Design of solar system, installation of solar panels, inverter, solar batteries (all autumn 2022) and electric car charger (Feb 2023).

We had 21 solar panels and two batteries installed. EVR were good at explaining the various options and answered our detailed questions with patience and expertise. The work was done efficiently and EVR were happy to work around other work we needed doing on the roof so that the scaffolding could be shared. Once installed EVR helped us understand the app that monitors the system and were quick to respond when we had a couple of issues.

EVR installed a solar array and battery on and in my garage. Their recommended solution was expertly tailored to my specific objectives and installed promptly (around product availability) and professionally by a great group of fitters. A year on I?m still delighted with our installation and am happy to recommend EVR. I would have no hesitation using them again myself if the need arose.

We had a 5K solar panel roof system installed, along with a battery and an Eddi diverter. EVR were very helpful and informative during the quote stage, and talked us through the various options, explaining how things worked. The installers then turned up on the date agreed and on time, were very helpful and polite, and cleaned up well at the end. Clear information was provided when the installation was complete, and all the necessary documentation, certificates etc. then followed shortly afterwards. We had a few queries afterwards, which is only to be expected, and these were answered very swiftly and helpfully. Even when asking for general advice on things 4-5 months afterwards, a swift and informative reply was given. EVR know what they are talking about, and have been extremely helpful all the way through the process, and with good customer care afterwards. We would definitely recommend using them.

In late summer 2022 we decided to have solar panels fitted to our house. We obtained two quotes, both from companies recommended to us, and went with EVR. The quotes were quite similar in system design and price but we went with EVR as there was more personal interaction. We had a home visit and our specific requirements were discussed. The other company to quote did not come to the property but did their quote based on Google Maps images of our house. The work could not be completed until November 2022 due to supply constraints post-Covid but we were kept up to date with the situation regularly. Once all the parts were available the installation was carried out by a professional team of installers who were tidy, efficient and polite. We have made a couple of upgrades and adjustments to the system over the last 12 months and EVR have been quick to get these done as per our requirements. Overall a very good experience.

EVR Ltd were very professional, from the first meeting with Scott, where we discussed our needs and requirements. To the installation, which included scaffolding erection and installing the solar panels and battery set up. This was carried out in a very timely manner, and all workmen were very pleasant and courteous. The aftercare service is excellent, as I changed our wi-fi and someone came around to the house to help us reconnect.
