Found Eddie via Which Trusted Trader. We had an excellent experience with Eddie and his entire team. Eddie helped us design two replacement bathrooms, providing diagrams and talking us through the options. The installation itself was absolutely first class. Every day, the boys arrived promptly, cleaned up in the evening, did immaculate work, and kept us informed of progress. They even worked on Saturday (if convenient for us) to keep things on track. Not the cheapest quote but the cost was fair and more than reasonable given the quality of the result. Highly recommended.

We have used Eddie and his team for the past 3 years for our works on site. As a very busy Chemical Manufacturers we require reliability and flexibility as well as a high standard of work. Eddie is very responsive and the quality of work and conduct of his staff are excellent and they accommodate our programme of works to a very high standard.

Eddie Plumbing Services have just finished a complete refurbishment of our bathroom, and we are absolutely delighted with the result. Everything was done to the highest standards in just two weeks, the disruption to our family life was minimal (it was an en suite bathroom!), dust and dirt were meticulously kept under control, and – most welcome – the final invoice matched the initial quote down to the penny. We much appreciated that for Eddie’s hard-working team, nothing was a problem, even if some of our ideas created technical challenges (there was a rather unconventional Turkish toilet/bidet to install, the vanity unit we ordered was too big and had to be cut to size, and we changed our minds once or twice while work was already underway). Kristian, Gani and Olli always came up with effective solutions and, even at the end of a long day, they always smiled. They had all the required skills, from plumbing to tiling/floor laying and carpentry, and there was a specialist electrician too. Eddie himself popped in regularly to inspect the progress, and thanks to his relaxed and friendly nature the atmosphere was always cheerful and positive. It was actually a real pleasure to have these nice guys in the house. We are thrilled with our gleaming new bathroom and can thoroughly recommend Eddie’s company and his professional and pleasant team. Thank you!

My Potterton boiler was about 30 years old and finally gave up the ghost so I asked for quotes from a couple of firms. Eddie surveyed my heating system. Because I have a power shower and wanted to keep the hot water tank, he suggested a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life boiler. I liked his straight-forward manner and approach and, therefore, accepted his quote which was within my budget. Eddie provides something very important to me – very good value for money as I was to find from the quality of the work done for me. In fact, I cannot speak too highly of the skills shown by Aftab, Soni, Dennis and Oliver. During installation, an issue did arise that could not have been foreseen but this was dealt with, mainly by Soni. I found the pipework to look beautiful and that was mainly down to Dennis, I think. Oliver was the ace electrician and Aftab the guy who checked the work and commissioned the system. During installation I decided to have the radiators on the ground floor replaced plus a towel rail fitted in the bathroom. I could not be happier with the result. Professional, prompt, courteous and clean, 4 of the component that I look for in professional job and all 4 were in abundance with Eddies team and the finished job. From the moment that Eddie came round to quote for the job taking his shoes off to shaking my hand to the finished job the whole process was a breeze. Eddies team were all very professional at all times and resolved a couple of small issues without argument. Eddie was happy to supply labour only on the basis that I sourced the major bathroom components including the tiles. 2 of the other contractors who tendered for the work would only work on a supply and fit basis only. I had no hot water from my shower. Eddie was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and the boys came out and fitted the new part within a couple of days. Efficient, professional and friendly, EPS are my go-to for any plumbing issues.

Eddie, Oliver and the rest of their team did a great job with fitting my bathroom and helping me decide what I wanted in terms of fittings. They were always courteous, finished on time and would recommend them to anyone who wants a new bathroom fitted.

EPS responded promptly, site meeting and quotations were good and the timescale of install of a new staff bathroom was exactly as stated. As a busy manufacturing site of 45 years, to source a professional company such as EPS is important as the installers were polite, efficient. Always respecting the H&S in working around a busy site with no interruptions to the manufacturing process. We will regularly rely upon EPS to do further works.
