I had 3 Prana ventilation systems installed in my basement flat. I have been really happy with the process of the installation from my first contact to completion. Communication was easy, and I felt they made a real effort to meet with me, view the property, and organise a date that was suitable for me. I live in Bristol and at no point did I feel like an inconvenience to them as they had to travel 3 hours for the job. During the day they worked endlessly, everything went smoothly and they kept me updated with the progress. They were respectful of my property, and made sure I was comfortable with how to use and maintain the vents. It has been an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend them.
