I have contacted Eddie as my current tenant had no hot water running in the flat. As I live in Italy I completely trusted Eddie to take care of the issue from start to finish. First of all, Eddie had an inspection done to the flat to see what the problem is. Once inspected he realised the boiler was no longer working and was beyond repair. I received a call from Eddie advising me on a solution to the problem and once we had agreed on the options I had we then agreed to go ahead and replace the boiler with a new one. The boiler installation took place with no hiccups and is now running with no issues at all I, therefore, recommend Eddie with no hesitation.

I contacted Eddie as my tenant who is renting my apartment complained about the hot water not working anymore so I kindly asked Eddie to check the issue. It turned out I needed a new boiler. unfortunately, I was in Italy so I let Eddie completely deal with the situation. I now have a brand new boiler installed just by confirming via phone to go ahead with the work. I will happily recommend Eddie to any of my family members and friends

Last week I came home to water everywhere and a huge hole in my daughters ceiling - 80l of water had come through from the loft due to an eroded metal water tank. We couldn’t live at home it was so bad. After the insurers let us down, I called Eddie and they attended and completed the work in 24 HOURS!!!!! The workmanship is second to none and the team are kind, considerate and work at speed! Can’t thank them enough! 5* as always!

I am so pleased with the work carried out by Eddie and his crew, Communication was excellent and the removal of my old bathroom and the installation of the new was carried out in a professional and impeccable manner. The friendly crew were excellent in their hard work, care and attention to detail and, once the job was finished, left the house in a very clean and tidy state. I am normally doubtful at leaving workmen in the house and going out , but I had no doubts whatsoever with this group of professionals. Thoroughly recommended.

From quote to completion, Eddie and his team have been professional, communicative and courteous. They delivered quality in their suggestions, as well as the implementation of the project. It's also worth noting that they left the place spotless and took a real pride in the work being carried out. Due to a mix up with one of the suppliers, Eddie and the team also helped resolve an issue and provide additional materials to complete the job on the original timescales. We would use the team again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone looking for a bathroom installation.

We would highly recommend Eddie Plumbing services. EPS renovated our en-suite bathroom to a very high standard of workmanship. The team were conscientious, courteous, efficient, and respectful. Due to an issue outside of EPS control, they were very supportive and patient whilst this issue was overcome. Eddie is diligent in his approach to the quality control of the work. Nothing was too much trouble. Eddie is personable and approachable. We are delighted with our bathroom and have asked for further work to be carried out on our property.
