We needed our bathroom redone, Eddie came to our rescue and provided us with a competitive quote rather promptly and booked us in as soon as was made possible, the job lasted 2 days and all the potential issues Eddie seemed to have under control creating a hassle free experience for me. I was most impressed by the quality of work in the time taken as well as the manners and keeping my house as clean as possible whilst the work was being done.

E.P.S were engaged by a national bathroom installation chain to remediate the poor decorations work of another firm engaged by the bathroom chain to install a new bathroom. E.P.S. worked intensely for 2 days to turn a poor finish to a very good one.

Eddie and his team were quite simply amazing from the moment they quoted us for our new bathroom. They were professional and polite and made us feel comfortable for the word go. Their pricing is extremely competitive and we felt we got extremely good value for money. The work was conducted and completed to the highest standard and exactly what we asked for. If we had any changes along the way, Eddie couldn’t do more to help. After completion we had a small leak and Eddie fixed it quickly and without any qualms. We now now have the bathroom of our dreams, thank you Eddie.

Eddie installed a new boiler and relocated it to the kitchen. They also replaced the hot water tank. Eddie has a lovely team of people that are all friendly, helpful and polite and that specalise in their own area. The job was very neat and tidy and the house was left as clean and tidy as it was when they started. I would and have recommend eddie to other people.

The guys worked very efficiently and quickly. They were friendly and communicative and did an excellent job. They attended afterwards to check everything was installed correctly, and said to call anytime if I have any problems. I would definitely recommend them.

Eddie Plumbing services were great from start to finish and on our 2 bathrooms. Eddie made 2 visits pre-work commencing to discuss exact design specifications. The team executed the high quality work within estimated time scales, even returning post job to complete and install undelivered items. This occurred on a Saturday. Really pleased with Eddie Plumbing Services, would highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely use again for my downstairs bathroom next year! A very happy customer. Great work team!

Failed to install a Bathstore bathroom to design. They rushed the work and did not even tile properly. After the remedial works, to attempt to rectify the poor finish, were carried out by Eddie Plumbing Services the bathstore did agree to re-fit the bathroom as the work was so poor!

Dear Mr Moor ,we only will follow the plans which was given by the store , We have follow the design as per the plan we was given , We both know there was a issue with delivery when we started your bathroom and you was angry at the time with bathstore, We both know at the time you was up and down with the installation Manager for the delivery,spot lights we had 6 on the plan but store said to you 7,we removed your existing towel rail and fitted back exactly how it was but you saying it was a cup missing but that’s how boys did find it , I have been speaking during the installation with your Mrs and she was happy with everything to the end , Because you said store told you different it’s out of my power as there is an Installation Manager to deal with this issue and not me , We can only do what we was told and we 100% has followed the plans which was given to us , I understand your frustration but I think it’s unfair to take it on us as a fitter , We did come back and did the snagging which you was not happy and as far as per installation manager it was all do I know you wanted compensation from the bathstore ,that’s between you and them,I can’t comment on that As you can see we are member of which and we do take priority of our customers And we are happy to respond to any issues on our jobs that’s what makes Eddie Plumbing Services stands out We are sorry you are not pleased with our service but we wish you all the best Many Thanks Eddie Plumbing Services
