Attended to clear fault on pump system. Cleaned out all filters and released air from the system. The work was carried out efficiently. the Engjneer was very knowledgeable. The fault was cleared and the system back up and running within an hour.

Just had the first year's service for ASHP that was installed last year alongside a Tesla Powerwall 2 at my sister's house. We had our Air Source Heat Pump serviced. After searching the Internet net for a suitable authorised company to carry out the service I sent an email to them on their Web site. I received a call from Chris who confirmed that they could carry out the service so I went ahead and booked a service. Jack the service engineer arrived on the 7th and introduced him self (very polite and friendly) he took me through what he was going to do. He also took the time to explain what he was changing with my agreement and why he was suggesting the changes (for our benefit and more economical) After Jack had finished he confirmed that our system was in good working order. He also told me that the company would be in touch on the anniversary of the service, Jack also informed me that if we had any issues to get in touch with Chris and it would be sorted ASAP. Following Jack's visit i now feel that i have a company who are local have great comunication with customers and will look after us for many years to come. I would happily recommend egensys to anybody with a heat pump. Jack is a credit to egensys. Thank you for the peace of mind.

Egensys performed the annual service on our air source heat pump. This is the second year running we've used them, and will definitely be asking them to do the same next year. The level of customer service and knowledge is always consistently excellent; arriving on time and clearly talking through the process.
