I chose EcoWarm Windows as they are a local firm and heard lots of good things about them when looking at reviews other customers have left and also seeing some examples of their work near where I live. Replaced 7 windows and provided and fitted a new front door. Work was done as agreed, I was kept updated with the progress, e.g. providing quotation, planning the time to start to work. All the workman were professional and friendly and ensured tidied up as they went. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you wonder why Ecowarm Windows receive 5* reviews then look no further. The answer is, they do 5* work! I Had 5 windows replaced at the first-floor level, the team arrived at the agreed time and the installation took 2 days, as expected. The work is to a very high standard and care was taken to put sheets down through the house, and afterwards, the house was vacuumed to clean up thoroughly. The windows are an excellent product, well finished and I would thoroughly recommend Zac, John and Kris at Ecowarm, to anyone wanting replacement windows. The 10yr insurance backed Guarantee and Building Regulations paperwork came through a few days after work completion. Thanks to you all, a great job.

Wanted a brand new window to be installed in the bathroom and to also have glass replaced in other windows that had blown. This was done without any fuss and kept clean and tidy whilst working. All gaskets were replaced too and if he wasn?t happy with his work he did it again, very professional. I also had a lock on a window in the back room that didn?t work, he fixed this free of charge. Highly recommend for quality of service, quote received and overall pleasantness.

He replaced our front door and side window. Absolutely no complaints, from the moment we first met Zak from the first quotation, so professional. He worked on suggestions, so helpful, lots of time and examples given. Didn't feel rushed, wanted to make sure that it was exactly what we wished, perfect. Faultless - set expectations from the start, even from the supplier. Kept us updated by text and call, took everything away. Stuck to the quote, competitive, wasn't less than first class. Without hesitation would recommend. Nothing to do with Zak, but had an issue with the product, but had great after service as he took the time and trouble to get sort with supplier, keep us up to date during that at no extra cost
