Alex was friendly, professional, and polite from the beginning to the end of the job. We appreciated that his quotation was detailed, and the elements of the work were clearly broken down. Alex was always punctual, and he communicated with us throughout the job, especially when changes occurred and decisions needed to be made. He was also very tidy and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Even though there were some unexpected issues with fixing the radiators, the final invoice was very close to the quotation.
