After finding these guys online and reading the reviews I made contact for a quote. My preference is to do things via email which Connor was happy to do, very quickly establishing my requirements and providing a quote. I found them to be very straightforward and transparent - no sales patter or pushy practices. I was delighted to find they did not need scaffold for my install, something that meant not only less cost but lots less inconvenience. The install was arranged for only a few weeks away and they actually installed earlier to avoid forecast high winds. The panels were installed whilst we were on holiday in a matter of hours and the engineer then came a few days later to install the Powerwall and Gateway etc - all went perfectly with a really neat job. The engineer did not stop and nothing was too much trouble, left everywhere tidy and handed everything over to me. It was all well managed from start to finish, no stress and no worry - everything went to plan. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Clear and concise emails, constant communication prior to the installation and always happy to answer your calls. They even arranged the scaffolding for me. Their price significantly undercut a competitor which my father in law had gone with, to the point I reinvested the savings into a larger capacity battery. On installation day, the electricians were first on the scene, busily working away. Very polite and hardworking. The roofers had not yet arrived. I needed to briefly leave my house for an hour and a half. I came back and the PV panels were up and the roofers packing up. I was astonished how quick the process was. The after sales care team were excellent. A year later I contacted them asking a question regarding my battery storage. Ecocute answered all my questions without hesitation. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about PV and battery storage.

Ecocute were amazing to deal with from the initial consultation through to the installation and commissioning, Connor was my direct contact and was always eager to help with all my questions, quote amendments, managing my whole project with advice and guidance to ensure the complete solution matched all my requirements. Installation day came around, the electrician and roofing specialist all arrived on the dot to the times given. My 14 panels were fitted before lunch, with the Tesla powerwall well underway, the whole system panels, invertor, powerwall, gateway and earthing rod all completed before 3:30. The work completed by both tradesmen was impeccable, neat and cleaned up any mess created, Cory the electrician went beyond to ensure all cabling was hidden or where this could not be achieved, perfectly installed conduit was used. I cannot fault any of the services given to me by Ecocute, and not only that they were also one of the cheapest quotes I received for Tesla and solar installations. Thank you Ecocute

What can I say about this company they are 100% the best out there . No fancy promises just good honest service from start to finish. Their price may not be the cheapest but when you are investing this sort of money you need to know that it’s the best . And I can honestly say that every thing they said they would do and supply they did . Conner in the office was my first contact and again nothing but praise for this man upfront and on the ball a credit to this company . The fitters were all excellent very tidy and cleaned up after they had finished not that that made that much mess . Overall would highly recommend this company to anyone that’s thinking getting solar look no further these guys are the best.

Finding Solar Installers online is very easy....there are so many companies offering services online and the search quickly becomes a minefield resulting in disappointing quotes and unseen and unrealistic costs. The reviews of Ecocute Ltd seemed a little too good to be true, but proved to be every bit as good as hoped for. The company know their business well and provided all the guidance and a competitive package to meet and exceed expectations. Choosing a Trusted Trader brings peace of mind if the reviews are real, honest and accurate and I was delighted to find that from initial consultation to completion of the installation, every aspect of the process did exactly that! The work was carried out in a thoroughly professional manner on the date they promised (despite inclement weather!) and to a high standard. Not knowing what to expect or even if you have chosen the right system for your budget or needs would be high on the customer's priority list if making an outlay which should provide a long term solution to one's energy needs and whether or not the system will be reliable and cost effective, but the package was budgeted and tailored to be precisely that. The workmanship & integrity of Ecocute have given me every confidence this was the best solution I could have chosen for my energy needs.

I’ve just had an installation done for a battery. The price I was quoted is the price I have just paid by credit card, no extras and they have not cut any corners. The reason I mention this is that I thought the price was too good to be true, I have got myself a bargain. The guys were here early, and gave me all the options straight away, and whilst I asked for a different fitting location they just got on with it! So, great price, early arrival and they cleaned up after they’d finished. I dealt with Connor in the office who was nice and friendly; he knew his stuff! I am an awkward customer, these guys were the absolute business, and had a fantastic work ethic. A company I now trust and will recommend to family and friends.

Having a bad experience with a different solar panel company it was a breath of fresh air dealing with ecocute. They wasn't pushy like other companies they where honest and recommended the right system for my usage. They delt with everything including scaffolding which wasn't costly. I'd say they offer a far price and the fitting team are fantastic and have done a neat great job. Both Robyn and Connor who delt with my enquiries and my order where amazing lovely customer service very helpful always available. I'd say over all probably the best solar installers within the UK I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We Have had a bad experience with a solar panel company. we did a Google search and found this company and what can I say this company stands out 100% The quality of work was outstanding. They came on time very reliable outstanding work would recommend to anyone.

After getting several quotations for solar panels, I decided to go with Ecocute as they were the most competitively priced and efficient on my initial dealings. The team arranged the scaffolding (again at a competitive price), turned up when they said they would and left a neatly fitted system. The whole process from start to finish has been efficient and smooth. A very approachable and easy company to work with.

What can i say, Fantastic service and Price, saw many companies, and prices where all £8000+ for 4 panel system although advertised cheeper, Ecocute fitted a 10 panel system in as little as 5 hrs, and I am up and running, very tidy installation, I would not recommend looking elswhere without speaking to them first, I am just a home owner in lincolnshire

Really happy with the install. The team came in early doors and did a fantastic job. They have years of experience. The battery wasn't the easiest to install due to space being a limiting factor, however the team of electricians did a very fine job and cleaned up after themselves. Honorable mention to Connor who provided amazing service, answered all queries and kept me informed post installation on how to work the App to get the best use of the Solar power and batteries. I stumbled upon this company by chance on the Which.co.uk website, it was rated the highest in terms of quality, service and workmanship it is evident why they are number 1. Friendly, professional and efficient from beginning to end. From the initial enquiry to completion was only a matter of weeks, the install only took a day, worked first time with no issues, despite the inclement weather. I originally contacted Ecocute to install batteries to our existing solar system and have just had them back to install more panels/batteries. The service we have had from them has been exceptional, Connor has always answered any questions/queries (and I had a few!), even with the panels that were fitted by another company. The fitters have done an excellent job installing the panels, they were tidy, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company as they go above and beyond and do a great job.

After requesting a quotation, the company were very professional & efficient to explain all you need to know about PV Systems. Very reasonably priced. We decided to go ahead with the installation without any pushy salesman. All went as planned and the electrician's and roofer were personable, knowledgeable, clean & tidy. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with two jobs by this company. Efficient but most of all excellent follow up work when I had a problem with an EV charger. After service is the key and many companies fail on this but not Ecocute.

My job role is in Technical & Quality. I always look for brands/retailers that sell a product and associated service (customer service) that are value for money for quality and then deliver them above expectations. I know the brands that I go back to because they do this as part of their ethos - Ecocute is definitely on my list. They've done their homework (as expected) and offer the best quality for value for money for the long-term life of product with a wrap-around customer service to go with it. However, the team is more than happy to have any and every discussion to make sure you, as the customer, get what you need - my favourite questions always started with 'If you were in my shoes...'. We had our PV panels installed in February and our battery in May 2023. Discussions started much before this - in mid-2022. Ecocute had (and continues to have) the best communication and follow-up, recommendations / specifications, product review ratings and customer ratings but also the best prices compared to the two other quotes we received (from much bigger organisations/companies that were apparently not buying from rated manufacturing companies - but we only found this out on querying further as part of our assessments). We were updated on every stage, and nothing is too much trouble for the team even now after our purchase. A special mention: Connor - as the name and voice of Ecocute is excellent. Robyn comes close. Paul & Danny (roofers) were also impressive.

I have been shopping for solar for about about a year, Ecocute popped up on my radar with an excellent price and quick installation ( as I had scaffolding erected for another job on the house anyway) . At time of booking the office informed who was going to carry out my installation and times of arrival etc. The day of installation came and the they arrived bright and early, working on a very warm day they carried out a very neat installation and to my surprise we were producing electricity by lunchtime. while the installation was carried out I received an email giving me details of an account to enable me to view my solar output, all very effecient and very nice tradesmen. I had no hesitation in recommending the company to a friend on my road who was looking for solar.

The first part of my installation - a 10kWh battery - was installed in June, after numerous telephone conversations, and email messages with Connor - (who was very supportive, and knowledgeable), we chose Ecocute in preference to the other quotes we had recieved. The solar PV - a 3.2kW array - has also now been fully installed, by Corey and Liam, who arrived 8am 07-08-23, and the work, which is of a very high standard was all completed and handed over by 3pm. The reason for the gap between the two parts of the installation was nothing to do with Ecocute, the work had to wait until work needed on my roof was completed. The system works very well, and the App is very user friendly, fully explained by Corey - I easily monitored my system while on holiday in Greece, and adjusted the charge duration and time for the battery to benefit from the Agile Octopus tariff. The final piece of the jigsaw was also made much easier by Ecocute, Robyn made the application to my DNO on my behalf, I got the confirmation from the DNO on 15-08-23 many thanks to Robyn. I applied to Octopus for my SEG on 18-08-23. I got confirmation of my export tariff on 30-08-23. I am very happy with my system, which is working very well Overall I am very pleased with the work and support I have had from Ecocute and am a very happy customer and would highly recommend them.

Ecocute fitted our solar panels and storage battery (and everything else that this entails!) today. They have been fantastic. The whole team from start to finish have been knowledgeable and friendly. Explaining everything as they went along. Their customer service is excellent and I am confident that they are just a phone call away if we need them. Wonderful company, would 100% recommend.

As soon as Ecocute offered to fit the mains/solar battery isolation switch that enabled us to use the energy stored in the battery if we experience a power cut, it was a "no brainier". Booked it last week and fitted yesterday. Very neat and tidy job once again from Ecocute and delighted with the workmanship and quality of the gear used. The electrician is meticulous and this should give confidence to anyone looking for solar. Since having solar fitted last year we have already saved just under £1k in electricity costs thanks to ecocute.

We had an amazing experience working with Ecocute on the installation of our solar panel and battery storage system. Getting a quote from them was so easy, I did not even need to leave my desk. I inquired online and had a phone call from them within the hour to discuss the installation. They were able to give me details of the installation remotely and even came up with better solutions than companies that had come to quote us in person. I had done a little bit of shopping around before I got in touch with Ecocute and they came in with by far the best price. From getting the initial quote to the installation day was only three weeks and that was me delaying the installation, they could have come sooner if we had been able to. On the day of installation the team were done in around 4 hours, they turned up on time and were very easy to work with on the day. They also sorted all the paperwork out and even set us up on the AlphaESS app so that we can easily monitor PV levels and use the panels as effectively as possible. Anyone who is thinking about solar and storage should definitely have Ecocute as a first port of call, we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Getting a quote, booking in for the installation itself and the level of support and service in the run up to the fit-out was amazing. Timely comms, professional handling of questions, friendly service, and always able to talk to the same set of people rather than being passed around a call centre. The installation took less than a day, 8am to 3pm including the panels, the battery and all the electrical work (which was non-trivial given the placement of the circuit breakers in the house). Follow-up support, getting the right documentation for the setup etc... has also been good - proactive updates from ecocute with clearly set expectations. Really very happy with every aspect of this work.

My experience of Ecocute from the initial query has been very good. I spoke with Connor, who was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He gave clear information and was helpful even making suggestions which would give us a cheaper option than my initial thoughts. I got a number of quotes including one from Ecocute, and chose to use Ecocute. I have selected a 10kWh Battery, which would be installed first and at a later date - when I have had my roof renewed - a 3.2kWh solar PV array installed on my roof. I have had a number of email and telephone conversations following the first contact, and all of my questions have been answered respectfully and clearly. Allowing me to make an informed choice of what will be the best system for me. The battery was installed yesterday by Corey, who arrived early, and was very professional throughout the install. Discussing with us where best to locate the Battery. The job - which is of a high standard - was completed by 1pm, including Corey handing over the installation and showing us how to use the App. I look forward to tge installation of my Solar PV system. And would highly recommend Ecocute.

I’ve had a list of energy saving ideas to do prior to retirement. Looking for the best traders and craftsmen, I joined Which. Through them, I found Ecocute. Every aspect of dealing with them his been easy, informative, and utterly reliable. Their estimate was the only one I asked for because for me, service and quality come before price. The installation of the panels was both quick and exceedingly net. I opted for their pigeon proofing so unlike many neighbours, my roof hasn’t become a nesting site. Once I saw the generating capacity of the panels, I wanted a battery. The same electrician fitted a 10 KWH battery, and since then, we’ve been self sufficient in electricity, and through heating water electrically, our gas bill has come down too. Ecocute kept every appointment, were courteous and helpful, and never tried to sell. They just helped us buy.

Entirely satisfied with first class service throughout. Same day response from online enquiry. All questions answered promptly, emails and phone calls to Connor answered same day, usually within the hour. They accommodated changes to installation dates more than once for us due to delays in our roof being re-tiled. Electricians arrived for prompt start, neat install making best use of a small space inside that we created rather than installing outside. Only small deposit required and balance paid by card on completion of install. All the staff at Ecocute, the electricians and solar panel fitters have been polite, friendly and professional.

Had solar panels and battery installed today. Job carried out well and efficiently by the Ecocute team who were a pleasure to have around. From first contacting Connor at Ecocute, to today’s installation, they have been an excellent company to do business with, very approachable and efficient. Price for the install was competitive and we now have free electricity powering the house and charging the battery! All in all, I can thoroughly recommend Ecocute to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

From initial contact to completion, Ecocute have been nothing short of fantastic! No hard selling, everyone i spoke to within the office had a wealth of information to help me get the right system and educated me to get the most out of my system. I was kept up to date through out the whole process, it amazed me how seamless and efficient the whole process was. The pricing was really competitive and the equipment used was high quality. The workmanship of the installers was second to non, they went out of there way to make everything really neat and tidy, they even got the hover out! I would not hesitate to recommend!

Although there was a long wait before new batteries came back into stock Ecocute honoured the original quoted price. When they received new stock they promptly contacted me to arrange fitting. As with the solar panels 2 years previously fitting was swift and efficient. I can now say 3 months into using battery storage it will prove to be a great investment. Phoned Connor on the off chance they had any alpha ESS batteries in stock, after my current supplier left me dangling for 3 to 4 months. He was confident and showed me photos of the batteries in stock in his Warehouse. Didn’t ask for any upfront money until the battery was installed, which was reassuring, everything he discussed was bang on time and installation went exactly how they said. Will not hesitate in recommending and look forward to my solar panels when the roof is changed.

I emailed Ecocute for a quote for panels on a single-storey roof and they responded same day. They took details and discussed, studied house from satellite image, and quoted later that day. I waited for a quote from another co. then accepted Ecocute's on 7 March. The solar panels were installed over two half days on 22 and 23 March. All the staff were true professionals: office, electrician and roofer. All docs and communications were clear and helpful. Installation staff were on time and work was to a high standard. On completion, user information was explained clearly. The solar monitoring app on my phone was displaying kWh's generated, etc. very soon after installation, and all the kit continues to work well. Amazingly short timescale from first contact to done and dusted, and virtually no stress for us. Well done Ecocute and many thanks to all your staff!

Eco-cute fitted a 12 panel solar PV system on the 20 February 2023 No hard sell. Straight forward advice. Solar Panals fitting booked with a small booking fee £195, rather than a hefty deposit asked by other solar firms. Fitting was completed in half a day. The team were friendly and courteous. The solar inverter was positioned where I asked near our boiler in the utility room. Over the last 3 weeks the system has performed very well. I would definitely recommend Eco-cute as a trustworthy professional Solar fitting company.

Eco-cute fitted a 14 panel PV system with battery. I spoke to 5 companies and was impressed by Eco-cutes helpfulness and the advice I was given. The survey was quick and reflected my needs just as described. The report I received was clear, comprehensive and helpful in making my decisions, it explained likely energy production, projected savings and payback date. On the day of the fitting the electrical engineer was on site early and at work straight away. He was polite, friendly and respectful. He explained what he would be doing and discussed appropriate siting for the invertor and battery. His work was neat, tidy and when he finished he explained the set up and organised the account for my app to track usage. I had an email from the office with all log on details before he left. The guys that fitted the panels were equally courteous and respectful. They got on with their work, were neat and tidy, removing any leftover wires and packaging, they left my garden as they had never been there. All the lads were very personable and professional. I did have a small issue with my upstairs lights not working that evening but again I can't fault them. Without debate, they sorted the wiring that had been loosened within 4 hours of my reporting it. I have been very impressed by Eco-cute, competent and professional. I'm already saving up for another battery and iboost for my hot water tank to be fitted by them. Thank you to the whole team for making this such an easy project to complete.

Ecocute installed our system 2 weeks ago and we are very pleased with it. Jack (electrician) and Liam (roofer) did a great job installing it in less than a day and apart from the roof panels everything is out of sight and the App is great for monitoring the output of the system. Ecocute was the best in delivering a professional quote and outshone the other quotes I struggled to get Ecocute where not pushy and gave good advice, especially about the Immersion heater booster which is saving us money every day and as advised we are living with the system for a while before deciding on a battery. So thank you Ecocute for a job well done.

Just had my PV system installed by Ecocute today! I’ve not experienced a service as good as this before. Right from the start for a quote, I had a great discussion with Connor, who took me through my options for the house with expected yield from a system. One thing I will say at this point, there was no pressure and no hard selling like other companies. The quote I received was extremely good value for money and I booked in my install! Everything has been installed to a very high standard and I couldn’t be happier with the install team, especially the roofers who grafted with my tricky roof tiles. They were conscientious to our home at all times. I’ve recommended Ecocute to many friends and colleagues and I highly recommend to the readers of this review, that Ecocute are the company to use for your solar needs! I will be back when I’ve saved up for battery storage!

I called Ecocute which was third on my list of companies to call that morning and got a swift response, I discussed with Connor what my requirements were and he came back with a quote the same day. The quote included all elements of the fitting position of the panels and prices for the panels, we decided to leave a battery option till a later date. The fitters came and fitted the system in three and a half hours, the panels and the electrical wiring together with the inverter are fitted to an exceptional standard, my wife and I are delighted with the work and the Solis app. Batley West Yorkshire.

We had a solar system fitted in Aug 21 which has delivered as promised and when you learn to live with the system the savings are brilliant at current prices So I took the plunge and phoned Connor and with his help and advice a battery system has been installed and is working from day 1 If you're dithering about solar because of the bad reviews talk to the ecocute team and get your bottom off the fence these folks know their stuff and are proper Yorkshire no fuss no hype just good old honesty a rare commodity these days.

We had been looking into getting solar panels for a while. We began researching it and the companies a few years ago. Ecocute were clearly the most competent, trustworthy and competitive company locally in West Yorkshire. When it came around to pushing the button on the installation the company were still the best locally. Communication has always been excellent and they have always been able to answer my questions well. There are no pushy sales tactics, just honest and detailed quotes and advice. Installation happened when it was meant to happen and was done within the day. The quality of installation is very high and all paperwork is taken care of by Ecocute. We now look forward to running most of our energy needs from the sun!

I don’t normally leave reviews unless the company deserve it and EcoCute do. There wasn’t a site visit so no pushy salesperson, which is what I experienced from a competitor. I wanted the best price from EcoCute and that’s what I got. I have no issues in recommending EcoCute, everything was straight forward and delivered and installed on the dates agreed. I now look forward to saving on my electric bill. Five stars from me.

My son recommended Exocute knowing I had spoken to several others and had given up. They did their homework, made their recommendations and my only concern was how competitive their price was compared to all the others. Being a pensioner I am cautious and decided to have fourteen panels installed without batteries even though my only available roof faces in the worst possible direction. The work was carried out and commissioned in one day. It took a couple of months to know I had done the right thing and I called and had two batteries installed. As per the original installation every thing was done professionally and efficiently. I am not regarded by my grandchildren as tech savvy and I refuse to have iPhones, iPads etc. but as a one time senior systems analyst I am always nonetheless curious. The set up available is easy to use and gives exactly the information you need. Even better is the fast friendly aftercare support - they are real experts in their field.

I am beyond happy and give top marks from quote / help with ordering to fitting. I have had solar panels and a battery system and love it. Connor who did the ordering with me and the electrician who fitted the system (sorry forgot his name ) was amazing. The electrician was super friendly and took the time to help and explain everything. He really made the process great and easy, he is a real credit. Love the system so much that I am now a mini sales rep and tell everyone about it.

Very impressive operation from quote to installation. Installation times were much longer than initially hoped due to current demand but I could not fault the process or quality of advice. Connor was knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient at the enquiry and ordering stage. Installation was incredibly efficient; Corey the electrician arrived at 7.40, and the roofers were about 11/2 hrs later; all done by lunchtime! Output immediately up to virtually maximum despite a bit of cloud around....neighbours are so impressed they have ordered panels too! Having done a fair amount of research and have received 4 quotes, I also believe that Ecocute offers quality products at a very competitive price.

Had my equipment installed while I was out of the country with my mother and my next-door neighbors handling the tea and queries. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you to all involved, my mother was delighted with the fitters and was full of compliments. On my return home I had a fully working installation with zero mess and apart from a fully operational system you wouldn't have known I had the equipment installed, they fitted, cleaned, and set up everything leaving my mother with a warm feeling inside that she had not only helped her son get something done while he was away but that it had been done without her needing to worry. The equipment has been fitted extremely well with all cables secured safely and incredibly tidy. Excellent from start to finish. No pushy salesmen or site visits needed. Accurate quote for exactly what I needed. No hidden extras or fuss. I explained what I wanted, quote provided, questions all answered quickly and then booked for install with minimal effort! Couldn't be better. Install was quick. The electrician took time to plan and check everything and made an exceptionally neat job of it all (solar + battery storage + EV charger) - very pleased with the result. The roofers were also brilliant and very quick. Everyone was polite and courteous. No mess left behind. Really couldn't have been better.

Contact with the office was easy and helpful. No pressure to buy but useful information for decision making. The actual work was completed to a high standard, on schedule with no mess. Very happy with the result - have used little or no grid power since installation and the apps are great for monitoring usage.

I contacted three companies but selected Ecocute because of their helpful response, good price and proximity to where I live. I did ask a lot of questions before I ordered the system but they were very patient and helpful. Their lead time was reasonable, they turned up on the day without any hassle. I was surprised how quickly and easily the panels were fitted leaving the electrician to finish off. I had fourteen panels installed and eight kwh of batteries plus a couple of extra bits (iboost and backup socket). The wiring for this took a while but was done very neatly and efficiently and the electrician put up with all my questions all day. Ecocute were also very efficient with the paperwork and are helping me sort out a long standing address problem with my meter reference. I have waited a month to do this report, just to see how the system settled down, it has worked fine from day one and I haven't needed to do anything at all. It can help to understand a bit about what is going on as you can squeeze extra benefit from it by making small adjustments to lifestyle. For example, we now put the dishwasher on in the morning not after our evening meal. It is too early to say how cost effective the system will be, I need to go through a full winter. However I have been impressed by the fact that I have used three hundred and fifty kwh of electricity in March but only around fifteen of these from the grid. So I think that despite the high cost of the batteries, I should get a good return on my investment.

Eco-cute were the best value of the three quotes I got for the installation of 3.3KW solar panels and a 2.9 KWH battery system. The team back at Wakefield were always available to answer questions I had up to the install date. For example, the house insurance company wanted to know that Eco-cute were MCS registered and that all materials used were to IEC standards. The installation took place over a couple of days at the agreed installation date. The installation team were very neat and tidy, and we quickly had a working system, that's met all our expectations so far. I'm considering expanding the battery system and would go back to Eco-cute first for that work

Ecocute carried out our PV & Battery installation, with top quality materials and brands. All the team we’re fantastic inc the office but worthy of a special mention are Conner & Corey, nothing was too much trouble everything was explained in detail with lots of support and documentation. We obviously had lots of questions these were dealt with speedily and efficiently too. The installation team were polite, prompt and respectful of our property, pets and gardens. The installation is already saving us money right from the switch on, which of course is so important to us with the cost of electricity right now, but more so with the pice caps being removed and the prices rising even further! Do your own homework the payback will be much quicker than you expected in the past with the cost of energy rising so fast, if you’re on the fence to invest in PV now is the right time! The system integrates beautifully with our needs, with an App for remote monitoring and settings adjustments along with facts and figures of Generation and savings. In these times PV with or without batteries is a true investment even more so a must if you own an electric vehicle. Had a solar panel and storage installed by this company. the installation was done efficiently even allowing for delays caused by storms. seems to work efficiently. It is expensive but there was no hard sell and the advice received appeared to be knowledgeable and sensible.

I’d read online reviews about Ecocute, especially that they were very knowledgeable, not pushy and provided a great installation service. Those reviews were entirely spot on - they were always willing to answer any questions and the panels and battery etc were easily installed inside 2 days even though not straightforward. I’d highly recommend them.

Ecocute recently installed an Alpha ESS battery to soak up my excess power generating . Connor, as always was excellent in going through the benefits and costs. I was nervous about spending the money, but he always has time to listen. I even requested an extra battery three days before install and they went out of their way to get this. Corey the electrician was excellent on the day, installing where requested with no issues. All my usernames were provided promptly and I was able to install the app with no issues. I know they are monitoring it as they noticed a few changes I made. There are a lot of rogues in the Solar Trade and Ecocute is not one of them. They don't run away and answer the phone.

From start to finish I had a very friendly and efficient experience with this company. I previously contacted another company for a quote and they messed me around for 30 days and I never got my quote. I contacted Ecocute and within 2 days I had recieved a quote and agreed on a price. Every time I queried something I was very happy with the way they handled things. I would 100% recommend this company.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the service from Ecocute - and, although it's early days, the hardware seems tip top and the amount of electricity generated so far has exceeded expectations. We had solar panels fitted over 10 years ago at a previous property. With our previous installation the fitting of the panels was preceeded by a two hour visit from a company rep / estimator - so I was initially a little shocked that a quote and survey could be done remotely - however sophisticated the technology and software involved. But the service and installation has been seemless and everything has unfolded like clockwork. Connor and Corey have both been exceptionally helpful and kept me informed at every step - and answered all my questions. I have never dealt with a company who seemed to be constantly and quickly available to respond to any query - whether by phone or email. I would whole heartedly recommend them - indeed my daughter is also having an installation and my hairdresser is going to be contacting them soon!

I would highly recommend Eco-cute, from the beginning to the installation they have been first class. I researched lots of companies and Eco-cute stood out, all of there accreditation checked out and with the Which trader recommendation that sealed the deal. My initial phone call to Conner at Eco-cute put me at ease as it was clear they understood what they were doing, we talked through my options and Conner went away and produced me a proposal. The installation went as planned the electrician (Corey) and the roofers were very helpful and cleared away after themselves. Corey was excellent at explaining what he had installed and why and his workmanship was spot-on, couldn't of asked for more. Conner kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was going as planned. I am really happy with the panels and would recommend this company to anyone.

I can highly recommend Ecocute if you are considering a solar panel installation. I chose them based on some very good reviews, and wasn't disappointed. The first conversations with Connor were polite and easy to understand, and he sent a very comprehensive quotation and set of projections through. I chose the system they recommended, and the install was booked for 2 months time. On the day of the install everything went extremely smoothly, and the system was up and running by the end of the day. Since then it has operated in the background with no issues - very rare in my experience that anything using technology works first time, but this did, and in the week since install has actually been delivering marginally more than the projections! Corey the electrician was excellent, clearly knows what he is talking about, was polite and courteous and did a very neat job. He's a really good ambassador for your company. The two roofers were equally good (sorry didn't catch their names) and similarly have done a very neat job. So all in all I would definitely recommend - a very easy transaction with pleasant and knowledgeable people, and a product that does exactly what it says.

Glad we decided on this company who did a brilliant job from start to finish. Knew little about Solar but Connor in the office was terrific in guiding us through the whole process. Lovely installation team - Corey, the electrician, did a brilliant job very efficient and informative and helpful as were the two fitters too. The sun shone throughout, a lucky bonus! The panels look great and thrilling to watch on the App. our battery charging up plus! Having recently observed some local activity on some solar panels near us from nesting feral pigeons and reading the damage they can do ! have been back again to Connor who has advised the installation of Pigeon proofing stainless steel mesh, black PVC coated, to match our black panels. We had a quote for solar from another company for 5k then they sent a salesman round and then up the price to 17k. This put us off getting solar, until we came across eco-cute. We had 3 quotes for installing Solar Panels, we decided on Ecocute as they explained everything about the installation, telling us how long it would take and what we could expect from Solar. No negatives to report only positives. Panels arrived and were installed on our roof one morning and the electrician connected everything and was finished by mid-afternoon. I was wanting to get solar panels fitted to help reduce bills and charge my EV. Ecocute were recommended by other users of an EV group on Facebook, so I contacted them. They were great, no pressure, explained everything, and the estimates for usage and generation they emailed me were thorough but easy to understand. The workmen were polite, efficient and got the job done within a day. We had solar panels, inverter and the appropriate electrical work done. The process was simple and Connor, our contact, couldn't have been more helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for solar panels.

After the installation, I noticed that a coil of Earth wire (circa £30) was missing from my loft. I spoke to the employee asking if he might have taken it by mistake which he denied. Ecocute have twice said that they will replace the coil. During the installation the worker pointed out that neither the gas meter or the central heating pipes were earthed so he would not be able to "sign it off". My meters had been replaced recently, the earth wire was there dangling but not attached so a 5 minute job. Research revealed that because the gas pipes were not "extraneous conductors" , earthing wasn't necessary, later agreed by the worker. Also concerned that the clips holding the panels are displacing the roof tiles (by quite a gap) Ecocute say this is normal. Several roofers have since confirmed my fears and say that the brackets are too larege. One roofer spotted a tile broken during installation. I felt it my duty to inform Ecocute of my experiences but they didn't take them seriously. I have to say that I don't think the worker was touting for unnecessary work or that he stole the coil. Ecocutes response was to threaten to "de -install" my system. The system also came with "Rowan Rewards. Rowan Energy pay 10p per KWH for 5 (10) years. This was ok for about 3 months but then it stopped paying. I suspect this is a scam, it all sounds too good to be true, something to do with selling energy certificates tied in with cryptocurrency.

From the moment I contacted Ecocute, the level of service, and the friendly helpful and professional staff, have been fantastic. Even now, when the installation has been completed and paid for, the staff are more than happy to answer every question I have - even about related subjects such as crypto-mining, where they have given me invaluable advice and guidance. The installation team were also excellent and did a very tidy, quality and professional job. They too were more than happy to help me with any questions I had about the installed equipment, and the related app used for monitoring the electricity generation, for example. Although this is not the only consideration, it's still important to mention that the price of the system and its installation cannot be matched anywhere, and it's not even close. I would highly recommend this company in every way, to anybody considering having solar panels installed - in fact, I already have.

Contacted Ecocute for our solar panels and had nothing but excellent service and support from start to finish. After talking to them and placing an order it seemed that the installation would not be able to go ahead due to the property access and not being able to have scaffolding. After speaking to them they were able to offer an alternative installation method, which was cheaper, and an alternative date was set. The team arrived on site and were all highly professional. The panels were expertly installed in the morning, whilst the electrician commenced the work for the battery system. The whole installation took 2 days in total and looks great. The whole system is connected to my internet so I can control and monitor the system from anywhere. I can already see the savings and have ordered extra batteries.

We requested quotations from three companies and ultimately selected Ecocute to install solar panels, inverter and battery for our home. From the first conversation with the office to the very end, each member of the team was professional, courteous and efficient. I'm not normally one for writing glowing reviews, but I have to say that the service from Connor, Glynn, Corey and the whole team has just been exceptional. I spoke to and had quotes from a few companies, asked to see some of their installations and was generally suspicious. I had tried to find a company local to me in Wirral and they did not seem to exist. When I spoke to EcoCute, I had a quote within an hour or two, they showed me how they would look on my house, explained the technical aspects of the installation and sent me loads of example pictures of their work. I did have one quote from someone cheaper, but their work was hideous. 'As the crow flies' wiring that I would have been embarrassed to have done myself. Install was all quick and efficient, the team on site were determined to do a brilliant job and keep us in the loop about what was happening, and best of all, today I'm going to hit 30kW generated. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been looking to install solar for sometime and I found Eco-cute on Facebook. I would highly recommend them. There were no Pushy salesmen and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable both. The cost was very reasonable and on the install day Scott and Cory arrived first thing and were very quick and thorough with their install. The installation was very neat and I am very pleased with the install. Within the hour that it was completed I received logins for the cloud based services which were the Solis Inverter and Rowan Smartminer. Extremely pleased with the work Ecocute had carried out, arrived between the times they said they would, started immediately, completed the work at the time they claimed it would be complete too! No messing about! Ecoute handled all the admin too so there was very little for me to do other than open the door!

Having never had them before they are a bit of a black art to us. We have endured a high pitched noise for the last couple of weeks . I tried to contact the engineer that installed the panels but he has gone out of business. I was then led to your website via google and I am so glad i called you. Within 2 hours the issue has been fixed. After speaking to a lady on the phone then speaking to technical, he walked me through resetting the alarm that had been causing the noise. Found this company on the web back in 2020 . They had a offer on for solar and battery storage, spoke to Connor about the deal and he explained that i did not need a battery because we are running a hot tub and that would use our surplus energy. I enthusiastically recommend Ecocute. The price was miles better than other quotes we had and when the panel installer came he spotted a cracked roof tile before starting and swapped it with some spares I’d left out. Ecocute clearly have a lot of technical knowledge & experience and are willing to talk with you to explain the reasons for various different options without any hard sell. I come from an engineering background but I knew little about solar and was sceptical. Some other firms we contacted had salesmen but could not really answer some of my questions. 18 months later and it's still working great, I’ve looked at other installations since and I would say that ours is well specified and done to a high standard. I never really do online reviews but they took the time to talk me through some queries I had recently and so I think they deserve a special mention. Very happy.

Had solar panel package installed with iboost for hot water tank after a few quotes and discussions with companies. This was by far the best price and any queries were answered either by phone or email quickly and clearly. No pressure at any point so I went ahead and all work was carried out and completed within the time period specified - arrived not long after 8am and all work completed and cleaned up by midday. We contacted Ecocute after recommendation from a friend. They lived up to expectations. They turned up on time, completed the work very quickly. The installers where helpful and tidy. Excellent no pressure advice from Conor pre-installation. He was happy to answer all questions, providing comprehensive information and all reassurances prior to installation. After contacting Ecocute they were professional and friendly when dealing with my questions. The solar system fitting went smoothly with very easy to deal with installers who were eager to answer any questions. They arrived promptly and the standard of work was first rate.

We purchased a battery back up system from Glyn the previous year and after a few small niggles ( mainly software issues) that Glyn jumpt on straight away. We already had solar panels fitted and this was jewel in the crown. Works brilliantly and saves us money. Unfortunately our panel inverter stopped working and the company that fitted them had gone bust. I turned to Glyn, he again was brilliant got one of his engineers out within s few days replaced the fault inverter at a very reasonable cost and got us up and running again. This guy is brilliant. He won't be pushey and try to sell you something you don't need ,his help and advice are second to non. I have just had to ask his advice as our energy supplier wishes to fit a smart meter. Again nothing is too much trouble and told me about a couple of pitfalls but more importantly gave me his engineers no so when the guy comes to fit the meter he is aware how to fit the meter and how to restart my system. Brilliant service cant recommend Ecocute and Glyn enough .

I've wanted to install Solar for about a decade, but the cost has previously been prohibitive. So I left that project on the shelf for some time. So imagine my amazement when I came across Ecocute and discovered that I could now buy a full solar system (over two roofs) and have battery storage for about 50% of the cost of just solar panels some years ago! So I contacted Ecocute and started a conversation with Connor and Glyn. There was absolutely no sales pressure and Connor simply provided me with a number of costed options (they didn't even have to visit my home, they worked successfully from images on Google maps). I chose an option and booked in an installation date. Installation was carried out successfully and quickly in less than a day by a very competent team of skilled guys. They were friendly and very efficient. By mid afternoon, I was left with a fully working solar system with battery backup and a very big smile on my face. I'm chuffed to bits to say the least, and would freely recommend this company to anyone I speak to.

I moved to my current bungalow in Warwickshire in Feb 2020. On the top of my list of things to do was, have Solar Panels fitted. In my previous property, I had Solar Panels fitted in 2012 and in 8 years I became a convert to this type of energy. Having referred to "Which?" Solar PV installations checklist, I went onto the internet and found Eco-cute recommended by "Which?" (I did investigate others) Eco-cute were advertising 'Special offers' so I filled in their form for information and was contacted initially by Connor and then Glyn. There was no hard 'sell', lots of information, advice and my questions answered. In brief, after telephone conversations, emails etc. I decided to purchase the Combined Solar PV plus Battery Hybrid System. This should give me access to the Smart Export Guarantee which replaces the Feed-in Tariff (FIT) The Solar Panels Fitter, Scott, and the Electricians Corey and Joe were excellent timekeepers and cleared up when the work was completed. They were courteous,helpful and trustworthy. The system was up and running from the 13 July 2020 However, after about a week I contacted Glyn as I felt there was an issue which needed attention. This was dealt with immediately and Adrian came to replace the Battery and now the System is fully operational. The System is located in my garage making it easy for me to monitor. Eco-cute's after-sales service guaranteed is efficient and reassuring. Help is offered 24/7 online or by telephone.

Would highly recommend this company. Glyn is very down to earth, knowledgeable and doesn't give any hard sales talk. The fitters turned up exactly on time and were very efficient. The whole job was finished within the time frame given. Everything was left neat and tidy. Any questions or queries were answered fully without going into technical details so it was easy to understand. Everything was arranged via the internet but this did not cause any problems or issues. The system is working efficiently and am now pursuing the SEG to be reimbursed for surplus production. Overall very impressed.

From first contact eco-cute were professional and attentive to our needs. They provided lots of useful information upfront and were honest and trustworthy. Installation went without a hitch and the system as a whole looks and performs excellently. No hesitation in recommending.

I already had PV panels and a battery system - unfortunately the clowns that installed the battery system sold me a dud - a cobbled together piece of kit with separate inverter, charger, monitor and lead acid batteries. In the end I gave up trying to get it to work properly, and decided to bite the bullet and start over. Luckily I found Glyn at Eco-Cute, who was fantastically helpful giving me lots of good advice, and I ordered a Soltaro 5kWh all in one hybrid system. I was extremely frustrated that I'd set up the installation back in the middle of March, and promptly had to postpone due to the lockdown, especially given the fantastic amount of sunlight we had in April and May. But it was all installed safely last Monday (8/6/20) and was worth waiting for. The lads that fitted it were brilliant, and even removed all the old kit from my loft for me. The new system was up and running after about 5 hours, and works exactly as promised. Now that solar production, storage and usage are all integrated properly, and with an online or phone app, I can see that this last week I've used a very bare minimum of grid supplied power, and it's saving me money from day one. This kit looks fantastic, in a way its a shame it's up in my loft and not seen - the Soltaro kit looks like something from a space ship, it's sleek, efficient, quiet and just gets on with it. I am really very happy with the service and product and highly recommend Eco-Cute.

I had around 5 people quote me for solar panels, plus storage battery and ecoboost for the hot water. Some offered everything, some only panels and others panels and ecoboost. Glynn was great when discussing and explaining things. Such as why have a battery when you don't know how much you will generate and use over a 12 month period. We can always retrofit batteries. Ecocute were the easiest to talk too and made the most sense without the bull. A date was arranged for fitting and when the day came everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend Ecocute 100%

We’ve just had solar panels and battery system fitted by EcoCute after seeing them at a friends house. I just can’t recommend them enough, nothing is too much trouble for them in fact the hardest thing is trying to get off the phone when you speak to Glyn 😳😂😂. Honestly though, Glyn really does put customer satisfaction at the top of his list along with the rest of the team. Even the scaffolders were extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t thank them all enough for their professionalism and customer care well done to you all. The system looks awesome and all neatly installed.

After hunting around and being let down time and again by others I found this company. They turned up when they said, they did what they said, charged less than they said, yea a little less than estimated.. completed on time, under budget. Very clean and tidy with excellent communications throughout.

I was looking to update my solar system that was installed on 8th July 2010 by a company that is no longer in business. I have received many calls from other companies, telling me I need various items due to changes in regulation. Ecocute have no sales people, or people called surveyors who are really sales people. They guided me through without trying to sell - even saying when you do not need something even if they sell it. Work was completed in under an hour and a half and arrived on the dot of the time they advised in a telephone call. It even cost less than I expected. I had my old inverter replaced and a solar boost added to my immersion heated cylinder.

Very pleased with the work done and the price, it was easy to talk on the phone no hard sell just friendly help,the system is working well and I would recommend this firm to anyone, I get the feeling any problems they would sort out

We used Ecocute to install solar panels on our roof and a battery storage system in our loft. They arrived to the minute as promised; the guys were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything they were going to do, then did it very efficiently. We're absolutely delighted with the quality of the work, the equipment and the way it's performing so far - and confident that if we do ever get any problems, they'll sort it for us. We also took advantage of one of their regular special offers and think it's amazingly good value. Can't fault anything they did for us - only thing to bear in mind is that (being a small company) they need paying on the day to help their cash-flow/keep prices down - just an observation rather than a complaint. We've already started recommending them to friends!

I was notified in advance in regards to their arrival and the specifications of the job that would take place. The price for the installation was very fair and I will definitely be using them going forward if I were to need further work carryinging out. The Inverter in our Solar Panel system started to make a fast clicking sound on Monday. I contacted Ecocute late afternoon and explained the problem. An Engineer was at our property at 09.45 the next day. The system was inspected, tested and the faulty component replaced by 12.00 that day. I was really impressed by Ecocute in that they responded very quickly to my situation and had spares available to carry out the repair immediately. The paper work was emailed to me the same day along with warranties and receipts.

Very helpful, efficient, got a faulty system up and running. Can't fault the company, staff were very helpful, explained the various processes that they needed to go through in order to determine the fault, did the necessary work quickly, with a minimum of fuss. Will definitely utilise this company in the future if needed, and am considering upgrading to a system with a battery in the future. Again, have to say that the staff were excellent.

What a pleasure it was to deal with this company from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and their level of professionalism was second to none. I was looking for a local company to reinstall four panels that we had to remove when building an extension to our bungalow. Having done some searching on the internet and reading reviews of various companies I opted to drop Ecocute an email. Within minutes Glyn came back to me with a quote & suggestions on the best position of the panels to obtain maximum efficiency and visually pleasing to the eye. I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to family and friends.

We have had a problem with our PV system tripping a breaker in our consumer unit for some time - several 'experts' I have spoken to tried to tell me it was our inverter at fault and we needed a new one (at great cost). It transpires that when we replaced out consumer unit 18 months ago it was incorrectly wired. Cory soon identified the problem and quickly rewired the system correctly. We are now generating electricity normally once again not missing out the hot days when the system used to trip out. I can't fault the way this job was carried out and would definitely recommend this company working in an industry where there are so many cowboys.

I called Glyn and the team with a request for help/repair of my solar panel inverter. Sadly the prognosis was not good and looked like being expensive. Just as I was about to throw in the towel and look forward to having a four figure sum reduced from my bank balance, Glyn suggested he (yes he) calls the manufacturer to check if there is an extended warranty. This was done without hesitation and clearly at Glyn's cost. This is what customer service is all about. Above and beyond the call of duty!!!! Fortunately the unit had an extended warranty so all good for me. I do not know what Ecocute Ltd work is like, as in the end I didn't need to employ them. What I can say is that if the work is half as good as the service then you will have no issues.

EcoCute recently completed our third family installation since September 2017. My neighbour recently used them too, for their Solar Panels. The whole team reply to any questions promptly & had to help me with the Utility provider form. What I liked, is that I asked for a quote & I got a clear no nonsense reply. No mysterious hard sell. I also can’t recommend Corey (electrical installation dpt) he never stopped & is so neat & tidy.

Having had many hard push sales people from other suppliers, I can honestly say that the service from quote to order and installation was a great experience. The electrician and fitters did a fabulous job very neat and tidy and I’m now getting great value on the energy being generated. We are planning for a battery to be fitted later in the year, but for now it’s been great the app keeps you well informed and makes you think more wisely on how you use the power you are getting for free. A 12 panel system all in under £4K was fantastic value. The after sales is superb everyone was a delight to know. Best purchasing experience in a very long time!

I found Ecocute purely on price, they beat their competitors by miles. At first I was weary with the saying "too good to be true" ringing in my head but after more research and looking at their credentials (MCS approved etc.) I went for it - and I'm so glad I did! Initially a remote survey was done which again I was weary of when others needed to come out to quote. I was worried this would lead to unforeseen obstacles on the day, but everything was planned out well over the phone and it all went exactly how they said it would on the day. The team arrived bright and early and the roofers had the panels up by mid-day (I had 14 panels installed). The electrician was brilliant, and his work was so neat and tidy. Such a professional looking install and I was generating electricity by 2pm (as suggested on the remote survey!). All I can say is these guys know what they are doing. The ladies in the office were always helpful and so friendly. They even went the extra mile and completed all my paperwork for me to ensure my application for the FIT tariff was submitted in time (I only had 3 days to get this in after install day before the scheme closed!) Checking in on the performance with the remote monitoring is so addictive and it's nice to know I'm generating and using my own electricity purely from the sun. After a month my electricity usage has literally halved! Thanks so much Ecocute I'll definitely be back when I can afford to add a battery!

Eco Cute were excellent. They were very competitively priced versus other suppliers. The staff were very helpful throughout the enquiry and ordering stage. On the installation date the team were brilliant. The electrician had to get an extra part and that was done at no additional cost. The roof installation team were also excellent and the entire installation was completed by mid afternoon. The panels were very good quality, the app works effectively and I am very happy with the service, installation and product. I would highly recommend Eco Cute as they were by far the most cost effective supplier I found and were also brilliant at installing the panels and associated equipment.

When dealing with the red tape requirements, that we all need to meet, they explained the why's and wherefores so I could provide the necessary documentation. Once we had agreed an installation date, engineers arrived on time, were polite and knew what they were doing, when they had finished they explained the whole system so I was aware how it all worked. Everyone I dealt with in this company were very helpful. I had two main people to talk to before the solar panels were fitted and found both very good at answering my queries. The fitting of the panels was good and the fitter was very pleasant and helpful. I then had excellent support with the paperwork to ensure I received the tariff payment. I can’t find any criticism to make because everyone was helpful and the work carried out as planned.

Well what a pleasurable experience to deal with this company. Firstly they were several thousand pounds cheaper than my nearest quote and I had a few. I had to re arrange the original date due to my builders not having completed the patio. I phoned them the evening before to re arrange and they couldn't have been more helpful. So today they turned up fitted the solar panels and by two pm I was generating electricity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and they fully deserve the five star rating I have given them.

Having found myself with a solar inverter that didn't work and installed by a Company who are no longer trading, I was struggling to find a solution I eventually contacted Ecocute, and not only did they immediately identify the fault over the phone, they also arranged for a replacement inverter to be shipped from the manufacturer (under warranty). Installation was quick and efficient, by a couple of very personable lads, and the system is now up and running again. Having fallen foul of a 'cowboy' company who, not only failed to identify and fix the fault on our system, but had sold us an unnecessary inverter; I would like to give the Ecocute team a big 'thank You' for sorting us out. It wasn't an easy fault to fix as it lay with the optimisers on the roof panels but Glyn and his team got there and we are now generating again after a 4 month break. I know who I shall go to if I ever have problems again. My next job now is to try to recover a significant mount of money from the original company who messed us about.
