Always make time for you, great at servicing the boiler, neat and tidy, even reminds you to provide the boiler booklet so he can fill it to ensure your warranty is intact. I needed to replace the bath in my property for a large walk-in shower which would fit the footprint of the bath. Ecoheat responded quickly to my request and we agreed a date for completion. From day one I found the team at Ecoheat friendly and helpful. When Paul and his son Dan came to start the work they were thoughtful and polite. They did a great job of removing the bath, altering pipework and cleaning up after themselves. On day 2 they fitted the shower tray. I provided the tiles required and the tiling was completed by Phil on day 3. Again, an excellent job was done. The screen was fitted on day 4 by Paul and Dan. The work was done to the agreed schedule and the price was very competitive. I cannot fault the standard of the work or the people at Ecoheat Northwest Ltd and would strongly recommend them to anyone requiring a great standard of work at a very fair price. I am ecstatic with my new walk-in shower.

Supply and fit external filling loop under boiler, replace section of leaking condensate under boiler, supply and install new kitchen sink mixer tap. Quote given before completion of work, and work carried out on the date agreed. No problems. Professional courteous service from initial office contact through to the gas engineer who completed the work. Will continue to use the company for future work.

Ecoheat NW was identified via Which Trusted Traders and when contacted the call was answered promptly and the service booking made. Price was agreed and a few days later the work( gas fire and boiler servicing) was completed to a better standard than previous engineers from other companies. The engineer was on time and tidied up. An invoice was then received via email and payment made. We were so impressed we asked Ecoheat NW to provide annual servicing in future and they have added us to their schedule.

I called Ecoheat Northwest Ltd who sent a Heating Engineer, Jed, out within 24 hours who fixed our radiator problem and small boiler leak. We were pleased with the job he did and found him to be professional, polite and courteous. Rare to find these days! Highly recommend this family run business.

I’ve been using Ecoheat for a few years now and have had a new smartphone system for my heating put in which has saved money and brought my heating under control, as well as my existing boilers, underfloor heating, radiators and gas fires serviced. Each and every member of staff I have met or spoken to has been courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. I had an emergency yesterday and we have been staying home for weeks now to protect a family member with asthma, so this was rather scary. Everyone has made it so easy, being mindful and respectful of our need to keep a distance. Thank you.

Had a boiler service. The work was carried out to a good standard. Jon was polite and courteous at all times and arrived in the allocated time slot.

Jon came out even though he had finished work for the day due to my worry. He removed my gas fire to gain access to the chimney, safely removed the pigeon and reconnected the fire. Jon was very professional, ensuring a safe, clean environment. I would highly recommend him.

My boiler stopped working and had an F75 error code, John came out and fixed the problem explaining about what he’s done & the part he’d replaced. Very knowledgeable & polite as always, offered to put on overshoes & left his work space clean & tidy. Excellent & highly recommended.
