeepers and cleared up when the work was completed. They were courteous,helpful and trustworthy. The system was up and running from the 13 July 2020 However, after about a week I contacted Glyn as I felt there was an issue which needed attention. This was dealt with immediately and Adrian came to replace the Battery and now the System is fully operational. The System is located in my garage making it easy for me to monitor. Eco-cute's after-sales service guaranteed is efficient and reassuring. Help is offered 24/7 online or by telephone.

Would highly recommend this company. Glyn is very down to earth, knowledgeable and doesn't give any hard sales talk. The fitters turned up exactly on time and were very efficient. The whole job was finished within the time frame given. Everything was left neat and tidy. Any questions or queries were answered fully without going into technical details so it was easy to understand. Everything was arranged via the internet but this did not cause any problems or issues. The system is working efficiently and am now pursuing the SEG to be reimbursed for surplus production. Overall very impressed.

From first contact eco-cute were professional and attentive to our needs. They provided lots of useful information upfront and were honest and trustworthy. Installation went without a hitch and the system as a whole looks and performs excellently. No hesitation in recommending.

I already had PV panels and a battery system - unfortunately the clowns that installed the battery system sold me a dud - a cobbled together piece of kit with separate inverter, charger, monitor and lead acid batteries. In the end I gave up trying to get it to work properly, and decided to bite the bullet and start over. Luckily I found Glyn at Eco-Cute, who was fantastically helpful giving me lots of good advice, and I ordered a Soltaro 5kWh all in one hybrid system. I was extremely frustrated that I'd set up the installation back in the middle of March, and promptly had to postpone due to the lockdown, especially given the fantastic amount of sunlight we had in April and May. But it was all installed safely last Monday (8/6/20) and was worth waiting for. The lads that fitted it were brilliant, and even removed all the old kit from my loft for me. The new system was up and running after about 5 hours, and works exactly as promised. Now that solar production, storage and usage are all integrated properly, and with an online or phone app, I can see that this last week I've used a very bare minimum of grid supplied power, and it's saving me money from day one. This kit looks fantastic, in a way its a shame it's up in my loft and not seen - the Soltaro kit looks like something from a space ship, it's sleek, efficient, quiet and just gets on with it. I am really very happy with the service and product and highly recommend Eco-Cute.

I had around 5 people quote me for solar panels, plus storage battery and ecoboost for the hot water. Some offered everything, some only panels and others panels and ecoboost. Glynn was great when discussing and explaining things. Such as why have a battery when you don't know how much you will generate and use over a 12 month period. We can always retrofit batteries. Ecocute were the easiest to talk too and made the most sense without the bull. A date was arranged for fitting and when the day came everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend Ecocute 100%

We’ve just had solar panels and battery system fitted by EcoCute after seeing them at a friends house. I just can’t recommend them enough, nothing is too much trouble for them in fact the hardest thing is trying to get off the phone when you speak to Glyn 😳😂😂. Honestly though, Glyn really does put customer satisfaction at the top of his list along with the rest of the team. Even the scaffolders were extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t thank them all enough for their professionalism and customer care well done to you all. The system looks awesome and all neatly installed.
