I don’t normally leave reviews unless the company deserve it and EcoCute do. There wasn’t a site visit so no pushy salesperson, which is what I experienced from a competitor. I wanted the best price from EcoCute and that’s what I got. I have no issues in recommending EcoCute, everything was straight forward and delivered and installed on the dates agreed. I now look forward to saving on my electric bill. Five stars from me.

Excellent 5 star service from start to finish. No pushy salesmen or site visits needed. Connor gave excellent advice and guidance to all my questions. Quote provided at a very good price with no hidden extras. Guys who came to fit panels were brilliant and done within a few hours. Corey, the electrician, took time to plan and check everything and made an exceptionally neat job of it all (solar + battery storage + EV charger). Everyone was polite, helpful, friendly and courteous. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.

My son recommended Exocute knowing I had spoken to several others and had given up. They did their homework, made their recommendations and my only concern was how competitive their price was compared to all the others. Being a pensioner I am cautious and decided to have fourteen panels installed without batteries even though my only available roof faces in the worst possible direction. The work was carried out and commissioned in one day. It took a couple of months to know I had done the right thing and I called and had two batteries installed. As per the original installation every thing was done professionally and efficiently. I am not regarded by my grandchildren as tech savvy and I refuse to have iPhones, iPads etc. but as a one time senior systems analyst I am always nonetheless curious. The set up available is easy to use and gives exactly the information you need. Even better is the fast friendly aftercare support - they are real experts in their field.

I am beyond happy and give top marks from quote / help with ordering to fitting. I have had solar panels and a battery system and love it. Connor who did the ordering with me and the electrician who fitted the system (sorry forgot his name ) was amazing. The electrician was super friendly and took the time to help and explain everything. He really made the process great and easy, he is a real credit. Love the system so much that I am now a mini sales rep and tell everyone about it.

Very impressive operation from quote to installation. Installation times were much longer than initially hoped due to current demand but I could not fault the process or quality of advice. Connor was knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient at the enquiry and ordering stage. Installation was incredibly efficient; Corey the electrician arrived at 7.40, and the roofers were about 11/2 hrs later; all done by lunchtime! Output immediately up to virtually maximum despite a bit of cloud around....neighbours are so impressed they have ordered panels too! Having done a fair amount of research and have received 4 quotes, I also believe that Ecocute offers quality products at a very competitive price.

Had my equipment installed while I was out of the country with my mother and my next-door neighbors handling the tea and queries. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you to all involved, my mother was delighted with the fitters and was full of compliments. On my return home I had a fully working installation with zero mess and apart from a fully operational system you wouldn't have known I had the equipment installed, they fitted, cleaned, and set up everything leaving my mother with a warm feeling inside that she had not only helped her son get something done while he was away but that it had been done without her needing to worry. The equipment has been fitted extremely well with all cables secured safely and incredibly tidy. Thank you to Connor, the roofers and Corey the electrician for your professionalism, understanding and workmanship, it has far exceeded my expectations.

Contact with the office was easy and helpful. No pressure to buy but useful information for decision making. The actual work was completed to a high standard, on schedule with no mess. Very happy with the result - have used little or no grid power since installation and the apps are great for monitoring usage.

I contacted three companies but selected Ecocute because of their helpful response, good price and proximity to where I live. I did ask a lot of questions before I ordered the system but they were very patient and helpful. Their lead time was reasonable, they turned up on the day without any hassle. I was surprised how quickly and easily the panels were fitted leaving the electrician to finish off. I had fourteen panels installed and eight kwh of batteries plus a couple of extra bits (iboost and backup socket). The wiring for this took a while but was done very neatly and efficiently and the electrician put up with all my questions all day. Ecocute were also very efficient with the paperwork and are helping me sort out a long standing address problem with my meter reference. I have waited a month to do this report, just to see how the system settled down, it has worked fine from day one and I haven't needed to do anything at all. It can help to understand a bit about what is going on as you can squeeze extra benefit from it by making small adjustments to lifestyle. For example, we now put the dishwasher on in the morning not after our evening meal. It is too early to say how cost effective the system will be, I need to go through a full winter. However I have been impressed by the fact that I have used three hundred and fifty kwh of electricity in March but only around fifteen of these from the grid. So I think that despite the high cost of the batteries, I should get a good return on my investment.

Twelve solar panels installed with a battery storage unit by Corey. He was friendly, professional and very pleasant to talk to. He completed the job with great efficiency and professionally, would definitely recommend.

Eco-cute were the best value of the three quotes I got for the installation of 3.3KW solar panels and a 2.9 KWH battery system. The team back at Wakefield were always available to answer questions I had up to the install date. For example, the house insurance company wanted to know that Eco-cute were MCS registered and that all materials used were to IEC standards. The installation took place over a couple of days at the agreed installation date. The installation team were very neat and tidy, and we quickly had a working system, that's met all our expectations so far. I'm considering expanding the battery system and would go back to Eco-cute first for that work

Ecocute carried out our PV & Battery installation, with top quality materials and brands. All the team we’re fantastic inc the office but worthy of a special mention are Conner & Corey, nothing was too much trouble everything was explained in detail with lots of support and documentation. We obviously had lots of questions these were dealt with speedily and efficiently too. The installation team were polite, prompt and respectful of our property, pets and gardens. The installation is already saving us money right from the switch on, which of course is so important to us with the cost of electricity right now, but more so with the pice caps being removed and the prices rising even further! Do your own homework the payback will be much quicker than you expected in the past with the cost of energy rising so fast, if you’re on the fence to invest in PV now is the right time! The system integrates beautifully with our needs, with an App for remote monitoring and settings adjustments along with facts and figures of Generation and savings. In these times PV with or without batteries is a true investment even more so a must if you own an electric vehicle. Ecocute get an all round 11/10 for the complete service from the remote survey to installation and on going support brilliant

Had a solar panel and storage installed by this company. the installation was done efficiently even allowing for delays caused by storms. seems to work efficiently. It is expensive but there was no hard sell and the advice received appeared to be knowledgeable and sensible.

I’d read online reviews about Ecocute, especially that they were very knowledgeable, not pushy and provided a great installation service. Those reviews were entirely spot on - they were always willing to answer any questions and the panels and battery etc were easily installed inside 2 days even though not straightforward. I’d highly recommend them.

Ecocute recently installed an Alpha ESS battery to soak up my excess power generating . Connor, as always was excellent in going through the benefits and costs. I was nervous about spending the money, but he always has time to listen. I even requested an extra battery three days before install and they went out of their way to get this. Corey the electrician was excellent on the day, installing where requested with no issues. All my usernames were provided promptly and I was able to install the app with no issues. I know they are monitoring it as they noticed a few changes I made. There are a lot of rogues in the Solar Trade and Ecocute is not one of them. They don't run away and answer the phone.

From start to finish I had a very friendly and efficient experience with this company. I previously contacted another company for a quote and they messed me around for 30 days and I never got my quote. I contacted Ecocute and within 2 days I had recieved a quote and agreed on a price. Every time I queried something I was very happy with the way they handled things. I would 100% recommend this company.

We have been absolutely thrilled with the service from Ecocute - and, although it's early days, the hardware seems tip top and the amount of electricity generated so far has exceeded expectations. We had solar panels fitted over 10 years ago at a previous property. With our previous installation the fitting of the panels was preceeded by a two hour visit from a company rep / estimator - so I was initially a little shocked that a quote and survey could be done remotely - however sophisticated the technology and software involved. But the service and installation has been seemless and everything has unfolded like clockwork. Connor and Corey have both been exceptionally helpful and kept me informed at every step - and answered all my questions. I have never dealt with a company who seemed to be constantly and quickly available to respond to any query - whether by phone or email. I would whole heartedly recommend them - indeed my daughter is also having an installation and my hairdresser is going to be contacting them soon!

I would highly recommend Eco-cute, from the beginning to the installation they have been first class. I researched lots of companies and Eco-cute stood out, all of there accreditation checked out and with the Which trader recommendation that sealed the deal. My initial phone call to Conner at Eco-cute put me at ease as it was clear they understood what they were doing, we talked through my options and Conner went away and produced me a proposal. The installation went as planned the electrician (Corey) and the roofers were very helpful and cleared away after themselves. Corey was excellent at explaining what he had installed and why and his workmanship was spot-on, couldn't of asked for more. Conner kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was going as planned. I am really happy with the panels and would recommend this company to anyone.

I was impressed from start to finish. Initial contact with Connor and then follow up through to installation day was great. His attitude and helpfulness was one of the reasons I chose Ecocute to undertake the work. Any questions I had were answered, I believe, honestly. The installation was carried out on the agreed date and the installation team were very professional with the system being up and running by the end of the installation day. Follow up communication and the provision of the necessary certificates for the installation was good. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I can highly recommend Ecocute if you are considering a solar panel installation. I chose them based on some very good reviews, and wasn't disappointed. The first conversations with Connor were polite and easy to understand, and he sent a very comprehensive quotation and set of projections through. I chose the system they recommended, and the install was booked for 2 months time. On the day of the install everything went extremely smoothly, and the system was up and running by the end of the day. Since then it has operated in the background with no issues - very rare in my experience that anything using technology works first time, but this did, and in the week since install has actually been delivering marginally more than the projections! Corey the electrician was excellent, clearly knows what he is talking about, was polite and courteous and did a very neat job. He's a really good ambassador for your company. The two roofers were equally good (sorry didn't catch their names) and similarly have done a very neat job. So all in all I would definitely recommend - a very easy transaction with pleasant and knowledgeable people, and a product that does exactly what it says.

Glad we decided on this company who did a brilliant job from start to finish. Knew little about Solar but Connor in the office was terrific in guiding us through the whole process. Lovely installation team - Corey, the electrician, did a brilliant job very efficient and informative and helpful as were the two fitters too. The sun shone throughout, a lucky bonus! The panels look great and thrilling to watch on the App. our battery charging up plus! Having recently observed some local activity on some solar panels near us from nesting feral pigeons and reading the damage they can do ! have been back again to Connor who has advised the installation of Pigeon proofing stainless steel mesh, black PVC coated, to match our black panels. The roofers will be back again this week and we are confident they will again do an excellent job. Well done and thank you to all at EcoCute.

We had a quote for solar from another company for 5k then they sent a salesman round and then up the price to 17k. This put us off getting solar, until we came across eco-cute. The no salesman is why we chose eco cute and after a quick call to them we had booked in our install. We couldn't of been happier with the whole process. Thankyou eco cute

Fantastic job. Efficient, friendly knowledgeable and a solar system that’s performing better than predicted. My father in law a retired electrician was very impressed with the work, and the customer service has been exemplary. I would happily recommend Connor and his team to anyone.
